She stated she said something to him and he told her it was his choice to leave the infant in the car. She stated the baby was crying as he left and he returned five minutes later.
A construction employee called to report a vehicle passed him and drove on the wrong side of the road at West Shore Drive and Village Street at 9:06 a.m. on Thursday. He stated the driver gave him the finger and was driving very aggressively. Responding officers were unable to find the vehicle.
A caller reported a hoarding situation on Atlantic Avenue at 10:06 a.m. on Thursday. She stated there is machinery, saws, and other garbage in the yard. She also stated there were hazardous materials, such as paint cans, which could combust in the sun. Responding officers arrived to the house and stated the yard was not messy.

Officer reports there was some confusion over where the vehicle was towed. Parties are going to Gaeta’s storage facility to receive her belongings. All clear.
