An officer was flagged down by a citizen reporting a bus was stuck at Washington and Franklin streets at 9:12 a.m. on Monday. They stated it was due to an illegally parked truck. The bus was gone before responding officers arrived to the scene.
A caller stated he was speaking with his daughter who was home alone on Londonberry Road at 9:45 a.m. on Monday. He stated she told him there were two men in trench coats who came to the door and made her nervous. They did not attempt to break in but they refused to leave. Responding officers located the two parties and discovered they were Jehovah’s Witnesses.
A caller reported a construction worker on Front Street was playing loud music at 10:05 a.m. on Monday; at 11:26 a.m. the caller again reported the worker was still listening to their music too loud and she wanted them spoken to. She was advised that the detail officers were aware and they determined the music was not too loud; at 12:04 p.m. she called again and stated one of the detail officers on duty was rude and unhelpful; at 12:24 p.m. she called again, upset that the music was not turned down and, again, complained about the officer’s conduct and how “rude and disrespectful” they were.
A caller reported he saw a blue conversion van in front of the area of 22 Shetland Road at 7:03 p.m. on Monday. He stated he didn’t notice any wrongdoing but with the recent activity in the Clifton Avenue area and the blue van description he wanted to call it in.

Man reported an unwanted female guest at 14 Union St., Apt. 3, on Sunday at 11:23 p.m. Officer reports the woman left prior to police arrival.
Possible drunk man reported on Monday at 1:38 a.m. at 13 Abby Ellen Lane. Officer reports it was a misunderstanding. Tenant is getting evicted and was emotional.
