Arrests

Johan Acosta, of 32 Nichols St., Haverhill, was arrested on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle operator refuses to identify self, failure to stop/yield and speeding at 9:43 p.m. Monday.

Steve Almonor, of 2 Main St., Peabody, was arrested on a warrant charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 at 9:44 p.m. Monday.

Abiezer Alvarez, of 130 Neptune Blvd., was arrested on a warrant charge of parole/probation violation at 4:34 p.m. Monday.

Caller reported a motor vehicle crash at 100 Walnut St. and 425 Market St. on Monday at 3:17 p.m. Officer took report.

Report from a Condon Circle resident on Monday at 6:15 p.m. about a hit and run motor vehicle crash in Lynn.

Alarms

Fire alarm reported at 28 Huckleberry Road on Monday at 9:53 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

False burglar alarm reported at 6 Melody Lane on Tuesday at 12:01 a.m. Officer reports house appears secure.

Lift assist requested at 701 Heather Drive on Tuesday at 2:40 a.m. Patient taken to Union Hospital.

Complaint

Officer wanted at Victoria’s Secret at 710 Market St. on Monday at 10:09 a.m.

Medical Aid

Report of a 55-year-old woman having trouble breathing on Monday at 6:52 p.m. at 17 Wymon Way. Officer reports patient taken to the hospital.

Elderly woman fell at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. on Monday at 6:57 p.m. and struck her nose and is bleeding. Officer reports patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested at 58 Locksley Road on Monday at 10:05 p.m. for an elderly man possibly having a stroke. Officer reports patient taken to the hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Pleasant Street at 11:37 a.m. on Monday; at Rockaway Avenue and Humphrey Street at 5:09 p.m. on Monday.

Complaints

A caller reported she received a call from a scammer at 1:52 p.m. on Monday. She stated it was not until after she gave them her Social Security number that she realized it was a scam. Dispatcher checked to make sure she was not out any money and advised her to contact Social Security.

A caller reported at 6:56 p.m. on Monday that he received six calls from a number that shows on his phone as “U.S. Govt.” and he believed they were scam calls. He called back at 7:28 p.m. and stated that they were legitimate calls from the veterans hospital confirming his appointment coming up.

A caller reported three young kids pulled up in a car and went into the conservation area on Warren Road at 10:51 p.m. on Monday. They stated they didn’t observe anything but believed they were going in there to do drugs. Responding officers arrived and waited for the kids to return to their unoccupied car. It was reported the kids didn’t seem to be incapacitated.

PEABODY

Arrest

Nicole Teneya Anderson, 29, of 52 Margery Road, Brockton, was arrested on Monday at 1:41 p.m. at the Lowe Mart Shopping Center at 80 Lynnfield St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Summons

Ingryd Dossantos was summoned on Monday at 2:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at 80 Lynnfield St. for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Accidents

Hit and run motor vehicle crash reported on Sunday at 3:01 p.m. at 56 Washington St. and 5 Aborn St. Officer reports vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. 8KJ left prior to police arrival.

Report of a single motor vehicle crash on Monday at 6:06 a.m. at Route 95 South, near Exit 47 and Centre Street. Call transferred to Massachusetts State Police in Danvers.

Report of a white 2016 Honda Accord that struck a golf cart on Monday at 9:16 a.m. at 6000 Crane Brook Way.

Tow truck struck and took down the street signs at 2 Tremont St. and 63 Central St. on Monday at 11:40 a.m., but left the scene. Police report after contacting the company, the truck returned. Officer will document.

Complaints

Unwanted person reported at 15 Central St., Apt. 204, on Sunday at 3:47 p.m. Officer reports party left without incident.

Manager of the Burlington Coat Factory at 310 Andover St. reported a former employee is in the store on Sunday at 4:54 p.m. and his presence is unwanted. Manager said this former employee has previously made threats against another manager and inappropriate comments to female salespersons which was part of the reason he was dismissed. Manager said the former employee has been told he is not to enter the store. Officer reports party was given a written notice to keep out.

Abandoned Honda CRV reported parked at 9 Margin Terrace for 48 hours on Sunday at 7:20 p.m. and does not belong to anyone in the neighborhood. Officer reports issuing a ticket for parking one foot from the curb.

Manager of Tony C’s Bar & Grill at 210 Andover St. reports a customer spit in his face multiple times and is causing a disturbance in the restaurant on Sunday at 8:03 p.m. Officer reports Ryan Chess was barred from the eatery for one year and sent on his way.

Runaway reported at 14 Columbia Boulevard on Sunday at 8:50 p.m. The juvenile is wearing a tan jacket and gray sweatpants. Police received information the teen is in a camper at 13 Lakeland Park Drive. The juvenile was found at that address and returned to school without incident.

Suspicious motor vehicle reported at Cedar Grove Cemetery at 100 Cedar Grove Ave. on Sunday at 11:13 p.m. Officer spoke with parties in the vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. BR69DF and they were sent on their way.

Caller reported windows were left open at Fairweather Apartments at 20 Central St. on Monday at 4:53 a.m. Officer reports all appears in order.

Driver reported a construction crew is working on the Century House Restaurant roof at 235 Andover St. and debris is blowing onto the road on Monday at 9:20 a.m. Officer reports the workers have completed stripping the roof and have begun cleanup.

Caller reports a person in a silver Honda is making a recording in front of the Lahey Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine building on Monday at 2:21 p.m. Officer reports the person is a private investigator and was told to check in with the Peabody Police Department in the future.

Overdose

Report of an unconscious party with labored breathing on Lowell Street on Sunday at 5:34 p.m., possible overdose. Party has a history of abusing Xanax. Officer reports party refused medical attention.

SAUGUS

Arrests

Darrie L. Washington, 48, of 1855 Washington St., Apt. 5E, Boston, was arrested on warrant charges.

Nathanael Belizaire, 28, of 170 Windsor St., Cambridge, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, possession to distribute a Class D drug, resisting arrest, two counts of weapon or knife in excess of 2½ inches saber or sword, and four counts of assault and battery on police officer.

Complaints

A caller reported a man urinated on his bed and is being physical with staff at Salvation Army on Broadway at 1:17 a.m. Monday.

The Fire Department reported a hydrant at the corner of Jefferson and Cleveland avenues was out of service at 1:12 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported someone used his checkbook on Main Street at 2:59 p.m. Monday.

SWAMPSCOTT

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash with property damage less than $1,000 at 92 Paradise Road at 5:46 p.m. on Monday; at CVS Pharmacy, 413 Paradise Road at 8 p.m. on Monday.

Theft

A report of a larceny at Stop & Shop, 450 Paradise Road, at 4:26 p.m. on Monday.
