A caller reported a black Honda with two ladies inside at Mugford and Green streets at 12:26 p.m. on Thursday. They stated the ladies went to two different addresses and took Amazon packages. Responding officers found Amazon packages at each of the described homes.

Jason James, 35, of 7 McIntire Court, Apt. 2, was arrested on seven outstanding warrants from Salem, Chelsea, Lowell, Boston and Roxbury district courts. The charges include possession of Class A, B, C, and E drugs, entering a dwelling at night for a felony, shoplifting, and larceny.
