A report of a floor investigation at 10:49 p.m. Saturday on Prospect Street. A caller requested the fire department check her floor for burns as she had placed hot coals on it. Police reported there were no issues.

Georgios Keskinidis, 36, of 82 Judge Road, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, Class E drug possession with intent to distribute and motor vehicle operator refuses to identify self at 6:11 p.m. Saturday.
Carlos J. Oquendo, 60, of 50 Warren St., Apt. 414, was arrested and charged with OUI-liquor and failure to stop for police at 6:52 p.m. Saturday.
William T. Prince, 23, of 483 Lowell St., was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession at 11:08 p.m. Saturday.
