A report of suspicious activity at 6:18 p.m. Saturday on Humphrey Street. A caller reported there was a man who kept ringing the doorbell and wouldn’t go away. She said the man told her he lived on the second floor and lost his key. Police responded and reported there was no one around.
Overdose
A report of an opioid overdose at 10:35 p.m. Friday on Broughton Road.
Theft
A report of a stolen recycling bin at 12:14 p.m. Friday on West Shore Drive. A caller reported he went out to pick up his two recycling bins and one was missing.

Katrina L. Freeman, 28, of 10 Tower St., Webster, was arrested on warrants at 9:11 p.m. Friday.
Complaints
A caller reported duck hunters appeared to be close to the beach and causing a disturbance at 7:01 a.m. Friday on Mills Terrace. Police reported the hunters appeared to be far enough off the shore to safely hunt.
