Frank Magori, 50, of 11 Hamley St., was arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, possession of an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property worth more than $1,200, larceny of a motor vehicle, larceny over $1,200, assault and battery, and charged with two default warrants at 12:39 a.m. on Friday.

Complaints
A caller reported an attempted social security fraud call at 9:33 a.m. on Thursday. She stated there are a lot of elderly residents in town and she does not want them to get defrauded by a scammer.
A caller reported a black sedan with out-of-state plates that was operating erratically at Smith and Pleasant streets at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday. She stated the vehicle crossed the yellow lines and almost side-swiped two vehicles. Responded officers reported the vehicle as gone on arrival.
A caller reported his father received a scam call from someone claiming to “be the Boston Globe.” He stated his father was able to stop the charge but wanted the police department to be aware.
A caller reported that “you take your life into your hands crossing Smith Street because of speeding cars,” at 4:13 p.m. on Thursday. She also stated it is the same near Glover School.
A walk-in reported that she arrived home with her daughter at 5:51 p.m. on Thursday and the television was on. She stated they were afraid someone was inside and that recently they have had a couple of other suspicious things happen to her daughter. Officers did a walk-through of the home and found nothing.
A caller reported he thought he heard what sounded like gunshots on Stonybrook Road at 7:11 a.m. on Friday. Responding officers were unable to hear anything but what sounds like construction vehicles at the dump.

Arrest
Arnalfo Niz, 29, of 262 Western Ave., Lynn, was arrested on Friday at 2:51 p.m. following a traffic stop at 46 Prospect St. and 2 Felton St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was also charged with an outstanding warrant form Lynn District Court.
Summons
Kristina Pixley, 25, of 505 Pleasant St., Malden, was summoned on Thursday at 3 p.m. following a traffic stop at 662 Lowell St. and charged with operating an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle with a revoked registration.
Adam Collins, 37, of 68 Starrett Road, Lynn, was summoned on Friday at 3:14 p.m. following a traffic stop at 46 Prospect St. and 2 Felton St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

Fight in progress reported at Olivera’s Steak House at 74 Walnut St. on Friday at 10:37 a.m. Officer reports a person fell, there was no fight. Patient taken to the North Shore Medical Center.
Animal Control
Caller reports two loose dogs at 7 Perley Ave. charged at his two dogs who were leashed on Friday at 1:24 p.m. No one was injured, but they were chased down the street. Officer issued a $50 ticket to Danielle Cafarelli who has been previously warned about licensing the animal.

Disabled motor vehicle reported at Five Corners at 43 Lake St. on Thursday at 5:51 p.m. Officer reports motor vehicle is off the road and no hazard.
Caller reports he may have lost his keys while walking on Thursday at 7:27 p.m. on Pulaski Street. Keys were described as a Subaru key, a large door key, three smaller keys, one with an American flag, and several store reward cards.
Report of a motor vehicle parked partially in a driveway at 252 Newbury St. on Thursday at 10:05 p.m. causing a traffic hazard on Route 1. Officer reports vehicle has been moved and AAA arrived.
