A report of a disturbance at 5:08 a.m. Monday on Harris Street. A caller reported a Bill’s Towing operator swore at him after the caller felt the truck was too close to his home. The tow operator told police the roads were untreated and he was not near the caller’s car.
A report of a stuck bus with a live wire on the roof at 6:16 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. Police reported it was a cable and communications wire and the situation was safe.

Report of possible cat neglect at 150R Main St. on Friday at 1:47 p.m. Animal control officer left message and contacted MSPCA. Both agencies are aware of involved party. All agencies will respond collectively.

Hit and run crash reported on Thursday at 4:35 p.m. at Trader Joe’s at 300 Andover St. Caller said he saw a vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. MA 1NG627 strike a parked vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. 699TX1 in the parking lot and fled. Officer spoke to the victim who declined to pursue it and said there was only minor scratches.

Caller said he invited a woman to his room at the Plaza Hotel at 125 Newbury St. on Thursday at 10:14 p.m. and she stole his belongings. He followed her on foot to Dunkin’ Donuts. She is wearing a pink coat and jeans. Victim did not know her name. Officer will document.
Lynnfield Police Department assisting in checking suspicious activity at 1200 Salem St., Apt. 131. A person was ringing the bell and running on Thursday at 10:49 p.m. Lynnfield officer spoke to the party who said they were trying to tell the resident their garage door was open.
Report of water bubbling up from the ground across from 4 Thorndike St. on Friday at 4:53 a.m. Officer determined it is a broken water pipe. DPW was notified and they were notifying the Water Department.
