Thomas Londer, 70, of 26 Rowland St., was arrested on a non-Marblehead warrant at 4:23 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported she locked her dog inside of her vehicle on Mystic Road at 8:40 a.m. on Monday. She stated the dog was in distress.
A caller reported a tree limb was hanging on wires on Elm Street at 9:24 a.m. on Monday.
State Police reported a BOLO (be on the lookout) for a vehicle at 3:20 p.m. on Monday. They asked the Marblehead department to charge a male with a civil violation of marijuana, given there were “roaches” in the vehicle. At 4:05 p.m., State Police reported he showed up to their barracks and admitted to a motor vehicle hit and run.
A caller reported a suspicious person in his neighbor’s home on Front Street at 6:23 p.m. on Monday. He stated the homeowner always notifies him if someone is going to be there and there was no notification. Responding officers found it to be the contractor inside the home and all units were cleared.
A caller reported they were concerned that someone plowed a driveway at Prospect and Washington streets and left the street down to one lane. Responding officers found a “pretty good sized” snow mound in the street, but it was soft snow.
A caller reported Rolleston Road and Atlantic Avenue were icing up and the hill was getting slick at 9:04 p.m. on Monday.
