Complaints
A caller reported at 8:48 a.m. on Tuesday that she received a call requesting a donation to the “State Troopers.” She stated the man was quick to hang up the phone and when she called the Nevada area code number back, it was disconnected.
A caller reported a missing iPad at 9:33 p.m. on Tuesday. She stated she used the “Find my iPhone” app on her phone and it shows her device was in the Jersey Street area. Responding officers arrived and the caller remembered she lent it to someone who lives in that area.

Arrests
Steven Crocker, 56, of 8 Good Hope Lane, Salem, was arrested on Monday at 4:55 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, the negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Mark J Ferracane, 58, of 50 Warren St., Apt. 103 was arrested on Tuesday at 9:18 a.m. and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, brass knuckles.
Richard D. Fuller, 35, of 6 Esquire Circle, Apt. 3, was arrested for breaking and entering at night time on Wednesday at 6:54 a.m. Officer reports he refused to cooperate with booking process and was placed in a cell. He was charged with breaking and entering and disorderly conduct.
Summons
Mikhail Davis, 27, of 53 Heath St., Apt. 1, Jamaica Plain, was summoned following a traffic stop at 67 Andover St. on Tuesday at 11:29 a.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a missing registration sticker.
Remilekun Onabadejo, 25, of 9 Albany St., Lynn, was summoned on Tuesday at 2:16 p.m. following a traffic stop at 129 Lynn St. at 5 Beacon Boulevard and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer reports party en route to take the vehicle.
Aaron Brent Sullivan, 42, of 65 Hillberg Ave., was summoned for filing a false police report and malicious destruction of property on Wednesday at 11:20 a.m.
Alex M. Larson, 29, was summoned for shoplifting on Wednesday at 12:44 p.m. at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Tuesday at 10:54 a.m. at the Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates at 2 Essex Center Drive. Caller reports her vehicle was struck in the parking lot and believes the motor vehicle parked next to her is responsible.

Two-car motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported on Tuesday at 3:46 p.m. at Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St. Officer reports parties exchanged paperwork.
A two-car motor vehicle crash with injuries and airbag deployment in both vehicles reported at Five Guys at 227 Andover St. on Tuesday 6:36 p.m. Calling party reported hand pain. Both vehicles towed by Arrington Tow. Officer will document.
Animal Control
Report of a dog outside barking for more than an hour at 4 Piedmont Road on Tuesday at 5:36 p.m. Officer confirmed small dog left out without food or water, no residents home at the time. Officer spoke with a neighbor who will take the dog in with the homeowner’s’ permission until they get home.

A representative for T-Mobile at 210 Andover St. walked into the station to report a larceny involving two employees of $25,000 for insurance purposes on Monday at 3:02 p.m. Report taken.
Possible stolen license plate reported on Monday at 4:47 at Final Finish at 55R Walnut St. Manager will be meeting officer at station to fill out a report. Officer contacted the party who has the plate and he will return the plate on Tuesday.
Caller from 291 Lynnfield St. reports a green sedan struck a guardrail on Monday at 4:55 p.m. The reporting party allowed the operator into her home and said the operator appears intoxicated. Caller from 3 Main St. reports a verbal argument between a man and a woman on Monday at 7:43 p.m. Caller said they are no longer arguing and went into Brother’s Restaurant & Deli Family Restaurant. Reporting party spoke with the woman involved who said they were arguing about groceries and money.
On Monday at 7:56 p.m. caller from 38 Rockway Road reported threatening phone calls from a past customer. Officer will document the incident.
Officer reports receiving a vandalism complaint to a vehicle at 9 Elm St. on Monday at 9:01 p.m. Officer reports the incident occurred on Saturday between 9:30 and midnight and will document.
Resident of 10 Holten St., Apt. 5 reports that someone forced entry into his home on Monday at 10:29 p.m. He would like to speak to an officer. Police spoke with calling party and looked at the door which showed no forced entry and the lock on the door was not working properly. Officer reports calling party will be contacting the landlord.
Possible water main break reported by an off-duty officer at 63 Main St. and 2 Littles Lane on Tuesday at 6:08 a.m. Officer was not sure if the source was from the street or inside the building. The Department of Public Works and Fire Department notified.
A break-in to a motor vehicle Sunday night was reported on Tuesday at 7:36 a.m. from 75 Walnut St. Officer will document the incident.

Husband from 89 Lynn St. requests police and EMT come to his home and evaluate and take his intoxicated wife to a hospital on Monday at 9:59 p.m. Officer reports wife will be going to bed for the evening in the basement.
Caller from Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St., Apt. 130 reports her friend is suffering from complications of kidney stones on Tuesday at 12:04 a.m. No police response necessary.
