Luis Angel Braude, 29, homeless, was arrested on Saturday at 10:20 p.m. after an officer saw him drop a bag of pills off on foot to a vehicle headed toward Hardy Street and charged him with possession of a Class E, A drugs with intent to distribute, operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension, failure to stop for police, disorderly conduct, and on an outstanding warrant.

A 911 caller reported seeing an argument between a man and someone else in a gray SUV in the McDonald’s Restaurant parking lot at 133 Main St. on Saturday at 5:16 p.m. The vehicle was driving toward Salem and the man was described as wearing a baseball hat, gray sweatshirt and sweatpants. Officer checked the area, spoke to parties at the bus stop who said they didn’t see anything.
Staff from Care One at Peabody Glen nurses’ station reports a patient signed herself out temporarily on Saturday at 5:17 p.m. and has not returned. The patient is also not answering her cellphone. Officer reports speaking to the resident via cellphone, and reports she was still shopping at Target in Danvers, and would return later.
Caller requests police assistance with speaking to staff at Studio Five at 140 Main St. on Saturday at 9:30 p.m. He believes they may have his wallet that was recently lost nearby. Officer reports speaking to the reporting party and salon staff who said they have not seen the wallet in the salon, but that they would notify the police if it were located.
Report of an intoxicated, heavy-set bald man holding a large bottle of alcohol, wearing a gray shirt and black pants and attempting to break into vehicles in the Green Tea parking lot at 126 Newbury St. on Saturday at 10:36 p.m. Officer reports man was waiting for an Uber and thought the vehicle he approached was his ride. Uber driver has since arrived on scene and party is on his way. Officer will document.
Caller reports that a man entered her home and tried to go into her basement at 4 Wright St. on Sunday at 5:22 p.m. She said he seemed very confused and may have been at the wrong house. Possibly left the area in a silver vehicle. Officer spoke with the resident and male party in question and said it was a misunderstanding and all is in order.
