Arrests

Salim Alrufaye, of 10 Houghton St., was arrested on a warrant charge of false bomb threat at 10:34 a.m. Monday.

Glenn Coleman, 59, of 104 Lewis St., was arrested on a warrant charge of Class A drug possession at 10:38 a.m. Monday.

Mandy Scaletti, 39, of 11 Chandler Terrace, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, resisting arrest, disguise to obstruct justice and on warrant charges of larceny, motor vehicle larceny and Class B drug possession at 6:27 p.m. Sunday.

Caleb Stockbridge, 36, of 90 Shute St., Everett, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs second offense, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, Class A drug possession and on warrant charges of motor vehicle violations at 2:38 p.m. Sunday.

Alexis Torres, 30, of 95 Pleasant St., was arrested and charged with common nightwalker at 12:33 a.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 6:15 p.m. Sunday at 408 Broadway.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash with property damage reported at Main Street and Route 128 at Exit 41 on Friday at 10:11 p.m. Officer reports the Massachusetts Highway Department has been notified that a sign was knocked down.  

Minor motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. on Saturday at 3:43 p.m. Officer assisted with paper exchange.

Alarms

Burglar alarm reported on Friday at 8:12 a.m. at 53 Fairview Road. Officer reports house appears secure.

Accidental burglar alarm sounded at 16 West Tapley Road on Friday at 2:29 p.m.

Burglar alarm reported at 4 Midland Road on Friday at 8:36 p.m. Officer reports all appears to be in order.

A 911 hangup call reported on Friday at 11:47 p.m. at 15 Crescent Ave.

Fire alarm triggered at 19 Heritage Lane on Saturday at 9:07 a.m. by a possible gas leak. Lynnfield Fire Department contacted and will handle.

Alarm company reported false burglar alarm at 4 Melch Road on Saturday at 9:57 a.m.

Burglar alarm reported at the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. on Saturday at 4:35 p.m. Officer reports all appears to be in order.

Report of a 911 hangup from The Apple Store at 1220 Market St. on Saturday at 7:50 p.m. Officer reports it was an accident by an employee.

Burglar alarm reported at the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. on Sunday at 1:14 a.m.

Complaints

Caller from 506 Salem St. reported money missing on Friday at 9:42 a.m. Officer reports wallet has been found.

Caller reported the operator of a vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 9FK459 passed a school bus with red lights flashing on Friday at 2:59 p.m. Officer issued a verbal warning.

Report of two people on ice that is not completely frozen at 550 Summer St. on Friday at 5:44 p.m. Officer located the parties who were taking pictures and they were not on the ice.

Suspicious auto reported in the parking lot of the Animal Clinic of Lynnfield at 1 Bay State Road on Friday at 8:30 p.m. Officer reports vehicle checked out.

Construction debris reported in the road on Route 128 north at Exit 43 on Saturday at 7:27 p.m. Massachusetts Highway Department notified. Officer checked area and could not find debris.    

Disturbance reported at the Yard House at 340 Market St. on Sunday at 12:59 a.m. Report taken.

Report of outdoor gas odor at 255 Salem St. on Sunday at 1:26 a.m. Call transferred to the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Medical Aid

Well-being check requested for a white construction vehicle operating erratically at 3 Edward St. on Friday at 6:48 p.m. Officer reports all is OK.

Request for an ambulance at 39 Doncaster Circle on Saturday at 11:27 a.m. for an 80-year-old man who is unresponsive but breathing. Patient taken to the hospital.

Caller from 3 Dale Road reports an 87-year-old woman who does not feel well on Saturday at 2:40 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Well-being check requested at 1 Melch Road and 837 Summer St. on Sunday at 4 a.m.

Caller from Calvary Temple at 47 Grove St. requested medical aid on Sunday at 11:25 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Medical rescue at 1 Center Village on Sunday at 5:41 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 10:02 a.m. Sunday at West Shore Drive and Lafayette Street.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 9:50 p.m. Sunday on Pinecliff Drive. A caller reported she came home and noticed a man who appeared to be walking through her yard. Police reported the homeowner returned home early from a trip.

Fire

A report of a fire in the oven at 7:48 p.m. Sunday on Powder House Court.

NAHANT

Complaints

A caller on Wilson Road reported a cat was wandering around her neighborhood and followed her into her house at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday. The caller was able to check the cat’s collar and attempted to call the owner but did not get an answer. Police advised the caller to bring the cat back to the neighbor’s home, but she was afraid the cat might bite her if she tried to pick it up. Police put the cat in a pet carrier and brought it to the police station.

A caller reported a truck backed into his house on Wilson Road and left damage at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a loose dog in the lower part of Valley Road at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday.

A report of downed wires on Sherman Avenue at 12:08 p.m. Thursday.

A Wilson Road resident reported a white vehicle was parked in his driveway at 5:44 p.m. Friday.

A Simmons Road resident reported his water was coming out of the faucet dirty at 6:51 p.m. Saturday.

A caller reported needles near the trash barrel at Richland Convenience Store on Nahant Road at 1:12 p.m. Sunday. Police responded to dispose of the needles, but one was run over and crushed by a vehicle.

PEABODY

Accidents

Detectives report a motor vehicle crash in the intersection of 70 Endicott and 52 Warren streets on Wednesday at 5:55 p.m. and request two ambulances and two tow trucks.

A report of a motor vehicle crash in Wilson Square on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Officer reports operators exchanged information prior to police arrival.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Thursday at 5:48 a.m. at 567 Lowell and 2 Goodale streets. Officer reports no injuries and no tows needed.

Report of a hit and run crash at the Family Entertainment Group at 535 Lowell St. on Thursday at 12:38 p.m. Officer reports no injuries or tows.

Hit and run crash reported at Stop & Shop at 19 Howley St. on Thursday at 2:38 p.m. Suspect vehicle is Massachusetts license plate no. 4YT315. Officer was unable to speak with the suspect, but confiscate plates from the vehicle.

Animal Control

Caller left a voicemail for the animal control officer on Thursday at 8:29 a.m. that she wants to “surrender” her dog, Buddy, because he bit her daughter on March 5. On call back she was advised the dog must be quarantined for 10 days before she can get rid of him. She was also told the city does not accept surrender animals and suggested she contact rescue organizations.

Report of two large black dogs loose at 2 Antonio Drive and 278 Lynnfield St. on Thursday 1:03 p.m. Officer reports the home health aide let them out accidentally and they are on their way home.

Complaints

Mother called police to report her son has not come home from Peabody High School on Wednesday at 4:25 p.m. and is not answering his cellphone. Mother will go to school to check to see if he’s there and will call police if necessary.

Report of loud music at 21 Caller St. on Wednesday at 11:34 p.m. Officer reports the TV was not loud and will be turned down.

Man from 26 Warren St., Apt 3 reported an unwanted person in his apartment Thursday at 2:20 a.m. Officer reports person left for the night and was told not to return.

Intoxicated person reported at Sports Medicine North at 1 Orthopedic Center on Thursday at 11:19 a.m. Officer reports the party left in a cab without incident.

Report from Speedway at 545 Lowell St. of a white truck all over the road. Officer reports all is OK.

Stephen Michael Emmith, 32, of 71 Sweetwater St., was arrested on warrant charges.

Stacey J. Falcucci, 31, of 124 Crescent Ave., Apt. 2, Revere, was arrested on warrant charges.

A caller reported a suspicious person walking down the street at 26 Harrison Ave. at 2:24 a.m. Friday.

A report of a raccoon struck by a vehicle at 9:23 a.m. Friday.

A caller reported that her laptop was stolen from her front stairs at 58 Lincoln Ave. at 12:09 p.m. Friday.

A caller from Indian Rock Stables reported she saw three youths on the ice but did not see them leave at 4:13 p.m. Police reported they were unable to locate anyone. The caller said she would ride her horse around the lake and keep an eye out for them.

A report of a large pothole in the high speed lane in front of Burger King on Broadway at 6:53 p.m. Friday.

A report of an assault and battery on Broadway at 12:17 a.m. Saturday.

A Massachusetts Department of Transportation employee reported the Fox Hill Bridge was in hazard mode and traffic needed to be diverted at 11:16 a.m. Saturday. Police reported the bridge is fully operational.

A report of a woman nodding off in her vehicle at Dunkin’ Donuts on Hamilton Street at 11:54 a.m. Friday.

A caller reported four people who do not live at The Residences At Stevens Pond on Founders Way refuse to leave the basketball court at 1:56 p.m. Saturday.

A report of wires down on Auburn Street at 5:41 p.m. Saturday.

Theft

A report of shoplifting at Macy’s Department Store at 4:36 p.m. Sunday. One person was arrested on warrant charges.

Accident
