Arrests

Kurt Giardullo, 42, of 14 Audubon Road, Wakefield, was arrested and charged with parole/probation violation and on a warrant at 4:52 p.m. Monday.

Joseph Lombardi, 41, of 69R Orchard St., was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property and on a warrant charge of trespassing at 12:05 p.m. Monday.

Jairon Monteros, 18, of 76 Light St., was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and drug violation near a school/park at 11:08 a.m. Tuesday.

Hugh Murray, 41, of 1252 Route 28A, Cataumet, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, threat to commit crime, assault and battery on a police officer and carrying a dangerous weapon at 4:29 p.m. Monday.

Rosa Ramirez, of 47 Estes St., was arrested on a warrant charge of intimidating a witness/juror/court official at 11:52 a.m. Monday.

William Salonen, 52, of 41 Light St., was arrested and charged with parole/probation violation at 3:06 pm. Monday.

Hasty Valentin, 27, of 19 Phillips Ave., was arrested and charged with failure to stop/yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 6:22 p.m. Monday.

LYNNFIELD

Complaints

Homeowner at 513 Broadway, Apt. B, reports being locked out on Monday at 12:57 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Report of a threat at Starbucks at 24 South Broadway on Monday at 2:22 p.m.

Caller from Temazcal at 500 Market St. reported her wallet was stolen and credit cards used on Monday at 3:21 p.m.

 

False Alarms

Accidental burglar alarm at 8 Roundy Road on Monday at 10:40 a.m. Officer reports all is secure.

 

Medical Aid

Resident at 1303 Essex Village reported back pain on Tuesday at 12:55 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

 

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported she was out dog walking at 10:07 a.m. Monday on Green Street and noticed a “stolen laptop” in the bushes. Police reported the laptop was found behind the house in the woods and didn’t appear to be stolen property. It appeared it had been there for some time and does not work.

 

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:03 p.m. Monday on Ticehurst Lane. A caller reported missing packages in the neighborhood.

 

SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 20 Salem Turnpike at 12:47 p.m. Monday; at 5:11 p.m. Monday.

 

Complaints

A caller from Uber reported about 20 people protesting outside the establishment harassing customers and hindering them from entering the building at 1:33 p.m. Monday. The protestors reported they were protesting unfair wages.

A report of a broken house window at 2 Biscayne Ave. at 9:16 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported a woman walking back and forth in the road on Central Street at 7:13 a.m. Tuesday. She was checked by an EMT and medically cleared. Police provided her a ride due to her fear of animals.

 

Theft

A caller reported witnessing a man run out of Marshalls with a carriage full of handbags and fleeing down Route 1 South at 2:12 p.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 5:21 p.m. Monday at Essex and Hanley streets.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 6:39 p.m. Monday at 117 Stanley Road.
