Caller reported she found her neighbor slumped over at 26 Center Village on Sunday at 8:25 a.m. Officer reports the party is dead. The Massachusetts State Police and the medical examiner have been contacted.

A caller reported she was pulling out of her driveway at 11 a.m. Friday on Wester Street when a car almost struck her. She said the driver of the other car said something to her and then proceeded to flip her off before driving off.
Overdose
A report of an overdose at 11:23 p.m. Sunday on Washington Street. A caller reported his ex-girlfriend said she had taken a “lethal combination of prescription medications and alcohol.” While on the phone, she began to slur her words. The woman was taken to Salem Hospital.
Theft
Package theft was reported at 10:01 a.m. Sunday on Lee Street.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 9:19 a.m. Sunday on School Street. A caller reported after having dinner at Cafe Italia, he went to find his vehicle was keyed.

A caller reported a car parking in front of his home on Maple Avenue in a “bad spot” at 7:55 p.m. Friday. G/J Towing was requested to remove the vehicle.
A caller on Nahant Road reported an “extremely intoxicated” person left her house and is heading towards the rotary on Nahant Road at 1:37 a.m. Saturday. Police in the area of the bank could not locate the vehicle.
A caller on Linda Lane reported she and her husband woke up to loud bass and found an individual “looking for his friends” in their backyard at 5:31 a.m. Saturday.

Arrest
Joseph Ryan Hussien, 27, of 148A Washington St., was arrested following a traffic stop at Dunkin’ Donuts on Lowell Street on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Officer reports the suspect fled into a wooded area between the baseball field and tennis court on Ledgewood Way. Peabody High School was placed in lockdown, Massachusetts State Police K-9 en route. Suspect captured and was charged with larceny from a building, receiving stolen property, failure to stop, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and disturbing a school assembly.
Summons
Francis Michael Dalton, 50, of 12 Magnolia Way, Apt. 1231, was summoned following a walk-in report of domestic assault and battery on Thursday at 10:36 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Carlos M. Faria, 51, of 14 Winn St., Apt. 1, Woburn, was summoned on Friday at 11:09 a.m. following a hit and run crash at Fister and Lowell streets and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Animal Control
Caller from 111 Birch Street reported a neighbor’s dog will not stop barking on Friday at 6:59 a.m. Call forwarded to animal control officer.
Voicemail from 124 Foster St. reported a woman walked by her home and allowed the dog to defecate in her driveway and failed to clean up on Friday at 11:14 a.m. On callback, animal control officer reported she has video of the incident but no other information. She was advised to send video to police in an attempt to identify the suspect.
Caller complained that a man walking a large dog on a leash walked into the street to avoid the caller, but the dog lunged at him on Friday at 1:03 p.m. Caller wants the dog banned. On callback, the man confirmed the dog never came in contact with him. He was advised no laws were broken and the officer cannot impose a breed ban.

A caller from Santander Bank reported a white man in a green hoodie and a hat made a threat to shoot a teller at 1:07 p.m. Saturday. The threat was reported to be a third party from a customer to the bank manager. The manager reported the suspect was sitting in a black SUV in the parking lot. The suspect denied making statements of that nature and gave officers consent to search his vehicle and his person. No firearms were found. The customer was advised not to return to the business and was entered into the trespass file.
