He stated the driver was operating erratically and that at the traffic light, he rolled forward and tapped bumpers with the car ahead of it. When she called her alarm company, Protection One, they told her they did not send a technician to her home. The man, described as wearing sunglasses and a black jacket, left in a black sedan with out-of-state plates. She was waiting for her son’s arrival to pull surveillance video for further information.
