Arrests

Daniel Goichman, of 195 Union St., was arrested on warrant charges of distributing obscene matter and distributing material of a nude child at 3:11 p.m. Saturday.

Alessandra Lograsso, 33, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 11:19 p.m. Saturday.

Michael Toro, 55, of 780 Albany St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person 60-plus/disabled and assault and battery at 5:06 p.m. Friday.

Eli Vigil Vigil, 27, of 335 Boston St., was arrested and charged with malicious wanton property defacement at 5:17 a.m. Saturday.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported being upset that the school bus had stopped in the middle of the road at 8:01 a.m. Friday at Elm and Mugford streets and held up traffic on both sides for more than five minutes which interrupted her commute. The caller told the bus driver her complaint and explained she had to get to school as a substitute teacher. She wanted a solution to being held up and was told to seek an alternate route.

A report of a young child alone at 5:44 p.m. Friday on Leggs Hill Road. A passing motorist reported driving past a young child, approximately 5 years old, walking alone on the street. The driver didn’t want to stop and startle the child so she kept driving and called police.

A report of suspicious activity at 6:04 p.m. Friday on Dean Road. A caller reported someone banging on her back door. She was freaking out as she didn’t know who it was and was home alone. Police asked her to look out a window or door while they were on the phone to try to get some sort of description. But she refused saying she was too scared to look. Police reported video revealed the person who knocked was wearing a reflective vest and carrying a flashlight. Police reported there were no Marblehead agencies — water, sewer, light etc. — out working at the time; at 6:19 p.m. Friday on Kenneth Road. A caller reported her son got jumped while walking on West Shore Drive by Stramski Way.
