Bolivar Duran, 65, of 23 Warren St., Apt 3, was summoned on Monday at 9:36 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop at Bank of America at 189 Andover St. for operating an uninsured motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer reports the vehicle was towed by All Star Towing.

A resident from 30 Catherine Drive called animal control on Monday at 10:18 a.m. to report her dog, Apache, escaped from the parking lot of the Lynnfield Animal Hospital on Feb 23. He is not microchipped.
Caller reported a squirrel in his attic at 27 Broad St. on Monday at 10:23 a.m. Police advised him the Animal Control officer does not remove nuisance wildlife and told him to contact an exterminator.
