Erasmo Cano De Leon, 26, of 22 Lafayette Park, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield and Class B drug possession at 12:05 a.m. Thursday.

Star Johnson, 27, of 15 Fayette Court, was arrested and charged with impeded operation, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 7:51 p.m. Wednesday.

Genesis Valdez-Mendoza, of 81 Adams St., was arrested on a warrant charge of armed & masked robbery at 12:11 p.m. Thursday.

False burglar alarm reported at 45 Forest Hill Ave. on Wednesday at 4:55 p.m. Officer reports alarm possibly set off by dog in the home.

Accidental fire alarm at Gaslight Restaurant at 1100 Market St. on Wednesday at 5:27 p.m.

Resident from 6 Gray Lane seeks assistance in finding their lost dog on Wednesday at 5:44 p.m. Officer reports service provided.

Property check requested for the Huckleberry Hill School at 5 Knoll Road on Thursday at 12:50 a.m. Officer reports all appears to be in order.

Medical Aid

Request for medical aid on Wednesday at 1:01 p.m. at 54 Essex St. Officer reports patient taken to Brigham & Women’s Hospital.

Ambulance requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 112, on Wednesday at 1:41 p.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Medical aid requested at Rooster’s at 330 Market St. on Wednesday at 3:36 p.m. Lynnfield Fire Department reports patient refused assistance.



A caller reported a car hit a tree in the area of Cake House at 2:08 p.m. on Wednesday.


A caller reported at 11:05 a.m. on Wednesday that the gates at the entrance to the tracks off Maverick Street are down and have been for quite some time.

A caller stated they were filming a commercial at Crown Way at 12:12 p.m. on Wednesday and there was a lot of screaming and wanted neighbors to be aware.

A caller reported she was doing work at home on Lucia Road and got up to look out front when she saw a white Honda SUV drive by and throw an egg in her driveway at 12:31 p.m. on Wednesday.

A bus driver called to report at 2:34 p.m. on Wednesday that kids were throwing rocks at the bus in front of the Village School.



David Michael Capodilupo, 28, of 13 Country Club Road, was arrested on Wednesday at 10:07 a.m. by the Massachusetts State Police on two outstanding warrants from Salem and Marlborough district courts and charged with distributing a Class A drug, municipal by-law violation, marked lanes violation, two counts of breaking and entering a vehicle at nighttime, two counts of wanton destruction of property under $1,200, possession of a burglary instrument, possession of a Class A drug, and larceny over $1,200.


A motor vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday at 3:04 p.m. at 433 Lowell St. Officer reports vehicle will be towed by Four-Star Towing. Sergeant will document.

Animal Control

Caller from Danvers reported large-breed dog named Paco was aggressive toward other animals in the dog park on Milton Road on Wednesday at 11:25 a.m. Animal Control officer advised her there are no licensed dogs matching that description and the animal may live elsewhere and the officer lacks the authority to ban the dog. Suggestion was made to call the Parks Department about a possible violation of park rules.


Report of people skating at Brown’s Pond on Lynn Street on Tuesday at 3:05 p.m. Officer checked the area and spoke with three parties and they’re not in any danger.

Caller reported a suspicious motor vehicle with a person sleeping inside at 210 Andover St. on Tuesday at 3:17 p.m. Officer reports the operator was asleep and she was OK.

Caller reported two people in a motor vehicle at 1 Aberdeen St. and 6 Berkley St. possibly doing drugs on Tuesday at 5:09 p.m. Prior to police arrival, caller said the motor vehicle had left. Officer could not locate any motor vehicle.

Walk-in reported damage was done to her motor vehicle while at work at JDD Tax Center at 101 Main St. on Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. Officer will document.

Caller reported a man looking around in a motor vehicle with a flashlight at 1 Violet Road on Tuesday at 8:48 p.m. Officer located the party who said he was looking for his pet.

Medical Aid

Well-being check requested for a man on an electric motor scooter slumped over on Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. at Lynn and Lynnfield streets. Officer checked the area and could not locate anyone matching that description.

Caller from CVS Pharmacy at 174 Main St. requested a well-being check for a person who has been passed out for 2½ hours in the parking lot on Tuesday at 6:29 p.m. Officer spoke with party, who had woken up and was evaluated by EMS, signed a refusal to be taken to a hospital, and sent on his way.

Report of a person in a wheelchair going down the bike path at 373 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 6:29 p.m. and may need assistance. Officer checked the area and could not locate anyone matching that description.



Teresa Vazques, 60, of 6 Hillside Ave., was arrested on warrant charges.


A report of a motor vehicle accident on Pratt Overpass on Broadway at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday.


A caller reported four teens kicked her fence in on Auburn Street at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday.

Management from Wood Spring Estate reports kids throwing rocks at the building from the trailer park at 5:42 p.m. Wednesday. They further report there is no damage but they are more concerned about the people in the parking lot.

A report of a bag in the roadway on Ballard Street at 10:26 p.m. Wednesday.


A report of shoplifting from Kohl’s Department Store at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday.
