Cathy Ann Wallace Nordin, 64, of 1050 S Park Ave., Tuscan, Ariz., was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and threat to commit crime at 5:29 p.m. Friday.

A man walked into the station to report a man named “John” came to his house to retrieve a couch and entered his basement. Police reported the man in question is related to the owner and claimed he had permission to enter the basement.

She further reported an ongoing issue with a man whom she had a harassment order against.
