Arrest    

Darren A. Roberts, 54, of 54 Essex St., was arrested on an out-of-town warrant from the Woburn-Lawrence District Court on Saturday at 4:43 p.m.

Complaints

Suspicious auto reported at the UPS property on Kimball Lane for several weeks on Friday at 8:20 a.m.

Caller reported disabled vehicles on the ramp from Main Street to Route 128 South on Saturday at 7:54 a.m. Officer reports AAA contacted and services rendered.

Caller reported crosswalk sign in front of Center Store appears to have been struck by a motor vehicle and knocked down on Saturday at 9:55 p.m. Officer reports sign has been damaged and has been moved to the side of the road.

Caller reports there are people in her apartment at 402 Ross Drive on Sunday at 4:47 p.m. who refuse to leave. Officer reports there is no one in the apartment. Woman’s son is coming to take his mother to his house for the night.

Christmas tree reported in roadway at 1 Bay State Road on Sunday at 8:24 p.m. Officer checked the area from Center to Lowell streets and found nothing.

False Alarms

Accidental fire alarm reported at Center Market at 588 Main St. on Friday at 8:50 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Burglar alarm canceled by the security company for 527 Salem St., Apt. U-9, on Friday at 8:59 a.m.

Accidental 911 hang up call from the Summer Street School at 262 Summer St. on Friday at 10:21 a.m. School resource officer confirmed accidental.

Burglar alarm canceled by the security company for Lynnfield Dental Associates on Friday at 4:55 p.m.

Burglar alarm reported at the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. on Saturday at 12:20 p.m. Officer reported finding unlocked door, checked interior and everything appeared in order, door secured.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at 33 Heritage Lane on Sunday at 9:16 a.m. Officer reports house appears secure.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested on Friday at 10:21 a.m. from 80 Underhill Road. Officer reports call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

Well-being check requested for 401 Ross Drive for a resident who needed assistance turning on an oxygen tank on Friday at 1:25 p.m.

Medical aid requested for 401 Ross Drive on Friday at 9:09 p.m. Patient taken to the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Ambulance request from Legal C Bar at 220 Market St. on Sunday at 1:07 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

NAHANT

Arrest

Katrina L. Freeman, 28, of 10 Tower St., Webster, was arrested on warrant charges.

Complaints

A report of a loose dog with no collar at Vernon Street and Swallow Cave Road at 11:29 a.m. Thursday.

A caller on Mills Terrace reported duck hunters who appeared too close to the beach and were causing a disturbance at 7:01 a.m. Friday. Police report the hunters appear to be far enough from the shore to hunt.

PEABODY

Arrest

Christian Skyler Clemons, 25, of 58 Cabot St., Apt. 1, Beverly, was arrested on Wednesday at 8:18 p.m. following a traffic stop at 10 Roycroft Road and charged with possession of Class E drugs, and other department warrant.

Summons

Emajae Quincy Gil Brown, 18, of 16 Hollis Road, Lynn, was summoned on Wednesday at 6:33 p.m. following a report of store employee theft of  $4,974.45 from Nordstrom. She is charged with larceny over $250.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported on Wednesday at 4:01 p.m. at the U.S. Post Office at 4 Essex Center Drive. Officer dispatched and assisted with paperwork exchange.

Car into a tree reported on Wednesday at 6:19 p.m. at 13 Fairview Ave. Officer reports vehicle towed by All-Star Towing and vehicle will be junked.

Motor vehicle crash reported at Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:23 a.m. Thursday. Officer assisted the operators in exchanging their information.

Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 128 North at 208 Andover St. on Friday at 7:59 a.m. The officer assisted the operators in exchanging their information.

Animal Control

Loose black Lab with a red collar and black bandana reported at 2 Surrey Lane at 2 Elizabeth Lane on Thursday at 11:08 a.m. Animal Control officer took the animal to Borash Veterinary Clinic.

Caller reported witnessing a man beat a golden retriever from Mill Street on Thursday at 6:06 p.m. Reporting party said the dog went under a vehicle and the owner arrived on scene. Officer reports the suspect was gone when police arrived.

Breaking and Entering

Report of a past breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Wednesday at 3:02 p.m. at 17 Keys Drive. Officer will document.

Report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. at 4 Meadowview Road. Party said the doors were left unlocked and it appears someone looked through the glove box. Nothing missing except for loose change and phone charger. No damage to the vehicle.

Complaints

Caller reports that the vacant house at 14 Farm Ave. has an open basement on Wednesday at 3:59 p.m. Officers checked the house, secured the back door, and all in order.

Caller reported someone changed the locks in her apartment at Tannery II at 12 Crowninshield St., Apt. 621, and went through her locked file cabinet on Wednesday at 4:24 p.m. Officer spoke with the resident who will provide information to the investigating officer.

Caller from 2 Yoland Road reported a group of kids are trespassing. Officer spoke with reporting party and all is in order. The group left prior to police arrival on Wednesday at 4:37 p.m.

Report of someone screaming in the complex at 14 Collins St. on Wednesday at 4:59 p.m. Officer spoke with reporting party and knocked on a few doors but got no answers.

The Department of Public Works was notified on Wednesday at 5:03 p.m. to fill a trench half way across Lake Street between the 2 Huntington Drive entrances.

The Stop & Shop at 19 Howley St. reported a panhandler wearing a New England Patriots jacket on Wednesday at 5:22 p.m. Officer located “Bernie,” spoke to him and he denied the allegations.

A fight between a man and a woman was reported at the entrance to the Cafe Nero on Wednesday at 7:17 p.m. Officer reports it was a verbal argument and all is in order.

A disturbance was reported on Wednesday at 8:48 pm. at 3123 Avalon Drive with a neighbor banging on the front door. Officer spoke with all parties involved and they will be keeping it down for the night and go their separate ways.

Noise complaint from 2 Johnson and 596 Lowell streets about large trucks are waking up the neighborhood on Thursday at 6:26 a.m. Officer checked the area and the offending vehicles were gone upon arrival.

Report of vehicles parked on the side of the road at 66 Veterans Memorial Drive with wrong plates attached and vehicle identification number crossed out on Thursday at 11:24 a.m. All-Star Tow en route.

Caller reported a suspicious black Dodge Charger driving back and forth on Granite Street for the last 10 minutes on Thursday at 3:07 p.m. Officer reported vehicle could not be found.

Officer checked on trailer with no plates on Thursday at 3:11 p.m. at 13 Bradford St. The officer issued a 15-day notice of removal on the white 2003 Ford F550 owned by James Turner.

Caller reports her mailbox was stolen from 97 Birch St. on Thursday at 3:18 p.m. Officer will document.

Wallet found on Central Street on Thursday at 3:22 p.m. The officer will be returning a found wallet to the owner.

Man walked into the station on Thursday at 3:40 p.m. to report he tried to get his property from his apartment at 27 Fulton St., Apt. 3, but the landlord changed the locks. Officer will document.

Caller from 89 Birch St. reported vandalism to his property on Thursday at 4 p.m. Officer reported that a reflector stake in the driveway was missing.

Walk-in party seeking assistance with a household conflict at Cedar Pond Village at 1100 Salem St. on Thursday at 6:32 p.m. Officer to document.

Officer will be checking on a vehicle with no plates on Friday at 10:08 a.m. at 9 Winona St. The officer issued a 15-day notice of removal on the brown 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Resident reported two men came to 90 Franklin St. and said they were from National Grid and needed to check inside her house on Friday at 11:34 a.m. Caller said they were last seen on Franklin Street walking toward Perkins. Officer confirmed the workers were from the utility.

Caller reports he left his phone outside of 150 Main St. on Friday at 12:37 p.m. and he is now tracking to the area near 6 Pierpont St. Police were unable to locate the phone. Officer will document the loss.

Resident from 3 Paul Ave. reports various pieces of jewelry were stolen from her house on Friday at 2:46 p.m. Officer will document.

Off-duty officer called in that a party is looking through the yard at 56 Emerson Ave. on Friday 2:47 p.m. The officer spoke with the owner of the residence and confirmed the man had permission to take the metal door. The door is being tied to the vehicle and they are leaving the area.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance for a person who fell and has a back injury at Brooksby Village, 102 Brooksby Village Drive, Apt. 515, on Thursday at 9:27 a.m.

Caller requested a well-being check on a friend on Wallis Street who is talking about suicide by a drug overdose via text messages. Officer spoke with the friend who refused medical assistance on Thursday at 4:19 p.m.

Daughter called from Danvers on Thursday at 5:36 p.m. to request a well-being check on her mother who lives on Ledgewood Way, who is allegedly being controlled by her husband. Officer spoke with the mother who said her daughter becomes overly concerned when she is intoxicated.

Essex Regional received a call from a woman at the Extended Stay America at 200 Jubilee Drive who whispered she does not feel safe on Thursday at 9:57 p.m. Woman was taken to Union Hospital and officer will document.

Alliance Health at Rosewood at 22 Johnson St. reports a man in respiratory distress on Friday at 7:50 a.m. Officer arrived and reported Atlantic Ambulance said the man did not need services.

Caller from 42 Oak Ave. reports that her grandmother has fallen and can not get up on Friday at 10:17 a.m. Officer reports Atlantic Ambulance will handle the call.
