Arrests

Amanda Angel, 26, of 91 Hanover St., was arrested on warrant charges of Class A drug possession, Class B drug possession, Class E drug possession and trespassing at 4:17 a.m. Wednesday.

Crystal Baker, 27, of 127 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery at 6:28 a.m. Tuesday.

Tamara Cherduville, 18, of 103 Washington St., was arrested on a warrant charge of armed robbery at 11:53 a.m. Tuesday.

Hector Echevarria, 34, of 109 Broad St., was arrested on a warrant charge of Class B drug possession at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Rhadames Fernandez, 60, of 44 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with daytime breaking and entering for a felony at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Charles Giardina, 35, was arrested on a courtesy booking at 9:39 a.m. Wednesday.

Davonta Jacobs, 25, of 21 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police and on warrant charges of two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, registration not in possession, no inspection/sticker, failure to stop for police, motor vehicle lights violation and failure to stop/yield at 10:18 a.m. Wednesday.

Summons

Charlene Marie Repetto, 49, of 61 Lowell Road, North Reading, was summoned on Monday at 11:09 a.m. at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. and charged with shoplifting of $250 or more.

Complaints

Larceny reported at the Wakefield Municipal Gas & Light Department on Kimball Lane on Monday at 1:13 p.m.

Officer requested at Jos. A. Bank at 320 Market St. to remove an intoxicated customer from the store on Monday at 9:45 p.m. Officer spoke with the person who is calling a cab with his girlfriend.

Loud noise reported at 8 Needham St. on Tuesday at 4:01 a.m.

Caller reported a suspicious car is parked at the end of her driveway at 5 Alderney Way on Tuesday at 4:47 a.m. Officer reports vehicle was gone upon arrival.

Follow-up report of loud noise at 8 Needham Road on Tuesday at 6:46 a.m. Officer reports all is quiet.

Debris blocking roadway reported at 1100 Main St. and 228 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 10:36 a.m. Officer reports tree limb removed.

Caller reported vehicle operating erratically on Salem Street on Tuesday at 2:50 p.m. Officer reports operator is complaining of knee pain. Patient taken to Union Hospital.

Caller said she heard someone at the front door at 14 Gerry Road on Wednesday at 12:09 a.m. Officer checked the area and found nothing.

False alarms

Accidental panic alarm reported on Tuesday at 8:42 a.m. at 3 Trickett Road.

Report of a burglar alarm at Summer Street School on Tuesday at 10:35 a.m. Officer reports a door unlocked, checked the interior and all is OK, and secured the door.

Caller reports alarms are going off at 43 Pillings Pond Road on Tuesday at 11:49 p.m.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. on Monday at 12:03 p.m. Patient taken to Union Hospital.

Caller reported an unresponsive woman at Davio’s at 1250 Market St. on Monday at 7:54 p.m. Officer reports patient refused assistance.

A 33-year-old man from 6 Tapley Road requested an ambulance for chest pain and shortness of breath on Monday at 11:37 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Request for an ambulance at 972 Main St. on Tuesday at 9:19 a.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Report of an 88-year-old man who is pale and dizzy at Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway, Apt. B2109 on Tuesday at 6:46 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Request for an ambulance for a person who fell and sustained a wrist injury at the Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 311. Patient taken to the hospital.

Caller reports a fall with head injury at 41 Clark Road on Tuesday at 8:35 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Medical rescue requested on Wednesday at 6:49 a.m. at 406 Ross Drive. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported a large limb went down and may have pulled a live wire on Columbia Road at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers reported a wire was down and it was pulled off to the side of the road.

A caller reported a low-hanging electrical wire on Village Street at 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated they were concerned if a truck drove by it would pull the wire down. Responding officers stated it appeared to be a communication wire and they attempted to secure it higher so it wouldn’t get pulled.

A caller reported a low-hanging wire from the side of her house on Willard Lane at 4:03 p.m. on Tuesday. She stated she thought it was a communication line but was not sure.

A walk-in reported at 4:38 p.m. on Tuesday that an ongoing problem with her neighbor grew deeper as she intentionally accelerated her car toward her and almost ran over her dog.

A caller reported a neighbor had a fire pit going on Stratford Road and was throwing things in, which made embers fly everywhere, at 6:17 p.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported a gentleman having trouble with his vehicle on Gerry Street at 7:51 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated the man was stuck in manual. It was reported that AAA came to assist.  

A caller reported a car was stuck in the cemetery on West Shore Drive at 9:21 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated there may be some damage to the vehicle. Responding officers stated the vehicle was stuck but there was no damage to it or to the cemetery.

NAHANT

Arrest

Carlos E. Torres, 25, of 84 Ames St., Boston, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, arrestee furnished false ID information to law enforcement, and warrant charges.

Accidents

A caller reported a motor vehicle accident at Nahant and Castle roads at 6:16 p.m. Sunday; at the Nahant Rotary at 4:07 a.m. Tuesday.

Complaints

A report of threats on Nahant Road at 1:10 p.m. Friday.

A caller reported a black truck that was seen around 11:30 p.m. on Page Road in the area of the Knights of Columbus “spinning its tires and doing donuts in the lot.” The caller stated that the same truck is responsible for the markings around Nahant Golf Club parking lot and it does not belong to a Nahant resident.

A report of an erratic operation on the Lynnway heading toward the Nahant rotary at 12:50 p.m. Saturday.

A Carey Street resident reported she believes she heard two gunshots at 10:06 and 10:08 p.m. Saturday. A second caller reported the same with a shorter time frame between the two. Police spoke with two dog walkers on Wharf Street who pointed to the area of Nahant Road. Police report the sound appeared to be coming from inland and not ocean. Officers checked all streets as well as the available shoreline in the area and could not locate the source of the reported noise.

A caller on White Way opened her window and heard a man state “drop the gun” from the attached residence at 5:38 p.m. Sunday. The caller did not think it was kids just playing. Police spoke to juveniles outside the residence and confirmed that it was the kids playing.

A Phillips Road resident reported someone has been dumping electronics and furniture in the dumpster that he rented to clean out his property at 11:12 a.m. Monday.

A caller reported an intoxicated man at Tides Restaurant on Wilson Road causing a disturbance at 9:21 p.m. Monday.

PEABODY

Arrests

Jose Ferreira, 45, of 1214 Salem St., Malden was arrested on Monday at 2:55 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop at 520 Lowell St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Felipe Costa-Barbosa, 37, of 22 Gardner St., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested on Monday at 10:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at 136 Main St. and 8 Caller St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Aristedes J. Krisko, 28, of 12 Wheatland St., was arrested on Tuesday at 6:23 p.m. and charged with using a motor vehicle without authority and possessing a Class A drug.

Summons

Ronald Tanzer, 72, of 56 Emerson Ave., was summoned following a motor vehicle crash at the South Peabody Library at 78 Lynn St. on Monday at 3:25 p.m.  

Cristhian Antonio Tejada Nunez, 35, of 225 Chelsea St., Boston, was summoned following a motor vehicle crash on Monday at 8:47 p.m. at 36 Gardner St. and cited for the negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Elliott E. Hewitt, 85, was summoned following a parking complaint at 27 Rainbow Circle and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle on Tuesday at 7:40 a.m. Officer reports vehicle was towed by All-Star Towing.

Accidents

Report of a minor motor vehicle crash at 48 Andover St. and 2 Buttonwood Lane on Monday at 5:01 p.m. Officer reports assisted with paperwork exchange.

Head-on collision reported at 84 Lynnfield St. and 74 County St. on Monday at 7:26 p.m. Officer reports both parties refused medical attention.

A motor vehicle crash with possible injury was reported on Monday at 8:50 p.m. One operator taken to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.

Motor vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday at 1:12 p.m. at 31 Rainbow Circle.

Complaints

Woman complained she was verbally attacked by a T-Mobile employee at the Northshore Mall at 210 North Andover St. on Monday at 5:08 p.m. and would like to get a restraining order. Officer reports woman got a refund from the T-Mobile employee and order has been restored.

Caller reports rocks in the road at 114 Lake St. and 2 Pleasant St. on Monday at 5:24 p.m. Officer reports they tried to fill her hole with smaller rocks. It is located by the electrical box on Lake Street. The Department of Public Works has been notified.

An intoxicated person reported at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St. Officer reports Ronald Bruce, 58, was sent on his way without incident.

Caller from Chipotle Mexican Grill at 210 Andover St. reported her father’s ex-wife and her daughter verbally attacked her and her mother at the restaurant on Monday at 6:37 p.m. The reporting party also said the confrontation nearly became physical but mother and daughter were held back by some men. Officer will document.

Resident of 4 Meredith Road reported he was checking his home on Monday at 7:54 p.m. and that the basement lights turned off and on and no one should be in the house. Officer reports the light is faulty and all is OK.

Suspicious silver SUV reported in front of 286 Newbury St. on Monday at 8:36 p.m. Caller said a man and woman are in the vehicle and may be involved in sexual or drug activity. Caller said they left the vehicle prior to the arrival of police.

Caller reports his grandmother called him to say there might be someone in her home on Wagner Street on Monday at 9:03 p.m. Officer reports all is OK.

Manager from Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers at 69 Newbury St. called to say they are closed but a customer is banging on the window demanding service on Monday at 9:23 p.m. Party left in a black Honda toward the hotel. Officer spoke with the manager who said all is OK and he is satisfied the party has left the area.

Resident at 134 Lynn St. reported being woken by a loud noise on Tuesday at 2:53 a.m. and it appears a green vehicle struck a traffic pole, debris was left behind, and operator fled the scene. Officer reports the Department of Public Works was notified as well as Peabody Fire Department for downed signal pole.

Report of an unwanted person at Revival Church at 216 Newbury St. on Tuesday at 3:43 a.m. Officer reports Romeo Thomas, 21, left without incident.

Disabled vehicle reported on Tuesday at 1:23 p.m. at 125 Lake St. Officer reports vehicle has a flat tire and Gaeta’s Tow is en route.

Resident of 2 Margaret Road reports three youths on dirt bikes on Tuesday at 3:03 p.m. Officer reports they were gone upon arrival.

Woman called to say a Christmas tree blew out onto Lynn and Margaret streets and damaged her car on Tuesday at 3:13 p.m. Officer will document.

Well-being check requested on Tuesday at 3:55 p.m. for “Joan,” who is not answering the phone at 261 Newbury St. Officer reports friend called back to say Joan is at a nursing home.

Officer reports a sofa was dumped at Pierpont Park on Wednesday at 1:16 a.m. The Department of Public Works has been contacted and couch was removed.

Caller from the Lahey Medical Center at 1 Essex Center Drive reports conflict over wait time with medical staff on Wednesday at 2:45 a.m. Officer reports caller was gone upon arrival.

Abandoned motor vehicle reported by Rescue Motors at 55 Walnut St. on Wednesday at 8:13 a.m. Officer will contact All-Star Towing to remove vehicle.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Isaias E. Roman, 20, of 20 E Brookline, Apt. 57, Quincy, was arrested and charged with person in fear of breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony, malicious destruction of property over $1,200.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:47 p.m. Monday;  on Main Street at 6:17 p.m. Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller on Rice Street reported her car windows were shot out by a BB gun at 9:47 a.m. Monday.

A report of an oil drum that is leaking at 10 Jones Road at 12:38 p.m. Monday.

A Water Street resident reported multiple loud bangs in the wooded area behind her home at 5:08 p.m. Monday. Police report being out in the wooded area in Breakheart Reservation of an area search. Wakefield Police also reported they had a K-9 unit in the woods on the Water Street side for a similar report. After an extensive search, all units were clear and the call was unfounded.

A caller reported a dog unattended in a car in the Kowloon parking lot at 6:16 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported a disturbance at the front of Border Cafe at 6:44 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported a man trying to push his way through his back porch door to gain access to their Walnut Street home at 2:09 a.m. Tuesday. Police report the suspect is a juvenile.

A caller reported her friend called her and said her ex-boyfriend broke into her apartment by punching a window at 75 Newhall Ave. at 7:19 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported a man in a four-door sedan tampering with an outside ATM attached to the building at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported her motor vehicle was broken into sometime during the night on Hurd Avenue at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of gunshots and a bullet hole in the wall of a room at Red Roof Inn at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported he is being extorted for $20,000 over Facebook by a woman who claims to have him in a compromising video at 10:08 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of two teenagers breaking into a red vehicle on Warden Street at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Gabriel Castro, 26, was arrested and charged with failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 5:22 p.m. on Monday.
