An officer was flagged down by a citizen who reported there were four teens who entered an apparent vacant house on Gilbert Heights Road at 9:44 a.m. on Tuesday. They stated they could see graffiti inside the home. Police contacted the owner of the house and she stated it is being torn down in a week and she gave permission to her grandkids to spray paint inside.
A caller reported two women walking on Elm Street yelled at him for speeding in his vehicle at 3:24 p.m. on Tuesday. He stated they distracted him and he got out of the car and told them he was only going 22 miles per hour.
A caller reported a car was blocking the crosswalk in front of Three Cod Tavern on Pleasant Street at 6:57 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers spoke with the owner and the car was moved.
A caller reported hearing a suspicious noise upstairs in her Crestwood Road home at 9:32 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers found a raccoon on the roof.

Arrest
Steven M. Picard, 35, of 52 Endicott St., Apt. 4, was arrested on Monday at 9:50 p.m. following a report of a man passed out in a motor vehicle at Town Variety at 116 Central St. He was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of cocaine, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Christian Sozi, 38, of 70 Margin St., Apt. 1, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 30 Coleman St. on Monday at 7:30 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
