Arrests

Katherine Haskins, 35, of 11 La Grange Terrace, was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and a straight warrant at 9:54 a.m. on Friday.

Dana Tupper, 31, of 52 Briar Hill Drive, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 2:44 a.m. on Friday.

Accidents

Caller reported a motor vehicle crash was reported with property damage but no injuries on Thursday at 11:36 a.m. at North Broadway. Officer documented crash.

Minor motor vehicle crash with property damage reported on Condon Circle on Thursday at 2:35 p.m. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate accident.

Report of a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 7RC586 operating erratically on Chestnut Street Thursday at 10:39 p.m. Officers checked the area and could not locate.

Alarms

Essex County Regional Emergency Communication Center reported a 911 call was reported near the Boston Sports Club at 425 Walnut St. Dispatcher spoke with the owner and confirmed it was an accident.

Accidental fire alarm sounded at 9 Doncaster Road on Thursday at 4:20 p.m. Defective carbon monoxide device handled by the  Lynnfield Fire Department.

Complaints

Caller reported a “Yes to the Rail Trail” sign was stolen from the front yard at 4 Wildewood Drive on Thursday at 8:51 a.m.

Report of a dumpster fire reported at 2 South Broadway on Thursday at 11:53 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

MarketStreet security reported a mulch fire near the Legal C Bar on Thursday at 2:53 pm. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested at 52 Center Village on Thursday at 7:38 a.m. for an elderly woman who was not feeling well. Patient refused medical attention. Call back at 9 a.m. and woman was taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Medical aid requested on Thursday at 12:34 p.m. at 1455 Main St. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington.

Ambulance requested at 12 Village Row on Thursday at 1:41 p.m. Officer reports two patients taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington.

Caller from 500 Ross Drive reported she is feeling weak and nauseous on Friday at 2:38 a.m. Officer reports patient was taken to Union Hospital in Lynn.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

At 10:37 a.m. on Thursday, a caller reported a past problem with kids climbing the fire escape to the roof on School Street. They were advised to call the police the next time it happened.

A caller reported a black Honda with two ladies inside at Mugford and Green streets at 12:26 p.m. on Thursday. They stated the ladies went to two different addresses and took Amazon packages. Responding officers found Amazon packages at each of the described homes.

A caller reported having a negative experience on Pleasant Street at 3:33 p.m. on Thursday. He stated he was threatened with physical violence.

A walk-in wanted to speak with an officer regarding threatening text messages at 6:22 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported concern over his Mugford Street neighbor at 6:55 p.m. on Thursday. He stated whenever he sees the neighbor in their shared driveway, aggressive behavior is shown.

PEABODY

Arrests

Egles A. Oviedo, 40, of 248 Washington St., Apt. 4, Salem, was arrested at Maddy’s Car Wash at 300 Andover St. on Tuesday at 2:49 p.m.

Debora R. Merida, 39, of 61 Newhall St., Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at C&C Lobster at 297 Lynn St. on Tuesday at 7:21 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jason James, 35, of 7 McIntire Court, Apt. 2, was arrested on seven outstanding warrants from Salem, Chelsea, Lowell, Boston and Roxbury district courts. The charges include possession of Class A, B, C, and E drugs, entering a dwelling at night for a felony, shoplifting, and larceny.

Summons

Angela J. Lopez, 34, of 20 High St., Lynn, was summoned following a traffic stop at 147 Summit St. for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Tuesday at 4:57 p.m. Mallia Towing contacted.

Eduardo Portugal Boy, 36, of 14 Andover St., was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. Vehicle was towed by Arrington Towing.

Amanda Clark, 35, will be summoned for leaving the scene of an accident at Speedway at 545 Lowell St. on Wednesday at 9:59 a.m.

Fabricio Demaghaes, 29, of 166 Washington St., Malden, was summoned following a traffic stop on Wednesday at 2:33 p.m. for allowing unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Vivian Andrade-DeAlbuquerq, 22, of  27 Jacobs St., was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Wednesday at 2:33 p.m.

Accidents

Report of a motor vehicle crash at Sears Automotive at 210 Andover St. on Wednesday at 9:02 a.m. Officer reports no injury, no tows. New Hampshire operator issued a warning for unsafe lane change.

Motor vehicle crash reported at 89 Washington St. at 35 Mason St. on Wednesday at 1:54 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, no tows, officer will document the crash.

Hit and run crash at Shaw’s Supermarket at 210 Andover Street on Wednesday at 3:23 p.m. Reporting party called back and stated she did not want a police officer to respond.

Officer reports an unoccupied motor vehicle rolled and crashed into a pole at 260 Washington St. at 2 Hourihan St. on Wednesday at 5:17 p.m. Officer reports minor damage to the pole and spoke with the owner.

Complaints

Report of stolen gas at Speedway at 545 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 5:33 p.m. Officer spoke with the operator who said it was a misunderstanding and she will be making restitution.

Well-being check required for resident of 14 Tammie Lane on Tuesday at 8:29 p.m. Caller said the resident has been depressed. Officer spoke with her niece on the phone and she will be talking to her.

Neighbor reports two men wearing vests walking around the property at 10 Scott Drive on Wednesday at 9:06 a.m. Officer said they are surveyors working at the residence.

Caller reports the special needs person for whom he is responsible is throwing rocks onto Bartholomew Street on Wednesday at 2:53 p.m. Officer reports the party was brought home.

Report of a motor vehicle parked on the side of the road at Forest Street at Route 95 North and someone might have been inside for two days on Wednesday at 10:03 p.m. Officer checked Forest Street and he could not locate a parked vehicle.

Report of an open manhole cover on Lake Street at the Huntington Woods Condominiums on Wednesday at 10:44 p.m.

SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 348 Lynn Fells Parkway at 1:04 a.m. Thursday; at Long Place at 5:55 p.m. Thursday; at Saugus High School on Pierce Memorial Drive at 6:18 p.m. Thursday.

Complaints

A report of a possible break-in at 258 Central St. at 9:20 a.m. Thursday.

A caller reported traffic lights at Walnut and Central streets are not working properly at 3:27 p.m. Thursday.

Environmental Police reported they were about to discharge rounds to put down a wild turkey that had been attacking people in the neighborhood on Norman Road at 6:34 p.m. Thursday. As police were being notified by Environmental Police, a detail officer reported hearing possible gunshots and began to approach the environmental police. Three rounds were discharged.
