Hang up 911 call received from 16 Yorkshire Drive on Tuesday at 7:04 a.m. Officer reports no service necessary.

Accidental fire alarm reported from California Pizza Kitchen at 600 Market St. on Tuesday at 7:33 a.m.


Woman from Locust Street came to the police station to request an officer speak to her daughter on Monday at 2:54 p.m. Officer reports the party has agreed to leave the house.

Resident of 49 Beaver Ave. reports her neighbor’s vehicles are partially obstructing the driveway on Monday at 6:41 p.m.

Disabled auto reported at 767 Walnut St. at 6 Gianna Drive on Monday at 7:15 p.m. Officer reports vehicle could not be found.     

Lynn Police Department reports vehicle struck by a dumpster while parked at the cleaners on Condon Circle on Monday at 8:45 p.m. Officer reports the dumpster rolled from across the street and struck the car registered to a Massachusetts owner.  

Caller from 109 Ross Drive reported people making noise outside on Tuesday at 3:02 a.m. Officer reports the party was gone upon arrival.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance at 47 Underhill Road on Monday at 9:06 a.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Peabody.

Ambulance request from 44 Edward Ave. on Monday at 8:04 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.


A report of an overdose on Crescent Avenue on Tuesday at 4:35 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.



A report of a motor vehicle crash on Humphrey Street at 3:32 p.m. on Monday; at West Shore Drive and Lafayette Street at 3:47 p.m. on Monday.


An officer was flagged down by a citizen reporting a bus was stuck at Washington and Franklin streets at 9:12 a.m. on Monday. They stated it was due to an illegally parked truck. The bus was gone before responding officers arrived to the scene.

A caller stated he was speaking with his daughter who was home alone on Londonberry Road at 9:45 a.m. on Monday. He stated she told him there were two men in trench coats who came to the door and made her nervous. They did not attempt to break in but they refused to leave. Responding officers located the two parties and discovered they were Jehovah’s Witnesses.

A caller reported a construction worker on Front Street was playing loud music at 10:05 a.m. on Monday; at 11:26 a.m. the caller again reported the worker was still listening to their music too loud and she wanted them spoken to. She was advised that the detail officers were aware and they determined the music was not too loud; at 12:04 p.m. she called again and stated one of the detail officers on duty was rude and unhelpful; at 12:24 p.m. she called again, upset that the music was not turned down and, again, complained about the officer’s conduct and how “rude and disrespectful” they were.

A caller reported he saw a blue conversion van in front of the area of 22 Shetland Road at 7:03 p.m. on Monday. He stated he didn’t notice any wrongdoing but with the recent activity in the Clifton Avenue area and the blue van description he wanted to call it in.



Venix Barrios, 19, of 22 Morton St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and illegal window tint.


A report of a phone pole leaning extensively at Furbush and Walton roads at 4:23 p.m. Friday.

A report of both left and right bunker doors alarming at Northeastern University Marine Science Center on Nahant Road at 8:26 p.m. Friday.

A report of an assault at 9:16 a.m. Saturday.

A report of a cardboard box in the roadway on Nahant Road at 7:06 a.m. Tuesday.



Motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported at 7:34 a.m. Monday at 50 Warren St. Officer reports no tows needed.

Report of a motor vehicle crash without personal injury was reported at JRM Recycling at 265 Newbury St. on Monday at 2:18 p.m. Officer reports the Massachusetts State Police are with the vehicle.

Animal Control

Report of a barking dog on the first floor of 12 Ledgewood Way on Sunday at 8:57 p.m. for hours. Officer reports area checked and all is quiet.

Loose dog reported on Monday at 11:11 a.m. at 18 Calumet St. The dog is in the backyard and they are trying to reach the owner to take the animal. Officer reports the dog exited the house from a basement window and was secured in the home by its owner.


Report of a man sleeping in a white Volvo at 62 Driscoll St. on Sunday at 5:32 p.m. Officer reports party checked out OK, was napping in between shifts at work, sent on his way.

Resident of 81 Endicott St. reports an unwanted party on the property on Sunday at 7:04 p.m. Officer reported woman was sent on her way.

Caller reports a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate 7HG623 is driving erratically at 80 Washington St. and 3 Ayer St. on Sunday at 7:49 p.m. Reporting party believes the operator may be having trouble staying awake. Officers checked the area but could not locate the vehicle.

Man reported an unwanted female guest at 14 Union St., Apt. 3, on Sunday at 11:23 p.m. Officer reports the woman left prior to police arrival.

Possible drunk man reported on Monday at 1:38 a.m. at 13 Abby Ellen Lane. Officer reports it was a misunderstanding. Tenant is getting evicted and was emotional.

Resident of 10 Westview Circle reported a suspicious motor vehicle occupied by a man was parked in front of her home for 20 minutes on Monday at 8:30 a.m. and then drove to school and parked there for 15 minutes. Officer reports the vehicle is unoccupied.

Caller from 12 Crowninshield St. reports a vehicle parked in the handicapped parking space on Monday at 10:27 a.m. Officer spoke with the vehicle’s owner and she moved the car.



Julian Restrepo, 27, of 4 1st St., Salem, was arrested on warrant charges.

A report of harassment over Facebook on Summer Street at 5:26 p.m. Monday.  

A report of a single gunshot in the area of 101 Water St. at 7:55 p.m. Monday.

A report of shoplifting from CVS Pharmacy on Broadway at 10:36 a.m. Monday; from CVS Pharmacy on Broadway at 12:50 p.m. Monday; from Ocean State Job Lot at 400 Lynn Fells Parkway at 7:38 p.m. Monday.



Donizete Fernandes, 22, was arrested and charged with failure to wear a seatbelt, default warrant charges of failure to stop or yield, number plate violation, uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, unregistered motor vehicle, and standard warrant charges of license not in possession, speeding in violation of the speeding limit, number plate violation, and an unregistered motor vehicle at 12:57 a.m. on Tuesday.
