Keishla Suarez, 27, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 10:09 a.m. Tuesday.

Caller reported a dog running loose on Lowell Street near Cider Mill Road on Monday at 5:07 p.m. Officer reports the dog returned to its home on Main Street.


Disturbance reported at 527 Salem St., Apt. U-40, on Monday at 2:07 p.m.

Officer wanted on Monday at 2:16 p.m. at 500 Ross Drive. Caller reported a former friend wants to pick up some of her belongings. Officer reports party removed her belongings at 5:48 p.m. on Monday.

Caller from Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. reported lost property on Monday at 7:30 p.m. Officer took report.

Fraud reported at The Apple Store at 1220 Market St. on Monday at 8:42 p.m.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance on Monday at 8:12 a.m. from the Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St. Officer reports patient was taken to Winchester Hospital.

Medical aid requested at 410 South Broadway on Monday at 2:27 p.m. Patient taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Request for medical rescue at 5 Dewing Road on Tuesday at 6:16 a.m. Officer reports patient was taken to the hospital.



A walk-in reported at 9:17 a.m. on Monday that, several weeks ago, she noticed a blue van with two occupants inside on Clifton Avenue. She stated the passenger of the van got out and began taking photos of her house and property. She did not want to inform police until she spoke with a neighbor who noticed the same suspicious activity; at 1:49 p.m. on Monday, caller reported his wife came home last week and saw a blue van pulling out of their driveway on Clifton Avenue; at 3:04 p.m. on Monday, a caller reported they saw the police department’s Facebook post about the car break-ins and wanted to report that on Jan. 14 it appeared someone attempted to break into his vehicle and his wife’s vehicle on Leo Road; at 3:15 p.m., a Facebook message to the department stated they saw a blue minivan in the Clifton Avenue area around 8 a.m. on Sunday; a report of a tip at 3:15 p.m. on Monday; at 3:27 p.m. on Monday; at 3:28 p.m. on Monday.

A report of broken glass on Norman Street at 9:55 a.m. on Monday. The highway department was notified.

A caller reported there was a male who began taking photos of her Harris Street home at 1:02 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers reported the male was a representative from an insurance company.

A caller reported the contractors working on Redstone Lane were sitting in their cars idling from 6:30 to 7 a.m. on Tuesday. He stated the crew started the Bobcat after 7 a.m. and left it running for hours.



Hit and run crash reported at the Azorean Brotherhood of the Divine Holy Ghost at 20 Howley St. on Sunday at 5:44 p.m. Caller reports her vehicle was struck by an unknown party while she was at work. Officer will document.

Motor vehicle crash reported at Dunkin’ Donuts at 162 Washington St. on Sunday at 11:32 p.m. Officer reports no personal injury, no tows.

Hit and run crash reported at 48 Andover St. and 2 Buttonwood Lane on Sunday at 11:33 p.m. Officer reports operator cited for maked land violation.

Caller from Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St., Apt. 82, reported an animal in her kitchen on Monday at 2:45 a.m. Officer reports no animal on scene.


Road rage incident reported at Dunkin’ Donuts at 256 Andover St. on Sunday at 3:18 p.m. Caller reports a man threw a cup at her vehicle, causing a dent.

Caller from 4 Northend St. reports a vehicle is blocking his driveway on Sunday at 6:14 p.m. Officer reports the vehicle has been moved.

Report of a belligerent customer at Sonic Drive-In at 55 Newbury St. on Sunday at 8:02 p.m. Officer reports man was sent on his way after receiving his food.



Christopher M. Scales, 50, of 132 Lafrance Ave., Hyannis, was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Robert Thomas McKennon Jr., 56, of 4 Linden St., Winthrop, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

A caller reported a coyote was circling her on Walden Pond Avenue at 9:10 a.m. Friday. She was close to the Lynn Woods entrance off of Indian Rock Stables.

A report of a large pothole in the road at 33 Central St. at 10:29 a.m. Friday.

A report of an unwanted party sleeping on the patio at 110 Grill on Broadway at 2:13 a.m. Friday.

A caller on Founders Way reported someone was honking her horn and banging on her door at 5:06 a.m. Friday. The person allegedly showed her a knife and took off in an unknown direction.

A report of a icy road conditions on Zamora Street at 8:07 a.m. Saturday.

A report of a water main break at 34 Pleasant St. at 11:59 a.m. Saturday.

A caller reported a man in a red jacket and jeans sleeping outside Five Below on Broadway at 9:42 a.m. When the caller asked the man if he was OK, he started yelling at her.

Police received a “Text 911” stating “Help, I’m on the bus with possible rapist, they are not safe.” at 2:16 p.m. Saturday. MBTA Police were notified and went to the area of the phone’s last ping, the Red Roof Inn. The woman reported a man on the bus made threats to harm her. He was no longer on scene.

A report of a shoplifting at Home Depot Building Supply on Broadway at 11:07 a.m. Friday; from TJ Maxx on Broadway at 8:10 p.m. Friday;

A caller reported a man wearing a blue jacket and gray sweatpants and a winter hat took a donation box from 7-Eleven and ran away on foot toward Cliftondale Square at 11:09 p.m. Friday. The suspect entered the store and attempted to shoplift from the store and was confronted by the clerk, whom he grabbed by the arm and pulled.
