Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:20 a.m. Sunday on Homestead Road. A caller reported both of his vehicles were broken into overnight and he was unsure if any items had been taken. Police reported there was no damage to the vehicle and possibly under $5 was taken; at 2:22 p.m. Sunday on Cypress Street. A caller reported his car was entered overnight. He said someone had come to his door and returned cards of his that were in the car and were found on Ida Road. He went out to his car and found that it was open and a cellphone was missing.

A caller reported at 12:55 p.m. Sunday on Village Street that he was told by the fire chief to call in each time he has a fire in the yard as his neighbor complains. He reported he would be burning until 4 p.m.

Summons
Anyelisha Vargas, 25, of 14 Palmer Ave., was issued a summons on Monday at 7:09 a.m. for attaching plates, and operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
Ruffino L. Deleon, 55, of 36 Chatham St., Lynn, was issued a summons following a traffic stop on Monday at 2:23 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Kimari Roland, 37, of 16 Copeland St., Roxbury, will be summoned for operating a motor vehicle while the registration was revoked for no insurance on Monday at 2:45 p.m. The vehicle was towed by Mallia’s Towing.

A two-car motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported on Sunday at 3:56 p.m. at 350 Lowell St. and 3 Jennifer Lane. Reporting caller complaining of back pain. Both parties refused medical attention, paperwork exchanged prior to officer’s arrival.
Report of a three-car motor vehicle crash on Monday at 8:28 a.m. at 162 Lynn St. and 2 MacArthur Road. Mallia’s Towing en route.
Caller stated that she was involved in an accident at Treadwell’s Ice Cream on Margin Street on Monday at 12:25 p.m. and the other vehicle left the area. She followed the vehicle to Andover Street westbound near the Northshore Mall. She did not believe that there was damage to her vehicle, but said there may be something wrong with the operator of Massachusetts plate no. 1TP766. The information was given to all cars to check the well being of the operator.
Caller reported a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 128 North and the other vehicle did not stop on Monday at 2:28 p.m. Officer reports vehicles stopped on Esquire Drive and paperwork exchange prior to arrival.

Caller reports loud music coming from the first floor of 18 Elm St. on Sunday at 3:23 p.m. Officer reports the music was not too loud, but the resident agreed to turn it down.
Caller reported a black Nissan has parked on Buttonwood Lane for days and the car alarm is sounding on Sunday at 4:26 p.m. Officer spoke with party responsible for the vehicle and he will take care of it.
Officer requested on Sunday at 4:59 p.m. at 682 Lowell St. for a broken side light to a side door. Officer reports the incident had already been reported.
On Sunday at 6:52 p.m. at the Family Entertainment Group at 535 Lowell St. reports a rock was thrown through the window at Bonkers but did not see the suspect. Officer spoke with reporting party and advised management to get a surveillance camera.
Resident from 70 Gardner St. reported a suspicious party pulled up in a white Subaru 20 minutes ago. He was wearing a black hoodie, and was carrying a flashlight and a backpack on Sunday at 7:51 p.m. and got into the house and has since left. Officer spoke with reporting party and the homeowner. Party in question was resident’s son getting picked up by a friend. No issues at this time.
A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Marrs Park on Home Street on Sunday at 8:50 p.m. Officer reports party was parked using their cellphone and sent on their way.
A tow requested for a vehicle that trespassed at Tannery Gardens at 111 Foster St. on Sunday at 10:50 p.m. Officer reports vehicle towed by Four-Star Towing.
Report of strange noise on Monday at 2 a.m. The officers checked the area and they were not able to locate anything.
Possible gas line damage reported at Keyboards at 56 Pulaski St. on Monday at 6:06 a.m. Officer reports trash truck picked up dumpster and while putting it down it damaged gas line. Peabody Fire Department is evaluating and notified gas company who is en route to evaluate. Gas was shut off.
Manager at Audi Peabody requested an officer about possible vandalism at 9:32 a.m. on Monday. He reported a cracked window possibly from a BB or pellet gun on Saturday night or Sunday morning. Officer will document.
Homeowner at 6 Briarwood Ave. wants to speak with an officer on Monday at 10:11 a.m. about damage to his fence by a plow during the last snow storm.
Caller from 3 Reynolds Road reports she received a fraudulent bill in the mail, at which time she issued a check on Monday at 12:55 p.m.

Report of a man having a seizure at Macy’s in the men’s shoes department on Sunday at 2:44 p.m. The man was taken to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.
An unresponsive party was reported in the CVS bathroom at 174 Main St. on Sunday at 4:26 p.m. Patient taken to the North Shore Medical Center.
Peabody Housing Authority at 75 Central St. reports a 74-year-old woman in Apt. 212 has the shakes and is vomiting, has hallucinations, and weakness on Sunday at 6:14 p.m. Patient taken to North Shore Medical Center.
EMS reported a drunk woman at the Trackside Bar & Grill at 30 Warren St. on Sunday at 9:12 p.m. EMS says she is waiting to be picked up and refused to leave with emergency personnel. She was taken to the North Shore Medical Center and police followed.
Caller from Lexington reported possible stroke victim at 9 Ledgewood Way, Apt. 19. Officer reports patient taken to Beverly Hospital on Sunday 9:30 p.m.
At 8:53 a.m. on Monday, a woman needed an ambulance because she was experiencing leg pain and could not walk. Patient taken to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.
Report of a 10-year-old having a seizure at 3803 Woodbridge Road on Monday at 1:18 p.m. The child was transported to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.
