Shannon Ferris, of 26 Reservoir Ave., Revere, was arrested on warrant charges of receiving stolen property, larceny, forgery of check and uttering a false instrument at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday.
Jose Gonzalez, 45, of 550 Walnut St., was arrested and charged with Class A drug trafficking 200-plus grams at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.

A caller reported at 9:43 a.m. on Wednesday that he received a call from a man identifying himself as Dan Carter. He stated the man said he was soliciting for the police department.
A caller reported he was behind a motor vehicle being operated by an elderly male at Lafayette and Maple streets at 12:37 p.m. on Wednesday. He stated the driver was operating erratically and that at the traffic light, he rolled forward and tapped bumpers with the car ahead of it. Responding officers were unable to locate the described elderly male.
A caller reported a disturbance on Creesy Street at 4:17 p.m. on Wednesday. They stated they heard a neighbor yelling that she did not want to be there. Responding officers spoke with both parties.
A caller reported at 5:28 p.m. on Wednesday that the sidewalk on Mohawk Road was broken. They stated there were chunks of the sidewalk in the middle of the road.
A caller reported at 9:33 p.m. on Wednesday that, for the past few nights, a male party has been calling her nonstop and asking, “Why do you keep calling me?” She stated the party calls her from various different numbers multiple times a night.

Jeremy A. Marchand, 30, of 39 Beaver St., Salem, was served a warrant with the Massachusetts State Police on Wednesday at 6:50 a.m. at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. Officer reports arrangement being made to remove vehicle.
Albert J. Luise, 56, of 1408 Eastern Ave., Malden, surrendered to the Peabody Police Department for an outstanding warrant on Wednesday at 10:07 a.m.
Ryan James Runyan, 24, of 212 Ames Hill Drive, Tewksbury, was arrested on three outstanding warrants on Wednesday at 11:43 a.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unlicensed operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration, and a number plate violation.

Caroline Ramos Rocha, 34, of 14 Heritage Drive, Salem, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. on Tuesday at 3:11 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Vehicle was towed by Phil’s Towing.

Report of a burglary in progress at 110 Washington St. on Tuesday at 9:48 p.m. Officer reports K-9 en route and perimeter established. Suspect described as a Hispanic man, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with short brown hair, glasses and a plaid jacket, last seen traveling toward Foster Street. Suspect may have victim’s purse and assorted items. Officers checking local bars. Two officers at 135 Washington St. on follow up.
Well-being check requested at 7-Eleven at 100 Lynn St. for the female operator of a motor vehicle on Tuesday at 11:44 p.m. who appears to be under the influence and left her child in the store’s parking lot while going into the shop. A Saugus Avenue resident reported an unknown man came into her home claiming he was there to fix her alarm system at 12:08 p.m. Wednesday. When she called her alarm company, Protection One, they told her they did not send a technician to her home. The man, described as wearing sunglasses and a black jacket, left in a black sedan with out-of-state plates. She was waiting for her son’s arrival to pull surveillance video for further information.
