A caller reported at 12:39 p.m. on Thursday that he saw two people in his home on Westledge Road through his camera system while he was out of town. He stated there was one male and one female. He stated a neighbor did have access to his residence but he was unable to reach them. Responding officers arrived and the caller stated it must have been his neighbor.
A caller reported four teenagers riding their bikes in the middle of Auburndale Road at 3:05 p.m. on Thursday. They stated the teens were almost struck by traffic.
A caller reported a cashier on Atlantic Avenue was threatened by a customer at 8:05 p.m. on Thursday.

Arrest
Justen J. Parsons, 41, of 216 Lowell St., Apt. Rt-R, was arrested on Wednesday at 6:49 p.m. and placed in protective custody following a caller complaint about his 41-year-old intoxicated stepson.

Carl Decotis, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 25, was summoned to court following a report of theft of a trailer from the Toys “R” Us parking lot on Andover Street. He is charged with larceny over $1,200.
Michael P. Chiaradonna, 61, of 160 Bartholomew St., was summoned on Wednesday at 5:09 p.m. for open and gross lewdness following a report of a man exposing himself at the Northshore Mall at 210 Andover St. Party was located by Nordstroms.

Pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Wednesday at 3:54 p.m. at 54 Gardner St. at 3 Abington Ave. Officer reports patient taken to North Shore Medical Center. Officer said vehicle fled and is owned by an operator in Beverly.
Hit and run crash reported at North Shore Realty Pros at 4 Hancock St., Apt. 1, on Wednesday at 4:40 p.m. The accident occurred on Dec. 10. Reporting party has video evidence of the incident and asked an officer to investigate.
Four-car motor vehicle crash reported on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Speedway at 545b Lowell St. Officer reports tows and EMT en route. Massachusetts State Police notified and Route 1 from Lowell Street was closed.

Animal Control
Caller complained that a dog from 3 Caruso Court is always loose and defecates on his property and the sidewalk on Wednesday at 3:31 p.m. Police advised him to call Animal Control officer and get video evidence. Animal Control officer issued a complaint notice and copy of the leash and waste removal laws to Andreas Hantzopoulos who has been warned and cited previously.
Caller reported a fight between a cat and racoon on Thursday at 1:13 p.m. On callback, she reports it was her neighbor’s cats that are howling and mating. No action required.
