A caller reported she almost struck a pedestrian on Harris Street due to the ice and then she saw four people fall at 10:25 a.m. on Tuesday. She was advised to contact the DPW.

Caller from 4 Silver Leaf Way, Apt. 432, reports his 14-year-old daughter had her dog, Crystal, in her arms in the Highlands when the next-door-neighbor’s dog attempted to bite it on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Caller confirms that neither his dog, nor his daughter, were bitten or scratched, no need to quarantine. Animal Control officer advised the caller that no ordinances were violated. Caller was also verbally warned to license Crystal and mailing an order to license and an application to Michael Capozzi, from 4 Silver Leaf Way, Apt. 437. Also, mailing an order to license and an application to Nathan O’Farrell, 4 Silver Leaf Way, Apt. 437. There is no record of his female Pit Bull.
Officer reports a 2003 Chevy Express van with Massachusetts plate no. T77426 owned by an Everett resident was towed by All-Star Towing for trespassing at 150 Main St. on Monday at 9:40 a.m.

Caller reports a green Caravan driving recklessly in the neighborhood of 21 Plymouth Road at 14 Bristol Road on Monday at 2:11 p.m. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
