Peabody Police Department reports they received a 911 hangup call on Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. from Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway, Apt. 3-201. Lynnfield officer reports the apartment is empty and no one is living there.

Complaints

Caller from Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway, Apt. 3-112, reports she cannot find her 2-year-old daughter on Wednesday 3:54 p.m. Officer reports mother found child in bed sleeping under the covers.

Caller reports a gas odor inside the home at 5 Green Meadow Drive on Wednesday at 9:10 p.m. Call referred to other agency.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance at 401 Ross Drive on Wednesday at 10:40 a.m. for a man bleeding from the legs. Officer reports patent was taken to the hospital.

Request for an ambulance received from 39 Forest Hill Ave. on Wednesday at 11:27 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Well-being check request for a man at 2 Walsh Road on Thursday at 12:39 a.m. Officer spoke with the man and his mother and everything is OK.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A walk-in reported at 11:27 a.m. on Wednesday that someone charged $270.38 to her credit card.

A walk-in reported at 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday that her bank account was hacked.

A caller reported a flame coming from a transformer at Lafayette and Martin streets at 5:02 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers reported an arcing wire on the corner and requested Electric Light.

A caller reported their water heater broke on Overlook Road at 6:34 p.m. on Wednesday. They stated they were unable to shut the water off. Responding officers arrived and shut the water and gas off.

A caller reported he was driving with a friend in the passenger seat and the friend started assaulting him on Ocean Avenue at 8:17 p.m. on Wednesday. He stated he pulled over, got out, dialed 911, and started to walk away while the friend remained in his passenger seat. The dispatcher asked the caller to describe his location and he stated “near houses and trees.” He stated the altercation began after the friend went to light a “marijuana cigarette” and he tried to take it out of his hand. The friend got mad at the caller and then punched him in the face. The caller told officers he did not want to prosecute and denied any injuries.

Arrests

Allison Sarimento, 27, of 325 Maple St., Lynn, was arrested on Tuesday at 5:24 p.m. following a traffic stop at the Cabaret Lounge at 96 Newbury St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

Kyle Mastromarino, 24, of 11 Willowbrae Drive, was arrested on two warrants at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. and charged with shoplifting and possession of a Class A drug on Wednesday at 8:40 a.m.

Jose N. Bettencourt, 65, of 54 Fulton St., was arrested on Wednesday at 9:27 a.m. following a hit and run crash at 4 Centennial Drive in which a light pole was struck and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and the wanton destruction of property in excess of $1,200.

Summons

Jonathan Gomez-Abru, 18, of 63 Boston St., Salem, was summoned following a vehicle check on Tuesday at 3:47 p.m. at St. Ann’s Church at 140 Lynn St. and charged with an ordinance violation.

Nathaniel Ponte, 18, of 1100 Salem St., Apt. 6, was summoned on Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. following a vehicle check at St. Ann’s Church at 140 Lynn St. and charged with an ordinance violation.

Henry N. DeLeon, 39, of 325 Maple St., Lynn, was summoned on Tuesday at 5:24 p.m. following a traffic stop at the Cabaret Lounge at 96 Newbury St. and charged with an uninsured motor vehicle and allowing an unlicensed operator to drive the car.

Accidents

Hit and run crash reported at 50 Margin and 93 Gardner streets on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m. Officer reported one of the vehicles left prior to police getting to the scene and the owner will contact insurance company.

Two-car motor vehicle crash with back injuries was reported at the Sugar Cane Restaurant at 106 Main St. on Tuesday at 3:32 p.m. Officer reports there were no injuries and no tows were needed.

Caller reports a minor motor vehicle crash at the North Shore Bank at 284 Andover St. on Tuesday at 4:05 p.m. and said the other operator is refusing to give his information paper exchange. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Two-car motor vehicle crash reported on Wednesday at 6:28 a.m. at 0 Centennial Drive and 9 Technology Drive. Officer reports no injuries or tows.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Wednesday at 9:20 a.m. at 13 Franklin St. at 30 Chestnut St. Officer reports operator in Massachusetts registration no. 843YNO being evaluated by Atlantic EMTs.

Animal Control

Injured owl reported in the middle of the road at 11 Andover St. on Tuesday at 11:28 p.m. refusing to move. Officer reports a message was left for the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife. Officer reports owl was moved to 16 Andover St.

An unwanted person was reported at B&S Gillis Insurance at 85 Main St., Apt. C, on Tuesday at 4:29 p.m. Officer reports person has been banned from the property.

Road rage incident reported on Tuesday at 5:21 p.m. by a caller on Foster Street who said the operator of the other vehicle got out of the vehicle and threatened to punch him and the suspect fled in his vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. 1ARN65 on Central and Tremont streets. Officer reports a be-on-the-lookout was issued to all downtown units.

Shaw’s Supermarket at 210 Andover St. reported a person looking into a dumpster on Tuesday at 8:05 p.m. Officer reports the dumpster diver left without incident.

Report of a motor vehicle spun out of control at 320 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 8:33 p.m. Officer could not locate.

Caller from 3 Magnolia Way, Apt. 3110, reports dirt bike was stolen from the garage on Wednesday at 5:17 a.m. Officer reports two dirt bikes were stolen from unlocked garage overnight. Officer will document.

Peabody Fire Department requested assistance with a 2-year-old child locked in the car at 10 Wheatland St. on Wednesday at 8:59 a.m.

Road rage incident reported on Wednesday at 12:43 p.m. at Dunkin’ Donuts at 117 Newbury St. Officer reports the calling party will seek their own complaint in court.

Northshore Mall security at 210 Andover St. requested assistance with a teenager causing a disturbance on Wednesday at 3:17 p.m. Officer reports man has been banned from the mall for one year and was escorted off the property.

Medical Aid

Person reported a bad reaction to marijuana and melatonin gummies at 2 Aborn St., Apt. 3, on Wednesday at 12:03 a.m. Patient transported to Salem Hospital.
