Arrests

Brandon Daigle, 34, of 26 Davida Road, Burlington, was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, Class C drug possession and Class E drug possession at 8:29 p.m. Sunday.

Chibuike Okeke, 62, of 68 Broad St., was arrested and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order and retaliating against a witness at 12:02 p.m. Monday.

Talia Piazza, 24, of 111 Banks St., Winthrop, was arrested and charged with Class C drug possession and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 8:07 p.m. Sunday.

Rodrigo Robles, 18, of 77 Warren St., was arrested and charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property, larceny and nighttime breaking and entering for a felony at 10:14 a.m. Monday.

Complaints

Disabled auto reported on Friday at 9:21 a.m. at 511 Walnut St. and 199 Salem St. Officer reports vehicle gone upon arrival.

Caller from 550 Summer St. reports she found a 20-pound rock in her parking lot on Friday at 6:25 p.m. and it’s unclear how it got there.

Lynnfield Fire Department reports they received calls of wires on fire at 511 Walnut St. at 199 Salem St. on Friday at 6:31 p.m. Officer was unable to find the wires.

Damage to a rock wall reported at 550 Summer St. on Friday at 9:52 p.m.

Report of a white bus that pulled into the driveway at 565 Walnut St. on Saturday at 3:01 p.m. and may have taken down a telephone wire pole. Officer reports Verizon notified.

Property check requested at Lynnfield High School at 275 Essex St. on Saturday at 9:45 p.m. Officer reports he dispersed group of youths in the parking lot.

Motorist called to report she struck a tree in front of 8 Trickett Road on Sunday at 7:18 a.m. and said her hand was tingling but refused medical attention. Gaeta’s Towing contacted.

Caller from 662 Salem St. reported she had to leave her motor vehicle parked at the end of her driveway because the battery is dead on Sunday at 4:30 p.m.


False alarms

Alarm company reports accidental burglar alarm at Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway on Friday at 7:12 a.m. Officer reports building is secure.

Burglar alarm cancelled by the alarm company for 390 Salem St. on Friday at 7:36 a.m.

Accidental burglar alarm reported on Friday at 9:08 a.m. at 34 Apple Hill Lane; at 7 Townsend Road on Friday at 12:59; on Saturday at 3:47 p.m. at 15 Ramsdell Way; at 633 Main St. on Saturday at 11:43 p.m. Officer reports residence is secure.
Accidental front door and motion burglar alarm reported on Friday at 7:05 p.m. at Anton’s Cleaners at 8 Center Court. Officer reports all is secure.

Report of a false burglar alarm on Friday at 7:06 p.m. from the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. Officer reports school appears to be in order.

False burglar alarm reported at 10 Kimberly Terrace on Saturday at 9:10 p.m. Officer reports residence appears in order.

Accidental fire alarm Fire at King’s Entertainment on Sunday at 5:11 p.m.

Homeowner at 17 Melch Road reported they entered the wrong code and triggered the burglar alarm on Sunday 6:38 p.m.


Medical Aid

Caller reported her 77-year-old husband at 3 Mirabeau Lane is diabetic and not feeling well on Saturday at 11:08 a.m.  Patient taken to the North Shore Medical Center.

Caller from 10 Kings Road reported her 58-year-old father fell and is unable to get up on Saturday at 2:42 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Caller reports a 58-year-old woman fell in the shower at 682 Main St. and struck her head on Sunday at 6:55 a.m. Patient taken to Union Hospital.

Call for an ambulance at 9 Atherton Circle on Sunday at 12:47 p.m. Party taken to the hospital.

Caller requested medical aid at Legal C Bar at 220 Market St. on Sunday at 3:16 p.m. Party taken to the hospital.

 

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Guillon Solis, 36, of 26 Essex Circle, Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested on a warrant at 1:07 a.m. Monday.

 

Accident

Minor hit and run crash reported on Monday at 3:05 p.m. on Pleasant Street. Caller said he was making a deposit in the bank, as he was leaving a witness said a tan Jeep Wrangler sideswiped his car while it was parked. He said there is a minor scratch on the vehicle and he will talk to his wife to see if they should file a report.

 

Complaints

A report of a possible egger at 9:13 p.m. Sunday on Spray Avenue. A caller reported someone threw an egg out of the window of a vehicle and it got in their car.  

Caller from Countryside Lane reports her mother fell and hit her head on Monday at 1:36 p.m. but did not lose consciousness. Officer reports party taken to the North Shore Medical Center.

Therapist from Massachusetts General Hospital walked into the police station on Monday at 6:59 p.m. to report she left her phone at Cindy’s Nail Salon and she needs it in case anyone calls in need of services. Police were unable to find a number for the owner other than the business telephone.

Caller reported his wife fell in the driveway on Robert Road on Monday at 11:28 p.m. and is bleeding. Officer reports woman was brought into the house.

 

Theft

A report of a stolen snowman at 10:11 p.m. Sunday on Green Street. A caller reported someone stole their light-up snowman, which was caught on video. Charges are pending against a juvenile for the theft.

 

PEABODY

Arrests

Larisa Seredkina, 49, of 12 Pierpont St., was arrested on Thursday at 9:27 p.m. following calls about a motor vehicle swerving prior to an accident, and charged with possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession of a Class E drug, failure to use care in starting, stopping and turning, operating under the influence of alcohol, and assault and battery on a police officer.

Joseph J. Cerasoli, 55, of 13 Wayte Road, Bedford, was arrested on Saturday at 6:04 p.m. at 10 Joyce Road and charged with violating a restraining order, threat to commit a crime, and assault and battery on a household member.

Stacey Marie Oliveira, 32, of 753 Broadway, 2nd floor, Lowell, was arrested on Sunday at 9:52 p.m. at the Citizens Inn at 25 Holten St. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

 

Summons

Neiva DaSilva, 38, of 59 Pearl St., Somerville, was summoned following a traffic stop at 487 Lowell St. on Thursday at 3:15 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Emmanuel Vieira-Pereira, 18, of 7 Tremont St., Apt. 3, was summoned following a traffic stop on Friday at 10:56 a.m. at Peabody Bread at 168 Main St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.  

Julian Matos, 23, was summoned following a traffic stop at Town Variety at 166 Central St. on Sunday at 6:25 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Robert Derek L’Abbe, of 5 Sutton Terrace, Salem, was summoned on Sunday at 8:42 p.m. after a caller reported seeing a man parked at the U.S. Post Office at 13 Wallis St. in a white van injecting a needle into his arm. He was charged with possession of a Class A substance and taken to the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

 

Accidents

Report of a vehicle that struck a light pole at CVS Pharmacy at 85 Lynnfield St. on Sunday at 10 a.m. Officer reports operator will make arrangements to tow the vehicle.

A two-car motor vehicle crash with possible injuries was reported on Thursday at 4 p.m. Officer reports Atlantic Ambulance was on scene and all parties refused medical attention.

Minor motor vehicle crash reported at Sports Medicine North at 1 Orthopedic Drive on Friday at 1:34 p.m. Officer reports no injuries.

Hit and run crash reported on Friday at 1:35 p.m. at 74 Aborn St. Officer reports it was not a hit and run.

Animal Control

Caller reported finding a husky on Prospect Street without a collar or tags on Sunday at 12:27 p.m.

A 911 caller reported her dog is in a fight with a skunk and needs help on Saturday at 9:43 p.m. at 12 Overlook Drive. Officer reports the skunk is dead and the pet is inside.

Fine of $100 sent to David Wilson of 2 Courtland St. on Monday at 1:08 p.m. because his dog, Jake, was loose on Dec. 30 and is not licensed and rabies vaccination has expired.

 

Complaints

Caller reported a suspicious man videotaping in the area of Antonio Drive and Lynnfield Street on Saturday at 5:58 p.m. Officer reports a crew from Channel 4 is conducting an on-camera interview.

Customer called from AT&T Mobility at 210 Andover St. on Saturday at 7:22 p.m. and requested police assistance to collect a refund. Officer reports parties came to an agreement.

Report of loud music coming from the third floor of Tannery Apartments at 16 Crowninshield St. on Saturday at 11:46 p.m. Officer reports music will be turned down for the night.

Loud music complaint on Saturday at 11:52 p.m. from 72 Central St. Officer spoke with resident who will turn down the music for the evening.

Caller reported a woman showed up at his door at 22 Sabino Farm Road on Sunday at 12:56 a.m. to say she was assaulted by a group of men. Woman told police she was dragged out of her car but does not know the names of the perpetrators and does not have much information. She was driven to her home.

Loud music reported at Whispering Meadows at 278 Newbury St. Apt. 51 on Sunday at 1:04 a.m. Officer reports home is quiet for the evening.

Caller from Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. reported loud music from Apt. 157 on Sunday 1:21 a.m. Officer spoke with occupant who agreed to shut things down for the night.  

Report of a man howling on Sunday at 2:10 a.m. from the rear of 256 Washington St. Officer checked the area but found nothing suspicious.

Caller reported a possible abandoned Mercedes Benz with Michigan plates covered in leaves on Paleologos Street on Sunday at 12:18 p.m. Officer reports car is legally parked but will check back later.

Report of a needle found by a dog walker on Sunday at 5:16 p.m. in front of 229 Lowell St. Officer located the bio-hazard and disposed of it.

Caller from the Jade at 4 Bourbon St. called to say she saw a man looking into vehicles on Sunday at 7:09 p.m. and suspects it could be the person who broke into her car on Walnut Street recently. Officer reports the operator of a motor vehicle with New Hampshire plate no. 4442828 was stopped and information was given to the officer who wrote up the breaking and entering.

Well-being check requested by a father on Sunday at 9:16 p.m. from 7-Eleven at 23 Newbury St. for his 29-year-old daughter who was dropped off at the convenience store, possibly intoxicated. Officer checked the area but could not find her. Lynnfield Police Department notified.

Black SUV reported playing loud music on Sunday at 11:31 p.m. at 10 Blaney Ave. and 0 Blaney Lane. Officer checked the area but could not find the SUV or the loud music.

Unwanted drunk party reported on Monday at 1:01 a.m. at 1104 Crane Brook Way. Officer reports disagreement at the residence and the party was taken to his home in Salem.
Neighbors reported there are several days of newspapers at the home at 1 Ledgewood Way, Apt. 6, and no one has been able to contact the resident. The neighbor at Apt. 25 tried to reach the occupant’s daughter without success. Officer reached the resident on Thursday at 3:49 p.m. who said she was visiting her daughter in the hospital for a few days.

Fight in progress reported on Thursday at 4:03 p.m. at the Northshore Mall at 210 Andover St. Officer spoke with mall security who said they did not need assistance and all was OK.

Northshore Mall security asked for police assistance on Thursday at 4:13 p.m. for a woman who is out of control. Officer spoke with mall security who said all is in order and all parties left the mall.

Mother from 8 Truman Road requested a well-being check on her two children on Thursday at 5:13 p.m. She tried to pick up the children this morning and the father refused to give them up. Officer reports no one was at home at the father’s residence and will try to reach him by phone. Mother said she is not worried about the well-being of the kids.

Well-being check requested for an elderly woman on Thursday at 5:53 p.m. on Cashman Road who appears confused. Officer reports woman was taken to the North Shore Medical Center.

Report of a suspicious dark colored vehicle with New Hampshire plates parked in the corner of the first parking lot at 500 Northshore Road on Thursday at 8:02 p.m. Caller said vehicles have been pulling up to it and leaving. Officer located New Hampshire plate no. 435790, a silver Acura. It was parked and unoccupied.

Caller reported she thought she was being followed on Thursday at 8:32 p.m. at 0 Lynnfield St. and 147 Summit St. by a small, gray motor vehicle that turned down Lynnfield Street. Caller said she did not want to talk to police because the vehicle was no longer following her.

Passerby reports a black colored sedan was on the side of the road at 308 Lowell St. and 500 Northshore Road on Friday at 2:02 a.m. and the operator was outside the vehicle and possibly ill. Officer reports unable to locate vehicle or party.

Well-being check requested from a brother at 8 Buford Road about his sister on Friday at 11:09 a.m. He received a voicemail from her that he couldn’t understand. Officer said sister is OK and she will call her brother.

Caller reported finding a car bumper on his lawn at 780 Lowell St. on Friday at 1:29 p.m.

Party came into the station on Friday at 1:55 p.m. to report packages stolen from her home at 50 Warren St. Officer will document.

Report of a window shot with a BB gun overnight on Friday at 2:10 p.m. at 250A Lynnfield St. Officer spoke with tenant and everything is OK.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with entrapment on the Southbound side of Salem Turnpike at 4:42 a.m. Friday. Police report shutting down Ballard Street at Route 107. One person was removed from the vehicle by Revere Fire and transported to a local hospital.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Route 1 South and Lynn Fells Parkway at 9:57 a.m. Friday; on Lynn Fells Parkway at 5 p.m. Friday; on Hamilton Street at 6:43 p.m. Friday; at Square One Mall at 7:11 p.m. Friday; on Nason Road at 8:31 p.m. Friday; at Kohl’s Parking Lot at 1:42 p.m. Saturday; at 60 Ballard St. at 3:08 p.m. Saturday; at Walnut Street overpass at 3:09 p.m. Saturday; at Essex Street and Broadway at 6:50 p.m. Saturday; at Dick’s Sporting Goods at 2:22 p.m. Sunday; at 418 Essex St. at 9:16 p.m. Sunday.

 

Complaints

A caller on Valley Street reported her landlord turned her hot water off for the day and has not turned it back on at 6:12 p.m. Friday. Police report the landlord is making arrangements to turn the hot water back on. This is apparently an ongoing civil dispute.

A report of a loud house party on Pirates Glen Road at 1:27 a.m. Saturday.

A caller reported she was loading her bags into a Lyft ride at Savers Department Store on Broadway and after closing the door, the driver took off without her at 6:26 p.m. Saturday. Police report the driver has gone to the caller’s home and dropped off the bags without realizing his passenger never got into the car.

A report of several vehicles on Linwood Street with smashed windows at 8:24 p.m. Saturday.

A report of two men yelling at each other at the bar at Jimmy’s Steer House at 8:34 p.m. Saturday.

A caller reported that a group of youths were causing a disturbance on the rail rail toward the Lynn Line near Hamilton Street at 11:32 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a verbal argument between an employee and female customer who began throwing store items at 7-Eleven at 1:12 a.m. Sunday.

A Whitney Street resident reported a pitbull on his street broke through a picket fence and attacked his dog at 12:51 p.m. Sunday.

A caller reported a dog in a vehicle at the TJ Maxx parking lot that might be in distress at 7:44 p.m. Sunday.
