Meaghan Furey was arrested on a warrant charge of Class B drug possession at 4:06 p.m. Sunday.

Michael Robinson, 40, was arrested on a courtesy booking at 11:50 a.m. Monday.

Fermin Romero-Lopez, 20, of 7 Pinkham Place, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of property damage at 2:10 a.m. Monday.


A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 5:21 p.m. Sunday at Boston and Cottage streets; at 8:17 p.m. Sunday at Commercial and Summer streets.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 5:43 p.m. Sunday at Beacon Hill Avenue and Washington Street; at 1:48 a.m. Monday at 130 Munroe St.

A motor vehicle hit and run crash was reported on Sunday at 9:14 p.m. on Route 128 South.

Caller reported the operator of Massachusetts plate no. 3ANB70 struck her vehicle and did not stop on Sunday at 9:14 p.m. She confronted the driver at Home Depot on Walker Brook Drive in Reading. Woman reported no damage to her vehicle and said she was unsure where the incident happened.

False Alarms

Burglar alarm canceled at 9 Durham Road on Sunday at 8:06 a.m.

A false burglar alarm at 900 Lynnfield St., Apt. U-36, on Sunday at 11:42 p.m. was reported by the alarm company.


Caller reported a tree in the roadway at 50 Salem St. on Sunday at 4:17 p.m. Department of Public Works notified.

Resident reported a vehicle was driving in Glen Meadow Park on Sunday at 9:58 p.m. Officer reports vehicle was gone upon arrival but numerous tire tracks were left in the park.

Medical Aid

A well-being check was requested from 588 Broadway on Thursday at 9:46 a.m. Officer reports all is OK.

An ambulance requested for an 85-year-old woman not feeling well at 9 Magnolia Drive on Thursday at 3:17 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Ambulance requested for an elderly woman who fell at the Sunrise Assisted Living on Sunday at 7:56 a.m. Patient taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Medical aid requested from 472 Lowell St. at 3 Goldenrod Lane on Sunday at 12:16 p.m. Patient taken to Union Hospital.

Ambulance requested from a LifeLine call on Sunday at 6:06 p.m. from 401 Ross Drive. Officer reports no service necessary.

On Monday, an ambulance was requested at 4:55 a.m. for a man screaming in hall at Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway, Apt. 109. Patient taken to the hospital.



A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 2:11 p.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:20 a.m. Sunday on Homestead Road. A caller reported both of his vehicles were broken into overnight and he was unsure if any items had been taken. Police reported there was no damage to the vehicle and possibly under $5 was taken; at 2:22 p.m. Sunday on Cypress Street. A caller reported his car was entered overnight. He said someone had come to his door and returned cards of his that were in the car and were found on Ida Road. He went out to his car and found that it was open and a cellphone was missing.


A caller reported at 12:55 p.m. Sunday on Village Street that he was told by the fire chief to call in each time he has a fire in the yard as his neighbor complains. He reported he would be burning until 4 p.m.



A caller reported a vehicle speeding on Colby Way earlier in the morning on Friday at 6:45 a.m.

A report of needles on the sidewalk on Emerald Road at 12:26 p.m. Friday

A report of a barking dog on Christopher Drive at 4:17 p.m. Friday.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle parked in front of a home on Willow Road with its exterior lights on at 12:09 a.m. Saturday. Police report the person said they were enjoying the scenery. They were sent on their way.



Anyelisha Vargas, 25, of 14 Palmer Ave., was issued a summons on Monday at 7:09 a.m. for attaching plates, and operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.

Ruffino L. Deleon, 55, of 36 Chatham St., Lynn, was issued a summons following a traffic stop on Monday at 2:23 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Kimari Roland, 37, of 16 Copeland St., Roxbury, will be summoned for operating a motor vehicle while the registration was revoked for no insurance on Monday at 2:45 p.m. The vehicle was towed by Mallia’s Towing.


A two-car motor vehicle crash with injuries was reported on Sunday at 3:56 p.m. at 350 Lowell St. and 3 Jennifer Lane. Reporting caller complaining of back pain. Both parties refused medical attention, paperwork exchanged prior to officer’s arrival.

Report of a three-car motor vehicle crash on Monday at 8:28 a.m. at 162 Lynn St. and 2 MacArthur Road. Mallia’s Towing en route.

Caller stated that she was involved in an accident at Treadwell’s Ice Cream on Margin Street on Monday at 12:25 p.m. and the other vehicle left the area. She followed the vehicle to Andover Street westbound near the Northshore Mall. She did not believe that there was damage to her vehicle, but said there may be something wrong with the operator of Massachusetts plate no. 1TP766. The information was given to all cars to check the well being of the operator.

Caller reported a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 128 North and the other vehicle did not stop on Monday at 2:28 p.m. Officer reports vehicles stopped on Esquire Drive and paperwork exchange prior to arrival.


Caller reports loud music coming from the first floor of 18 Elm St. on Sunday at 3:23 p.m. Officer reports the music was not too loud, but the resident agreed to turn it down.

Caller reported a black Nissan has parked on Buttonwood Lane for days and the car alarm is sounding on Sunday at 4:26 p.m. Officer spoke with party responsible for the vehicle and he will take care of it.

Officer requested on Sunday at 4:59 p.m. at 682 Lowell St. for a broken side light to a side door. Officer reports the incident had already been reported.

On Sunday at 6:52 p.m. at the Family Entertainment Group at 535 Lowell St. reports a rock was thrown through the window at Bonkers but did not see the suspect. Officer spoke with reporting party and advised management to get a surveillance camera.

Resident from 70 Gardner St. reported a suspicious party pulled up in a white Subaru 20 minutes ago. He was wearing a black hoodie, and was carrying a flashlight and a backpack on Sunday at 7:51 p.m. and got into the house and has since left. Officer spoke with reporting party and the homeowner. Party in question was resident’s son getting picked up by a friend. No issues at this time.

A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Marrs Park on Home Street on Sunday at 8:50 p.m. Officer reports party was parked using their cellphone and sent on their way.

A tow requested for a vehicle that trespassed at Tannery Gardens at 111 Foster St. on Sunday at 10:50 p.m. Officer reports vehicle towed by Four-Star Towing.

Report of strange noise on Monday at 2 a.m. The officers checked the area and they were not able to locate anything.

Possible gas line damage reported at Keyboards at 56 Pulaski St. on Monday at 6:06 a.m. Officer reports trash truck picked up dumpster and while putting it down it damaged gas line. Peabody Fire Department is evaluating and notified gas company who is en route to evaluate. Gas was shut off.

Manager at Audi Peabody requested an officer about possible vandalism at 9:32 a.m. on Monday. He reported a cracked window possibly from a BB or pellet gun on Saturday night or Sunday morning. Officer will document.

Homeowner at 6 Briarwood Ave. wants to speak with an officer on Monday at 10:11 a.m. about damage to his fence by a plow during the last snow storm.

Caller from 3 Reynolds Road reports she received a fraudulent bill in the mail, at which time she issued a check on Monday at 12:55 p.m.

Medical Aid

Report of a man having a seizure at Macy’s in the men’s shoes department on Sunday at 2:44 p.m. The man was taken to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.

An unresponsive party was reported in the CVS bathroom at 174 Main St. on Sunday at 4:26 p.m. Patient taken to the North Shore Medical Center.

Peabody Housing Authority at 75 Central St. reports a 74-year-old woman in Apt. 212 has the shakes and is vomiting, has hallucinations, and weakness on Sunday at 6:14 p.m. Patient taken to North Shore Medical Center.

EMS reported a drunk woman at the Trackside Bar & Grill at 30 Warren St. on Sunday at 9:12 p.m. EMS says she is waiting to be picked up and refused to leave with emergency personnel. She was taken to the North Shore Medical Center and police followed.

Caller from Lexington reported possible stroke victim at 9 Ledgewood Way, Apt. 19. Officer reports patient taken to Beverly Hospital on Sunday 9:30 p.m.

At 8:53 a.m. on Monday, a woman needed an ambulance because she was experiencing leg pain and could not walk. Patient taken to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.

Report of a 10-year-old having a seizure at 3803 Woodbridge Road on Monday at 1:18 p.m. The child was transported to Beverly Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.


Vandalism to a vehicle reported at 11 Magnolia Way on Sunday at 6:51 p.m. Officer will document spidered windshield glass.



Noel Santiago, 35, of 22 Marshall St., was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

Orlando Diaz, 27, of 540 Revere Beach Blvd., Apt. 615, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a one-way violation.

Ivan Contreras, 24, of 410 Putnam, East Boston, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Leonardo Martinez, 38, of 153 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $250 by concealing merchandise.

Flora Sicotte, 41, of 260 Salem St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with domestic assault or domestic assault and battery.

Joseph P. Spataro, 46, of 83 Vane St., Apt. 2, Revere, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery and strangulation or suffocation.

John Vicente, 51, of 36 Springdale Ave., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person over 60 and trespassing.


A report of a motor vehicle accident at 141 Essex St. at 3:28 a.m. Saturday; at Broadway and Essex Street at 5:07 p.m. Saturday; across from Polcari’s at 5:58 p.m. Saturday; at Walnut Street overpass at 12:56 p.m. Sunday.


A caller at Panera Bread reported a recently fired employee was making threats to the staff and showed a handgun to an employee at 11:25 a.m. Friday.

State Police in Andover reported a road rage incident involving a Saugus resident who possibly showed a handgun to another operator at 9:45 a.m. Saturday.

A caller on Rumney Marsh Terrace reported two suspicious males got out of a car and walked into the marsh with a couple of duffle bags that could have contained rifles at 2:22 p.m. Saturday. Police report they were unable to locate any parties in the marsh area.

A report of a water main break on Riverbank Road at 6:29 p.m. Saturday.

A report of someone holding a knife against someone’s throat on Newhall Avenue at 11:03 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a man waiting outside of Polcari’s Restaurant for a person he previously had an altercation with and refusing to leave at 11:24 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a man with orange hair and a flannel shirt going door to door on Saugus Avenue at 6:01 a.m. Sunday.

A report of wires down at 415 Essex St. at 9:47 a.m. Sunday.

A report of people behind the Salvation Army with flashlights at 10:47 p.m. Sunday.
