Report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the middle of the street at 7 Westover Drive on Monday at 6:07 p.m. Officer reports operator is visiting resident at 8 Westover Drive and will move the vehicle to the side of the road.

An employee from the town’s Parks & Recreations Department called to report they clipped a boat at Commercial and Cliff streets at 8:18 a.m. on Monday.
A report of a minor motor vehicle crash at Washington and State streets at 12:03 p.m. on Monday; at Washington Street at 6:40 p.m. on Monday.
Complaints
A staff member from the Village School on Village Street called to report a student left school grounds on foot at 9:05 a.m. on Monday. At 9:09 a.m., responding officers found the student on Jersey Street.
A caller reported at 11:14 a.m. on Monday that she was missing jewelry from Mansion Road. Responding officers spoke with the caller’s husband and he stated he moved it and it was not stolen.
A caller reported at 11:44 a.m. on Monday that there was a vehicle with a young male operator who was holding two drumsticks and was “banging them on the steering wheel” at Maple and Lafayette streets. The caller stated they felt it was not safe and an officer should speak with the driver. Responding officers found the vehicle gone on arrival.
A staff member from a school on Baldwin Road called at 1:46 p.m. on Monday to report a first-grade student took off. Responding officers found the student at 1:57 p.m. on Cliff Road.
A walk-in reported a Washington Street neighbor dispute at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
A caller reported a drunk male at Washington Street at 7:32 p.m. on Monday. They stated the male was having a hard time walking. Responding officers checked the area and were unable to find anyone matching that description.

Lenny Alvarez, 44, of 35 Tudor St., Apt. 16, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Summons
Edward Daniel Connor, 33, of 2 Fountain St., was summoned on Sunday at 9:29 p.m. for breaking and entering after a 911 caller from 88 Aborn St., Apt. 4, reported someone who identified himself as a police officer was trying to kick in her back door. Caller said she knows the man from down the street and he is not a police officer. Police escorted the ambulance to Salem Hospital for an evaluation.
Tori M. Lucreziano, 25, of 84 Woods Ave., Somerville, was summoned on Monday at 10:43 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a motor vehicle crash at Walgreens at 229 Andover St.
Annette A. Cote-Rawley, 47, of 1 Esquire Circle, Apt. 4, was summoned on Monday at 1:54 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a report of a woman asleep at the wheel at Perfecto’s Cafe at 515 Lowell St.
Accident
A report of a hit and run crash on Monday at 10:57 a.m. at 39 Cross St. Caller said their car was struck by an unknown vehicle but the building has a camera. Officer will contact the suspect vehicle’s owner.
Animal Control
Caller from 1 Travis Terrace is disputing a citation warning received from the Animal Control officer on Monday at 8:32 a.m.
Message was left for the Animal Control officer saying she wants to get rid of a family member’s cat on Monday at 9:40 a.m. Officer reports there was no answer on call back. A voice mail was left requesting more information.

Caller reported two teenagers went under the fence behind the old electric light plant at 50 Endicott St. while a third teen in a gray hoodie is out front and appears to be pacing nervously on Sunday at 5:18 p.m. Officer spoke with juveniles and all is in order and they were sent on their way.
A 911 caller reported a portable DVD player and DVDs stolen from his cart outside of New Life Cuts at 150 Main St. on Sunday at 4:16 p.m.

Low hanging wire reported at Whispering Meadows at 278 Newbury St. on Monday at 12:55 p.m. Officer reports it was a cable wire, it was removed from the street and rolled up.
