Shawn McMahon, 39, was arrested on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and unregistered motor vehicle at 12:10 a.m. Monday.

Joel Niz-Gomez, 31, of 7 Pinkham Place, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police at 11:38 p.m. Sunday.

Stephany Rodriguez, 29, of 1 Haddington Place, was arrested and charged with wanton destruction of property at 6 a.m. Monday.

Kevin T. Kiley, 57, of 13 Ashwood St., was summoned for disturbing the peace after a caller reported her husband was outside arguing with a neighbor on Sunday at 7:55 p.m.

Report of a hit and run crash at the Center Village Apartments on Main Street on Friday at 8:12 a.m. Officer took report.

A minor motor vehicle crash with property damage but no person injured was reported on Friday at 10:47 p.m. at Salem Street and North Broadway. Officer took report.

A motor vehicle crash with property damage and personal injury was reported on Saturday at 7:34 a.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington.

Motor vehicle crash with property damage reported on Saturday at 5:15 p.m. at the Sagamore Spring Golf Club at 1287 Main St. Operator reports he hit a deer.

Debris in roadway reported at 13 Ashwood Road on Friday at 1:55 p.m. Caller said resident is blowing leaves into the street. Officer reports party is making a pile to vacuum into the truck.

Motorist reports being locked out of a vehicle on Market Street on Friday at 2:41 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Caller reports two men fighting in the street on Friday at 9:16 p.m. at 14 Hidden Valley Road. Officer reports initial incident occurred in Wakefield. The Wakefield Police Department will handle.

Report of a carbon monoxide alarm sounding at 405 Essex Village on Saturday at 7:11 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Caller from 4 Hampton Court reported being locked out on Saturday at 8:07 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Wires down reported at 513 Walnut St. on Saturday at 12:02 p.m. Officer reports cable TV wire off to the side of the road and not impeding traffic.

Officer requested to restore peace at 32 Wildwood Drive where caller reports his brother is out of control on Sunday at 6:36 p.m.

Medical Aid

Caller reports a fall at 22 Longbow Circle on Friday at 7:49 p.m. Patient refused ambulance.

Request for medical aid on Homestead Road on Saturday at 11:50 a.m. for a man who fell.

Well-being check requested for a person in the common room at 401 Ross Drive on Saturday at 2:09 p.m.

Caller reported a man in a wheelchair wearing a hospital gown and she is concerned about his well being. Officer reports man is a resident of Apt. 401 and is locked out of his apartment.

Assist resident request from 18 Trickett Road on Saturday at 11:10 p.m. for lift assist.

Well-being check requested on Sunday at 5:47 a.m. at North Broadway. Officer reports State Police on scene.

Medical aid requested on Sunday at 6:12 p.m. at 401 Ross Drive. Caller reports difficulty breathing. Patient taken to the hospital.

PEABODY

Arrest

Katherine N. Ryan, 54, of 9 Barnstable Road, was arrested after being stopped at Speedway at 545 Lowell St. and charged with the possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and a marked lanes violation.

Accidents

A report of a two-car motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported at 5:25 p.m. Sunday at the overpass of Route 128 and Lowell Street. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Two-car motor vehicle crash at 10:31 p.m. Sunday at Latitude’s Sports Club at 194 Newbury with possible injury. Massachusetts State Police and Atlantic Ambulance contacted. State Police will handle report.

Report of a motor vehicle crash with no personal injury on Monday at 8:28 a.m. at 243 Washington St. at 1 Allens Lane. Officer reports other vehicle left the scene. Report taken.

Two-car motor vehicle crash reported on Monday at 10:44 a.m. at 378 Lynnfield St. at 0 Bartholomew St. Officer reports both vehicles towed and one operator taken to Beverly Hospital. One operator was given a warning for failure to stop.

Motor vehicle crash reported at 13 Pulaski St. at 2 Gardner St. on Monday at 1:05 p.m. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Complaints

A caller reported someone possibly trying to break into her house at 103 Bartholomew St. on Sunday at 4:04 p.m. Criminal Investigation Division en route for photographs and officer will document.

Spanish-speaking caller reported a disturbance on the third floor of 10 Holten St. on Sunday at 5:11 p.m. Officer reports police knocked on the doors, no signs of a disturbance, nor was anyone outside to report any issues.

Suspicious activity reported at 572 Lowell St. on Sunday at 5:50 p.m. Voice mail message said the front door to the residence has been open for weeks. It appears some of the rear windows are broken and the house appears to be unoccupied. Suggests police at least close the front door to discourage intruders. Officers checked the home, which is abandoned, and were able to secure the front door.

Caller reported she came home on Sunday at 7:18 p.m. at 2 Aborn St., Apt. 3, to find someone had broken into her house and was in the bathroom. Officer reports the matter appears to be a misunderstanding and the man was a guest who is no longer wanted on the premises. He was sent on his way.  

Report of an erratic driver at the Speedway at 545 Lowell St. on Sunday at 7:57 p.m. Officer reports the vehicle was stopped by police and noticed the vehicle had a blown tire and the engine was smoking. See the arrest of Katherine N. Ryan.

Suspicious motor vehicle report of a gray motor vehicle with an open door at 59 Lake St. on Monday at 1:02 a.m. Officer located the owner who said they left the door open in error.

Spanish-speaking caller requests EMS for treatment of injuries suffered in an assault by the person in his apartment at 7223 Crane Brook Way on Monday at 1:20 a.m. Officers report the matter involves an intoxicated acquaintance who arrived at the home unannounced and uninvited. Patient was taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Officer will document.

Well-being check requested from a grandmother in Florida for her grandson at 21 Brown St. on Monday at 10:34 a.m. Officer checked residence but party no longer lives at that address. Officer reports party made contact with police department and said the child was ill. The party said they are uncomfortable with the reporting party’s recent behavior and may pursue a restraining order.

Overdose

A report of a possible overdose at 8:20 p.m. Sunday on Mill Street. Officer reports woman was taken to Beverly Hospital.

SAUGUS

Arrests

John Didomenico, 56, of 58 Tremont St., Malden, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, marked lanes violation and defective tail lights at 8:54 p.m. Saturday.

Pasquale A. Piantedosi, 55, of 204 Malden St., Revere, was arrested on a warrant at 4:08 p.m. Friday.

Joshua R. Puccio, 25, of 16 Linden Ave., Wakefield, was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property and Class A drug possession at 12:50 p.m. Friday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 11:04 a.m. Friday at School Street and Granite Road; at 1:51 p.m. Friday at Myrtle Street and Lincoln Avenue; at 9:20 p.m. Friday on Hamilton Street; at 10:33 p.m. Saturday at 313 Main St.; at 10:46 p.m. Saturday at Bob’s Store at 1020 Broadway.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 5:32 p.m. Saturday at Palumbo Properties at 999 Broadway. One person was taken to Lahey Hospital after a three-car crash.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 8:34 p.m. Friday at 13 Newhall St. A caller reported a loud crash and people arguing on Newhall Street behind his house. Police spoke with a Newhall Street resident who reported an attempted breaking and entering to their home. The resident said three men in a white Acura fled toward Lynn. Lynn Police were notified; at 6:05 p.m. Saturday at 12 Oak Hill Road and 4 Briggs Court. A caller reported a group of teenagers running in and out of yards. Police reported the teens were playing “Manhunt.”

A report of suspicious activity at 5:56 p.m. Saturday at TJ Maxx at 1201 Broadway. A caller reported a suspicious black bag left in the lot in front of the store. Police reported it was empty luggage; at 3:42 p.m. Sunday at 14 Oakcrest St. A caller reported a man lurking around the construction site and trailer. Police reported the man was a carpenter working on the home.

Theft

A report of motor vehicle theft at 12:52 pm. Saturday at 1423 Broadway. A past breaking and entering to a motor vehicle was reported.

A report of a larceny at 5:54 p.m. Saturday at Square One Mall at 1201 Broadway.
