Curtis Davis, 45, was arrested and charged with disguise to obstruct justice and on a warrant charge of unarmed robbery at 9:49 p.m. Wednesday.

Caller reported a raccoon has been struck by a motor vehicle on Wednesday at 8:38 a.m. at 45 Chestnut St. and 448 Main St. Animal control notified.

Complaints

Threats reported at 40 Salem St. on Wednesday at 11:50 a.m.

Report of loud music in the area of 368 Main St. on Wednesday at 10:03 p.m. Officer reports all quiet.

False Alarm

Report of a front door open at 6 Melody Lane on Wednesday at 11:44 p.m. Officer reports no forced entry, checked interior, everything appears to be OK but unable to secure door.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance on Wednesday 7:39 a.m. at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. for an elderly woman experiencing shortness of breath. Patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance request from Dr. B.D. Gupta at 3 Post Office Square on Wednesday at 10:47 a.m. Patient taken to Lahey Hospital and Medical Clinic in Peabody.

Medical aid requested at Pump N Pantry at 793 Main St. on Wednesday at 6:14 p.m. Officer reports party left the area prior to the arrival of the ambulance.

Elderly caller complaining of shortness of breath requested an ambulance from 33 Daventry Court on Thursday at 5:28 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported phone harassment from an unknown phone solicitation at 12:53 p.m. on Wednesday. The caller stated it was a telemarketer from Waltham and the conversation ended with them telling the resident to “f**k off.”

A caller reported someone called at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday and said he was a friend of her grandson who was being held in jail and would not be released unless she paid. The dispatcher explained the scam to her and advised her to not send over money and call her grandson directly.

A caller reported at 3:56 p.m. on Wednesday that four people and a dog were stuck in an elevator on Rowland Street on the second floor. The elevator opened at 4:04 p.m. and was up and running by 4:18 p.m.

DPW reported a car stuck in a sinkhole at 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday on Darling Street, which was caused by a water break. AAA arrived at 9:21 p.m. to get the car out of the sinkhole.

PEABODY

Summons

Frederico Santos, 26, of 31 Union St., Apt. 2, Jamaica Plain, was summoned following a traffic stop at 62 Walnut St. at 2 Paleologos St. on Wednesday at 8:56 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

James M. Alimonti, 58, was summoned on Thursday at 11:38 a.m. following a parking complaint at 16 Herrick Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance on New Hampshire plate no. 4426598.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash reported at 118 Tremont St. at 2 Oakland St. on Wednesday at 2:01 p.m. Officer reports Arrington Towing en route and will document.

A two-car motor vehicle crash with no injuries was reported on Wednesday at 4:14 p.m. at 2 Antonio Drive and 278 Lynnfield St. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Two-car motor vehicle crash with no injuries was reported at Kappy’s Liquor at 175 Andover St. on Thursday at 7:43 a.m.

Motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported on Thursday at 1:06 p.m. at 252 Forest St. and 74 Farm Ave. Officer reports no vehicles towed.

Complaints

A resident of 6 Allens Lane walked into the station on Wednesday at 5:23 p.m. to report his identity was stolen. He reported multiple credit cards and loans were opened in his name. Officer will document.

Caller reports commercial vehicles parked along Union Street on Wednesday at 6:04 p.m. and a vehicle is sticking out of its driveway causing a partial roadway obstruction. Officer spoke with the vehicle owner who said he would move it to a safer place.

Caller reported an argument between him and his stepson on Wednesday at 6:19 p.m. at 6 Fairview Road. Officer spoke with both parties and they will be leaving the house soon. Officer will document.

Anonymous caller reported someone left a black sedan with a damaged front end and no plates in the driveway of a condemned property at 3 Anthony Road on Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. Caller said the party entered the building, removed something and got into a blue pickup with a cage on the back, but the caller was unable to see the plate number. Officer spoke with the reporting party, and found no evidence of anyone inside the vehicle.

Woman walked into the station on Wednesday at 8:56 p.m. to report she sent more than $14,000 to an unknown individual who said they worked for Social Security. Officer will document.

Massachusetts State Police reported a tan Jeep traveling northbound on the southbound side of Route 1 on Wednesday at 11:50 p.m. near the Cabaret Lounge at 96 Newbury St. Units advised and checking the area.

Caller reported a man sleeping in the lobby of the Peabody Housing Authority at 75 Central St. on Thursday at 5:52 a.m. Party sent on his way.

Arrests

Donald D. Daley, 56, of 735 Broadway, Apt. 56, Malden, was arrested on warrant charges.

George Farag, 28, of 25 Avon St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Target at 3:53 p.m. Wednesday; on Lynn Fells Parkway at 4:24 p.m. Wednesday; at 180 Main St. at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday.

Complaints

A report of a child locked inside a car at Sears Automotive Center on Broadway at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a suspicious male on the overpass near York Ford at 9:01 p.m. Wednesday.

A caller reported he was assaulted by a man who also threatened him with a gun on Avon Street at 10:08 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a man screaming for about half an hour at Evans Elementary School park at 4:07 a.m. Thursday. Police report he and his girlfriend are homeless but will be spending the night with a friend.
