Kathleen Moreland, of 273 Curwin Circle, was arrested on warrant charges of Class B drug possession, Class E drug possession, failure to yield at an intersection and OUI drugs at 3:43 p.m. Monday.

Burglar alarm sounded at 19 Juniper Road on Friday at 8:13 a.m. Officer reports contractors on scene.

Canceled burglar alarm at 323 Main St. on Friday at 11:48 p.m.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at 33 Daventry Court on Friday at 1:11 p.m.

False burglar alarm reported at the Lutheran Church at 708 Lowell St. on Saturday at midnight. Officer reports building is secure.

Accidental fire alarm at Arbor Point Clubhouse at 150 King Rail Drive on Saturday at 11:09 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.


Vehicle reported parked in the middle of Market Street in front of King’s Entertainment on Friday at 12:53 p.m. Officer reported vehicle slipped out of gear and has been moved out of the way.

Report of a possible fight between a group of kids at the Legal C Bar at 220 Market St. on Friday at 6:24 p.m. Detail officer was unable to locate them.

MarketStreet security guard reports a customer from The Apple Store wants to file a complaint about an employee on Friday at 9:01 p.m. Officer reports the customer was asked to leave the store.

Report of a couple arguing for several hours at 27 Ramsdell Way on Saturday at 2:57 a.m.

Well-being check requested for a man acting strangely at Pump N Pantry at 793 Main St. on Saturday at 2:33 p.m. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate man.  

Staff at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. requested an officer because they are having trouble with an elderly woman on Sunday at 1:45 p.m. Officer reports problem solved before arrival.

Loud music reported at 375 North Broadway in Apt. 114 on Sunday at 5:07 p.m. and at 5:36 p.m. Officer spoke with the reporting party. No noise could be heard in his apartment. Resident said he will talk to management.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance on Friday at 10:34 a.m. at 16 Atherton Circle. Officer reports patient taken to Beverly Hospital.

Call from The Apple Store at 1220 Market St. for an ambulance on Saturday at 1:08 p.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

The 99 Restaurant at 317 Salem St. called for an ambulance on Saturday at 1:33 p.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.



A person walked into the police station to report her house was egged by a group of kids at 6:37 p.m. Sunday.

A report of a disturbance at 5:08 a.m. Monday on Harris Street. A caller reported a Bill’s Towing operator swore at him after the caller felt the truck was too close to his home. The tow operator told police the roads were untreated and he was not near the caller’s car.

A report of a stuck bus with a live wire on the roof at 6:16 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. Police reported it was a cable and communications wire and the situation was safe.



Kristina Maureen Migliaccio, 32, of 389 South Lafayette St., Apt. 1, Salem, was summoned following a motor vehicle crash at Kappy’s Liquors at 175 Andover St. on Thursday at 5:45 p.m. for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Terico Ferreira-DaSilva, 57, of 2 Tremont St., Apt 1, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Thursday at 6:33 p.m.

Mirtes Barbosa, 58, of 27R Jacobs St., Apt. 1, was  summoned following a motor vehicle stop at Sears at 210 Andover St. on Friday at 12:43 p.m. for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Manuel A. Moreno-Martinez, 20, of 120 Foster St., was summoned following a traffic stop on Friday at 2:27 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.


Motor vehicle crash reported at Emerson Park at 27 Perkins St. on Friday at 8:15 a.m. Atlantic Ambulance and All-Star Towing en route.


Loading dock, reception, and warehouse motion detector alarms sounded at AES Corp. at 285 Newbury St. on Thursday at 5:34 p.m. Officer reports building is secure.

Animal Control

Caller left voicemail on Friday at 11:16 a.m. complaining the animal control officer has failed to return his calls about his complaint about the dogs at 7 Cardigan Road. No answer on callback. Officer left a message advising him she had called back the same morning and provided him with the time stamp for the message.

Report of possible cat neglect at 150R Main St. on Friday at 1:47 p.m. Animal control officer left message and contacted MSPCA. Both agencies are aware of involved party. All agencies will respond collectively.


Caller reported a minor motor vehicle crash on Route 95 South at the Exit 44 ramp on Thursday at 4:32 p.m. Call transferred to the Massachusetts State Police.

Hit and run crash reported on Thursday at 4:35 p.m. at Trader Joe’s at 300 Andover St. Caller said he saw a vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. MA 1NG627 strike a parked vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. 699TX1 in the parking lot and fled. Officer spoke to the victim who declined to pursue it and said there was only minor scratches.

Shoplifting reported at Stop & Shop Supermarket at 19 Howley St. on Thursday at 6:06 p.m. Officer reports all items recovered, suspect was gone upon police arrival.

Caller reported a road rage incident and an erratic operator at 25 Walsh Ave. at 17 Englewood Road on Thursday at 8:34 p.m. Officer reports the vehicle was gone upon police arrival.

Caller said he invited a woman to his room at the Plaza Hotel at 125 Newbury St. on Thursday at 10:14 p.m. and she stole his belongings. He followed her on foot to Dunkin’ Donuts. She is wearing a pink coat and jeans. Victim did not know her name. Officer will document.

Lynnfield Police Department assisting in checking suspicious activity at 1200 Salem St., Apt. 131. A person was ringing the bell and running on Thursday at 10:49 p.m. Lynnfield officer spoke to the party who said they were trying to tell the resident their garage door was open.

Report of water bubbling up from the ground across from 4 Thorndike St. on Friday at 4:53 a.m. Officer determined it is a broken water pipe. DPW was notified and they were notifying the Water Department.

Breaking and entering into an automobile overnight was reported by owner of Massachusetts plate no. 5RWH80 and telephone charger and CDs were stolen on Friday at 10:25 a.m. Officer will document.

Medical Aid

Nurse at Braeburn Gardens at 400 Brooksby Village Drive, Apt. 1315 on Thursday at 4:50 p.m. reported a resident with scratches on the eye. Officer reports staff believed it was likely related to a medical condition and not malicious.



Richard S. Belyea, 46, of 94 Woodman St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property less than $1,200.

Ronald P. Rosati Jr., of 72 Broadway, was arrested and charged with failure to appear on charges of assault and battery on a family member.

A caller reported a plow truck struck his front porch while conducting snow removal at 4 Felsmere Ave. at 8:48 a.m. Sunday.


A report of an irate customer in the front lobby of Wood Spring Suites on Broadway at 7:48 a.m. Friday.

A report of a large truck stuck on the second bridge at 75 Vine St. at 2:11 p.m. Friday.

A 55 Stone St. resident reported a man in his backyard with a flashlight at 9:38 p.m. Friday.

A report of a sound of gunshots at 9 Valley Road at 11:21 p.m. Friday.

A report of a man passed out behind the wheel at Kelly’s Roast Beef on Broadway at 2:37 a.m. Saturday.

A 33 Clinton Ave. resident reported all four of his tires on his vehicle were flat this morning at 12:05 p.m. Saturday.

A caller reported her car windows were broken when she exited the Square One Mall at 2:06 p.m. Saturday. She reported the damage looks like bullet holes. Police report the damage appears to have been caused by a pellet gun.

A caller reported her father was holding a $1,100 check that is endorsed to her on Dustin Street at 12:35 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a man at T-Mobile at 371 Broadway attempting to use someone else’s identity at 5:32 p.m. Saturday.

A report of someone yelling in the area of the Belmonte Middle School at 8:34 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a broken window on a motor vehicle parked at 1 Eustis St. at 10:08 p.m. Saturday.

A caller at 249 Essex St. reported her neighbor was hitting her with snow from the snowblower at 9:19 a.m. Monday. Police spoke with both parties and peace was restored.
