Victor Delgado, 43, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation at 3:13 p.m. Monday.

Patrick Dunn, 27, of 127 Woodland South, was arrested on warrant charges of leaving the scene of personal injury and Class B drug possession at 11:19 p.m. Sunday.

Yamilec Garcia, 29, of 34 Hanover St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle/trailer at 12:16 a.m. Monday.

Holly Klopotoski, homeless, was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery on a person disabled/60-plus and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:35 a.m. Sunday.

Jefferson Mejia-Gomez, 21, of 158 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and unregistered motor vehicle at 3:53 p.m. Monday.

Yahdier Rivera, of 209 Fayette St., was arrested on warrant charges of threat to commit crime and assault with a dangerous weapon at 2:12 p.m. Monday.

Andros Roman-Molinary, 29, of 166 Washington St., was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute and resisting arrest at 12:29 a.m. Monday.

Katrina Turecki, of 95 Pleasant St., was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery, two counts of threat to commit crime, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and malicious destruction of property at 4:03 p.m. Monday.

Motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported on Friday at 8:08 p.m. at 36 Locksley Road. Officer requested Phil’s Towing.


A 911 hangup call from Flagship Motors at 385 North Broadway on Friday at 2:37 p.m. Officer reports everything is OK.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at Sweetgreen at 675 Market St. on Saturday at 5:17 a.m.

False panic alarm sounded on Saturday at 9:29 a.m. at 125 Main St. Officer reports house appears secure.

False burglar alarm reported on Saturday at 11:28 a.m. at 76 Bourque Road. Officer reports house appears secure.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at 6 Williams Road on Saturday at 2:08 p.m.

Report of a burglar alarm on Saturday at 2:15 p.m. at 262 Summer St. Officer reports building appears secure. A few windows were left open, but no sign of forced entry. Officer secured windows.


Property check requested at St. Maria Goretti Church on Friday at 9:23 a.m. Officer conducted search with no issues to report.

Request for a property check on Friday at 10:19 a.m. in the area of the Center Market at 588 Main St. Officer conducted search and reported no issues to report.

Report of an erratic driver on Salem Street on Friday at 2:08 p.m. Officer spoke with party.

Walk-in reported traffic light at Perley Burrill Gas Station on Salem Street is blinking green and concerned about the light not being yellow on Friday at 3:16 p.m. Dispatcher spoke with sergeant who reports the light is supposed to be green unless someone wants to cross the street.

Property check requested at the Colonial Shopping Center at 584 Main St. on Friday at 8:23 p.m.

Officer conducted property check at the Lynnfield Middle School on Friday at 8:27 p.m.

Caller reported a disabled motor vehicle on Condon Circle on Friday at 9:56 p.m. Officer reports Phil’s Towing contacted.

Caller reported seeing a man walking up the ramp of Route I-95 South at Exit 43 on Sunday at 1:45 p.m. Massachusetts State Police located the man on Route I-95 North.

Property manager at 375 North Broadway requested a well-being check for Apt. 1-305 on Sunday at 12:37 p.m. Officer reports the apartment was empty.

Caller reported loud disturbance by a group outside at 511 Ross Drive on Monday at 1:57 a.m. Officer checked the area and found nothing.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance at 15 Durham Drive on Friday at 8:55 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Medical aid assistance request for a resident of Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 220, who fell on Saturday at 2:34 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Request for an ambulance for a man who fell and needs lift assistance at 18 Trickett Road on Saturday at 2:36 a.m.

Request for an ambulance at Victoria’s Secret at 710 Market St. on Saturday at 11:42 a.m. Lynnfield Fire Department reports patient refused assistance.

Medical aid requested at Lahey Health at 1350 Market St. on Saturday at 12:43 p.m. Officer reports patient taken to Beverly Hospital.



John Peckham, 32, of 6 Fairview Road, Apt. 1, was arrested on Thursday at 11:29 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a household member and threat to commit a crime.


Stephan A. Boureois, 32, of 10 Wright St., Chelmsford, was summoned on Thursday at 2:26 p.m. following an incident at Proper Performance Boston at 241 Newbury St. The caller said he was assaulted by an unknown man. Officer reported police have a possible suspect. The Chelmsford Police Department was asked to notify him.


Motor vehicle crash reported on Thursday at 5:02 p.m. on Lowell Street. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Report of a motor vehicle crash without injuries reported on Thursday at 9:21 p.m. at 79 Lowell St. Officer reports Arrington Tow en route for two vehicles.

Caller reports she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash on Friday at 8:30 a.m. at 29 Perkins St. at 2 Ellsworth Road. Officer reports no tows or injuries.

Minor motor vehicle crash reported with no injuries on Wednesday at 6:07 p.m. at Route 128 North and Route 95 North. Call transferred to the Massachusetts State Police.

Truck driver reported a motor vehicle crash at 19 Centennial Drive on Wednesday at 6:08 p.m. Officer reported there were no injuries, no tows needed, and assisted with paperwork exchange.

Man reported a past hit and run crash on Wednesday at 8 p.m. that occurred on Tuesday in the Su Chang’s parking lot. Officer will document and contact the restaurant for possible video footage.

Hit and run crash reported at Centennial Drive on Thursday at 10:11 a.m. Caller said a gray Toyota Tundra rear-ended him and it was a possible road rage incident.

Caller reported he was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 1:17 p.m. at 308 Lowell St. and 500 Northshore Road. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.


Phil’s Towing & Recovery Service at 65 North Central St. reports a man refuses to leave the property on Thursday at 3:06 p.m. Officer reported there was no issue. The man was looking for a ride to Dunkin’ Donuts on Central Street. The officer took him there.

The law offices of Barry Feinstein & Affiliates at 100 Lowell St. reports a man will not leave the property on Thursday at 3:24 p.m. Officer reports the man was gone upon arrival of police.

Stolen motor vehicle reported at 5 Heath Road on Thursday at 3:56 p.m. Officer reports vehicle entered into vehicle theft database.

Person reported stuck in an elevator at 8 Walnut St. at 4:47 p.m. Thursday. Call referred to the Peabody Fire Department.

Turkey reported at Main Street Plaza at 150 Main St. causing traffic jam on Thursday at 5:11 p.m.

Suspicious motor vehicle reported on Thursday at 6:15 p.m. at 1 Monson Drive that has been parked in front of the house for two days. Officer reports the car is locked, legally parked, and has no issues.

Walgreens employee at 35 Main St. reports a female customer at the pharmacy is causing a disturbance because she is unhappy with the service on Thursday at 7:09 p.m. Officer reports she was sent on her way and advised to find a new pharmacy if she is unhappy.

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center at 1 Essex Center Drive reported an out of control patient on Friday at 8:50 a.m. The officers arrived and the patient had calmed down. All in order at this time.

Disabled motor vehicle reported in the middle of the road at 161 Andover St. on Friday at 11:08 a.m. Officer was able to move the vehicle on to the mall property. The operator will be waiting for AAA.



Daniel Bacon, of 7 School St., Apt. 4, Peabody, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and assault and battery on a police officer.

An employee at Victoria’s Secret on Broadway reported she was being threatened by a group of female customers at 5:09 p.m. Saturday. The threat was that they would be back after 9 p.m. when there was no mall security.

A caller reported a man was passed out in a vehicle at Barn Car Wash at 12:01 a.m. Sunday.

A clerk at Tedeschi’s on Lincoln Avenue reported someone wrapped a cellphone cord around the door knob at 1:18 a.m. Sunday.

A report of a water main break at Stone Street and Intervale Avenue at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

A report of wires down on Liberty Street at 1:56 p.m. Sunday.

A caller at 1 Birchwood Ave. reported they came home and their basement window was smashed at 2:07 p.m. Sunday. They are unsure if someone is in the home.
