Richard N. Schwartz, 59, of 28 Firecut Lane, Sudbury, was issued a summons on Sunday at 4:28 p.m. following a report of larceny at Keymasters at 215 Newbury St. and charged with a shoplifting incident in August. Officer reports business owner positively identified the suspect.
Vilsoni M. Olivera-Junior, 37, of 62 Gale St., Malden, was summoned on Monday at 9:42 a.m. following a traffic stop at 62 Bartholomew St. and 1 Daniel Terrace and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A report of a single-car motor vehicle crash with airbag deployment at 6:03 p.m. Sunday at Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers at 69 Newbury St. Officer reports vehicle struck a large rock in the median. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation Highway Division was contacted to move the rock. Atlantic Ambulance en route and vehicle towed by Gaeta’s Towing.
Past hit and run crash was reported at 46 Shore Drive on Monday at 9:04 a.m. Officer reports both parties are on scene and have exchanged information without incident.
Animal Control
Caller left a voicemail message on Monday at 11:42 a.m. complaining that his neighbor is neglecting their dog, Martha, on Elaine Avenue. Officer reports there is no record of Martha with the City Clerk’s office. Animal Control officer said there was no one home at the time and a note was left at the residence. An order to license the animal was mailed.
