Arrests

Yeira Aguero, of 179 Curwin Circle, was arrested on a warrant charge of unarmed robbery on a person 65-plus at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday.

Analeysa Figueroa, 19, of 57 Munroe St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a harassment prevention order at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday.

Terrell Johnson, 39, of 7 Park Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield at 8:42 a.m. Wednesday.

Rafael Lopez-Lopez, 30, of 136 Allen Ave., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor and leaving the scene of property damage at 9:33 p.m. Tuesday.

Christian Todisco, of 14 Cobb Lane, was arrested on a warrant charge of threat to commit crime at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:29 p.m. Tuesday at Taco Bell at 124 Boston St.; at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at 76 Oakville St.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday at Broadway and Jenness Street; at 9:08 a.m. Wednesday at Cooper Street and Western Avenue.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday on Essex Street.

Theft

A report of a robbery at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday at 92 Market St.

Burglar alarm canceled on Tuesday at 10:55 a.m. at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. Alarm company reports person who answered refused to provide pass code.

Canceled burglar alarm reported at 27 Grey Lane on Tuesday at 12:48 p.m.

Alarm company called to cancel accidental basement motion detector set off at Windsor Estates at 527 Salem St. on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

Panic alarm canceled at 8 Roundy Road on Tuesday at 9:07 p.m.

Laundry room alarm sounded at 20 Fletcher Road on Tuesday at 11:01 p.m.   

Complaints

Caller would like to speak to an officer about vandalism to his property at 38 Wildwood Drive on Tuesday at 11:53 a.m. Officer reports no further action needed at this time.

Mother reports her 1-year-old daughter is locked in a car in front of the Paper Store at MarketStreet on Tuesday at 12:35 p.m. Officer and Lynnfield Fire Department to respond.

Request to check the status of a motor vehicle parked at the Lynnfield Senior Center at 527 Salem St. on Tuesday at 2:18 p.m. Officer reports the owner will move the vehicle.

Officer wanted at 583 Broadway for a report of imminent danger of serious self-injury or suicide on Tuesday at 5:47 p.m. Officer reports woman cleared.

Caller reports a man loading a white truck at 15 Ramsdell Way on Tuesday at 6:04 p.m. Officer reports vehicle gone upon arrival of police.

Police wanted at First Data at 70 South Broadway for a man who was fired earlier and refuses to leave the property on Tuesday at 6:27 p.m. Officer reports former employee was uncooperative leaving the property. He left and was advised if he returned he will be arrested.

Medical Aid

Request for medical aid for a hypertensive and dizzy 63-year-old man at 1350 Market St. on Tuesday at 12:57 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Woman reports her husband is experiencing chest pain in his vehicle on Tuesday at 7:52 p.m. Call referred to other agency.

Officer requested at 38 Pine Hill Road on Tuesday at 7:59 p.m. from a woman who is having an argument with her husband and wants police assistance.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported she was unable to put out her trash out on Franklin Street because the walkway was too icy at 8:43 a.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported a white BMW blocking a crosswalk on Lafayette Street at 9:11 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers tagged the vehicle.

A caller reported at 3:58 p.m. on Tuesday that their house on Ocean Avenue was egged the night before and they have it on security video. They stated they believed they could identify the suspect.

An off-duty firefighter called to report a 60-year-old woman at a bar on Atlantic Avenue “doing shots” and they were concerned as there was a 10-year-old with her. Responding officers found the woman and child left before they arrived so they went to their residence to check on them. They spoke with the granddaughter and everything checked out.

NAHANT

Complaints

A Sea Breeze Lane resident reported that an unknown party has been parked in her assigned spot for three hours at 4:11 p.m. Saturday.

A report of two vehicles operating erratically inbound on the causeway and toward Bass Point at 6:18 p.m. Saturday.

A report of several cars parked in the East Point lot for about an hour at 10:19 p.m. Sunday.

A report of two illegally parked vehicles on Harris Street in violation of the snow emergency at 7:22 am. Monday. Police told the caller there was no snow emergency in effect at that time.

A report of an ongoing issue with an unauthorized vehicle parking by the Tiffany Room of Nahant Town Hall at 7:27 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of a woman screaming somewhere in the area of Wilson Road at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday. She heard the screaming again 30 minutes later. Police report the noise is kids screaming while sledding. No issues.

A report of an open garage door with the lights on on Hovey Way at 1:18 a.m. Wednesday.

PEABODY

Arrests

Nadabes Nediva, 38, of 159 Pearl St., Apt. 1, Somerville, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at 590 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 1:16 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license. Gaeta’s Towing en route. Officer reported the party was taken to court.

Rizileia Carvalho, 41, of 159 Pearl St., Apt. 2, Somerville, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at 590 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 1:16 p.m. and charged with allowing an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle on Tuesday at 1:16 p.m.

Summons

Erand Tafa, 28, of 18 Beckett St., was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at the Peabody Library at 82 Main St. on Tuesday at 12:35 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a license. Phil’s Towing towed the vehicle.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash reported at 2 Tremont and 63 Central streets on Tuesday at 10:16 a.m. Officer reports no injures and no tows needed.

Animal Control

Caller from 6 Crane Ave. reports her missing cat, Sammy, has been found in Danvers on Tuesday at 10:27 a.m. But the person who found him has taken the animal home to keep. Officer advised her to contact the person who has the cat and arrange to get him back. Officer suggested she file a police report and if they refuse to give him back, file a civil complaint.

Message was left for the Animal Control officer on Tuesday at 10:36 a.m. from a resident of the Fairweather Apartments at 20 Central St., Apt. 208, about a neighbor who does not leash his dog. On callback, the officer advised her the dog does not have to be leashed on the property and the man is not violating any city ordinances. Officer reports Nala, a Beagle mix, is vaccinated against rabies. Upon further review, it was learned Nala is unlicensed. A warning notice to license was sent to James Linsley at the Fairweather Apartments at 20 Central St., on Tuesday at 10:57 a.m.

Suspicious activity reported at the Walgreens parking lot at 35 Main St. on Tuesday at 11:06 a.m. Officer spoke to several parties in the lot and they were sent on their way.

Caller from Avalon at Cranebrook at 1000 Crane Brook Way reported $3,000 was taken from her purse on Tuesday at 11:23 a.m.

Well-being check requested on Tuesday at 1:26 p.m. for a person walking on Route 128 South on Tuesday at 1:26 p.m. Officer located a disabled motor vehicle on the highway and is checking for the operator. Massachusetts State Police is on scene and is standing by while the operator changes his tire.

Arrest

Jairo Mendez, 29, of 45 Henry St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Dudley Street and Lincoln Avenue at 7:27 a.m. Tuesday; at Bridge and Saville streets at 10:14 a.m. Tuesday; on Route 1 North near Wood Spring Suites at 11:27 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a manhole cover out of place in the middle of the street on Appleton Street at 6:38 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of an IRS scam at 164 Essex St. at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller on the first floor of 6 Venice Ave. reported banging on the ceiling at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller on Winter Street reported a man in a black BMW convertible parked in front of his home at 3:39 p.m. Tuesday.

A Newhall Avenue resident reported she was receiving harassing phone calls at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday.
