MARBLEHEAD — Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty closed 2018 with more than $200 million in sales. The firm, a merger of Sagan Realtors and Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty, also moved its office to a new location at 1 Essex St., added new agents to bring the total to 73, and launched Elevate, a new regional real estate publication.
Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty also introduced Curate, a mobile augmented reality app, and SIR Mobile, an easy-to-use GPS-enabled real estate listings app that can find luxury homes for sale throughout the world.
“Transformation and growth were two central themes of 2018. I want to congratulate our associates on their successes and thank them for elevating the customer experience and exceeding the expectations of so many buyers and sellers,” said Phyllis Sagan, president. Last year, the firm also donated to more of the 50 charities, many of them serving the North Shore.
“As the only Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate on the North Shore, we are uniquely equipped to connect our clients with the expansive global network and impactful and engaging marketing that our brand delivers worldwide,” said partner Michael Cannuscio.
