Arrests

Anthony Bellofatto, 31, of 313 Bainbridge St., Malden, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession, Class C drug possession, Class E drug possession and violation of the city knife ordinance at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday.

Ramses King, 21, of 20 Brookline Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle and miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday.

LYNNFIELD

Accidents

Caller reports he was in a motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 5:57 p.m. at 511 Walnut St. at 199 Salem St. and other operator refuses to exchange paperwork. Officer reports no damage to either vehicle and operators exchanged paperwork.

Alarms

Accidental panic alarm at 5 Ivanhoe Drive on Tuesday at 8:27 a.m.

A 911 hangup received from 5 Evans Road on Tuesday at 6:09 p.m. On callback, party reported his grandchild dialed by accident. Officer confirmed it was accidental.

False burglar alarm at 9 Perkins Lane on Tuesday at 9:39 p.m.

Complaints

Suspicious auto reported on Tuesday at 9:31 a.m. at Old Towne Road. Officer reports car could not be located.

Caller reports a green commercial truck alarm is going off at 1 Post Office Square and has been for a long time on Wednesday at 6:24 a.m. Officer found the owner who will shut off alarm.

Medical Aid

Caller reported his wife has fainted and still breathing at 7 Elizabeth Way on Tuesday at 8:38 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested on Tuesday at 3 p.m. for a person having trouble breathing at 16 Atherton Circle. Patient taken to the hospital.

Well-being check requested at 687 Chestnut St. at 637 Lowell St. on Wednesday at 6:12 a.m. Caller reports he saw an elderly man running with a bag wearing a gray top. Caller said he had urinated himself. Officer found the man walking near Crest and Summer streets and spoke to him, he is coherent and does not want or need any assistance.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Arthur Dahl, 69, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at 7:13 p.m. on Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle crash at Commercial and Cottage streets at 6:14 p.m. on Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller reported at 9:33 a.m. on Tuesday that her former boss is harassing and stalking her. She stated she owes him money for equipment and is unable to pay it at this time but he is still calling, stalking, and parking his car out front of her home and business. She stated he watches her and asked to file a report with the police department.

A walk-in reported at 2:22 p.m. on Tuesday that they had Magarian Rug clean and store their rugs until they were ready for them. They stated they went over to the shop on Bridge Street in Salem and found the building was closed and they had no luck locating their rugs.

A caller reported kids skating on Ware Pond at 2:43 p.m. on Tuesday and they were concerned because they could see open water.

A caller reported he could hear someone inside a home on Merritt Street screaming for help at 4:06 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers found it was a verbal argument between parents and their son over a cellphone.

PEABODY

Arrests

Gilcione A. Cerqueira, 44, of 48R Glendale Ave., was arrested on Monday at 3:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at 145 Summit St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle after a revoked license and failure to display the owner’s name.

Amanda M. Alessi, 24, of 37 Warren St., was arrested at La Siesta at 3 Main St. on Monday at 8:12 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, second offense, possession of a Class C substance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle without an inspection sticker.

Higor Salimdau-Marques, 23, of 18 Boxwood Lane, Danbury, Conn. was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Arch Street on Monday at 11:25 p.m. and charged with failure to stop for police, operating an unregistered, uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates, and a number plate violation.

Everton Armindo, 18, of 368 Salem St., Apt. 1, Medford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Arch Street on Monday at 11:25 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, operating an unregistered, uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates, and a number plate violation.

Jaylene D. Hamm, 19, of 2000 Schley Ave., Kirkbridge Drive, Apt. 2220, Danvers, was arrested following a traffic stop at Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St. on Tuesday at 2:24 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal.

Summons

Moises Mendez, 30, of 763 Summer St., Apt. 3, Lynn, was summoned on Monday at 4:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at 90 Walnut St. and 0 Fulton St. for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Accidents

A motor vehicle crash with no personal injury was reported on Monday at 3:35 p.m. at the West Branch Library at 603 Lowell St. Officer reports one vehicle will be towed by Four-Star Towing.

Report of a two-car motor vehicle crash on Monday at 6 p.m. at 161 Main St. and 2 Eagan Place. Officer reports no injuries or tows.

Caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 8:18 a.m. at 5 Aborn St. and 56 Washington St. Officer reports operators exchanged information prior to his arrival.

Woman called to say her motor vehicle was struck on Aborn Street and she followed the suspect vehicle to 108 Washington St. on Tuesday at 3 p.m. Officer reports parties exchanged information prior to his arrival.

Animal Control

Wild turkey reported on Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. at City Hall on Lowell Street. Officer checked the area and could not find the animal; a second call came in at 2:15 p.m. but it was gone upon arrival.

Complaints

Suspicious activity reported at Our Lady of Fatima Church at 50 Walsh Ave. on Monday at 3:21 p.m. Caller said there were two men inside a gray sedan smoking pot with a large amount of it on the dashboard. Officer checked the area but the vehicle was gone.

Caller from 15 Jennings Circle reported harassing phone calls on Monday at 3:26 p.m. and wants to make a record of it. Officer will document.

Well-being check requested at 111 Foster St., Apt. 214 on Monday at 7:57 p.m. The woman caller said she has not heard from her daughter since Friday. Officer reports no one was at home.

Officer was flagged down by a couple in a vehicle at the Green Tea restaurant at 126 Newbury St. to say they were being followed on Monday at 11:10 p.m. The operator said they were at the Motel 6 in Danvers and two people in Hondas flashed guns at them. Danvers Police Department was notified. Danvers police arrived on scene and escorted the couple back to the motel.

Unknown caller reports a man and woman are fighting in a gray van at Dunkin’ Donuts at 117 Newbury St. on Monday at 11:39 p.m. Officer spoke with parties who said nothing was going on.

Caller reported someone is banging on her front door at her home in Middleton on Tuesday at 12:51 a.m. Call transferred to Middleton Police Department.

An employee of Brooksby Farm at 54 Felton St. reported a past theft on Tuesday at 11:26 a.m. The officer reported a man operating a motor vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. 7LP218 went on the farm for the last two Sundays and stole wood from behind the property. Employee said they will be posting a no-trespassing sign. Officer will investigate.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident involving a school bus at 64 Saville St. at 7:03 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 107 South at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday; on Main Street at 8:32 p.m. Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller reported a man wearing a green sweater, blue jeans, black hat, possibly taking pictures of kids at Saugus High School at 1:19 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller on Lynn Fells Parkway reported she wanted on record that her neighbor has been making statements that she should be worried about her dog after an alleged altercation between their dogs at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a hydrant out of service at 40 Juniper Drive at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday.

A woman walked into the station to report she had a ring stuck on her finger and could not get it off at 4:53 p.m. Tuesday. The Fire Department tried to cut the ring off the woman but it would not cut. She was sent to the hospital at 4:53 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a possible water break in the area of 43 Hesper St. at 6:47 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported hearing people screaming in the area of the DPW Pumping Station at 9:33 p.m. Tuesday. Police were unable to locate anyone screaming.

A caller on Katherine Lane reported her mother, who has dementia, was missing at 4:47 a.m. Wednesday. Another 911 caller reported an elderly woman sitting in his kitchen on Main Street. Police confirmed identity of woman and reunited her with her daughter.
