Arrests

Pamela Cote, of 31 Merrill Ave., was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by asportation at 12:37 a.m. Saturday.

Joey Fournier, 43, of 34 Tudor St., was arrested and charged with parole/probation violation and on a warrant charge of OUI liquor second offense at 10:44 a.m. Saturday.

Nicole Harrell, 32, of 43 Adams St., was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disguise to obstruct justice, trespassing, assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and on a warrant at 11:29 a.m. Saturday.

Jeffrey Jackson, of 34 Western Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle at 7:19 p.m. Saturday.

Colleen McQuaid, 44, of 706 Summer St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official at 11:25 p.m. Friday.

LYNNFIELD

Accidents

A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported on Thursday at 10:12 p.m. at Condon Circle. Caller said motor vehicle struck traffic sign and flashing yellow and is stuck in the snow. Gaeta’s Towing requested. Officer reports Massachusetts State Police notified.

False Alarms

On Thursday at 9:24 a.m., an accidental 911 call was reported from the Summer Street School at 262 Summer St.

An accidental 911 call was reported on Thursday at 9:59 a.m. from 1350 Market St. Officer reports no service needed.

At 12:15 on Thursday a false burglar alarm was reported from 5 Lakeview Drive.

An accidental 911 call was made on Thursday at 4:41 p.m. from Lynnfield High School at 275 Essex St. Police spoke with trainor who said a student accidentally dialed.

A false burglar alarm was reported on Thursday at 9:17 p.m. at 14 Durham Drive.

Complaints

Theft reported at California Pizza Kitchen at 1150 Market St. on Thursday at 5:14 p.m. Officer took report.  

Medical Aid

A well-being check was requested from 588 Broadway on Thursday at 9:46 a.m.  Officer reports all is OK.

An ambulance requested for an 85-year-old woman not feeling well at 9 Magnolia Drive on Thursday at 3:17 p.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

Report of smoke in the building at 4 Alexandra Road on Thursday at 4:28 p.m.

Request for an ambulance at 401 Ross Drive on Thursday at 8 p.m. for a man who complained of numbness and tingling on the left side of his body. Officer reported man had been locked out of his apartment, access gained, and patient refused ambulance.

Medical aid requested on Thursday at 10:46 p.m. at 15 Durham Drive following a call from Life Alert.  Patient taken to the hospital.

Officer requested on Friday at 1:21 a.m. at 8 Dewing Road Officer reports wind blew open door, everything is OK.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 10:40 a.m. Saturday on Elm Street.

Complaints

A report of kids driving erratically at 11:01 p.m. Friday on Santry Road. Kids were reportedly driving a white pickup truck through the neighborhood with some kids in the bed of the truck.

A report of a drunk guy at 1:49 p.m. Saturday at West Shore Drive and Cornell Road. A caller reported he was walking the track and came upon a man on the ground who said he had too much to drink and wanted to go to the hospital. The man was taken to Salem Hospital.

Theft

A caller reported at 9:58 a.m. Friday about $20 was taken from his unlocked motor vehicle last Wednesday while it was parked on Mound Road.

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 8:24 p.m. Friday at an undisclosed address. A man walked into the station to report someone was stealing from his elderly parents.

Arrests

Kervens D. Blaise, 24, of 8 Berry St., was arrested on a warrant at 1:24 p.m. Saturday.

Eric Boga, 28, of 6 Pine Road, Apt. 2, Beverly, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 3:11 p.m. Friday.

Derek E. Locke, 29, of 115 Lowell St., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with nighttime building breaking and entering for a felony at 2:31 a.m. Sunday.

Juan Luis Perez-Lopez, 35, of 198 Williams Ave., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested on Friday at 1:17 p.m. following a traffic stop at Sears Automotive at 210S Andover St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was towed by Arrington Towing.

Gramoz Stefo, 31, of 29 Walsh Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with operating after a revoked license and on a warrant at 5:49 p.m. Friday.

Summons

Mitat Cela, 56, of 16 Gardner St., Salem will be summoned for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and failure to yield, following a motor vehicle crash at Kappy’s Liquor at 175 Andover St. on Friday at 10:41 a.m. Motor vehicle was towed by Arrington Towing.

A minor motor vehicle crash was reported at 5:13 p.m. Thursday at 64 Foster St. Officer assist with paperwork exchange.

A crash reported at 10 Centennial Drive on Thursday at 6:15 p.m. Officer assisted with paper exchange.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Thursday at 9:07 p.m. at 0 Centennial Drive and 9 Technology Drive. Officer reports both cars were towed, officer will document.

Report of a motor vehicle reported stuck in the snow on Thursday at 11:06 p.m. on North Shore Road. Officer reports AAA was contacted by owner of motor vehicle. Arrington Tow is en route to assist officer pushing car out of the snow.

A single motor vehicle crash reported on Friday at 6:42 a.m. on the wood barrier in the Municipal Parking lot on Central Street. Arrington Tow has been contacted.

A two-car motor vehicle crash with no reported injuries was reported on Friday at 7:18 a.m. at 192 Lowell St. No tows needed. Officer cleared after assisting in a paperwork exchange.

A motor vehicle crash was reported on Friday at 8:24 a.m. at 36 Foster St. and 2 Spring St. Officer report the accident was minor in nature and the officer assisted the operators in exchanging their information.

Crossing Guard reports a tractor trailer is parked at  48 Lynnfield St. 2 Cashman Road and is causing a hazard on Friday at 8:29 a.m. The officer issued a parking ticket to Massachusetts licence plate no. S49220 for obstructing the street.

Caller reports her motor vehicle was struck while parked in the  Macy’s parking lot on Andover Street and the driver took off on Friday at 2:43 p.m. Officer will document the damage.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 1:13 a.m. Saturday at Amergent at 9 Centennial Drive. One drive was taken to Beverly Hospital after a two-car crash.

Animal Control

Caller reported three ducks flying into the light and falling out of the sky onto a field at Lt. Ross Park on Johnson Street and are injured. Officer reports gone upon arrival.

Complaints

Caller from 1A Eastman Park asked to speak to an officer on Thursday at 4:46 p.m. because she is in recovery but wants to drink. She asked officer to deliver a list of AAA meetings in the area. Officer spoke to her and provided those locations.

A well-being check was requested on Thursday at 5:01 p.m. from Northfield Properties at 65 Main St. for a co-worker who has not been heard from in the past couple days. Officer spoke with employee, all is OK, he will call work.

Disabled motor vehicle reported on Thursday at 6:22 p.m at 163 Washington St. at 124 Foster St. Officer reports vehicle ran out of gas and was pushed into Sullivan Tire.

Caller reported a motor vehicle is driving down one-way streets near Ellsworth Road on Thursday at 6:37 p.m. Officer witnessed no infractions at this time.
Suspicious drug activity reported at McDonald’s Restaurant on Thursday at 7:47 p.m. Officer will document.

A well-being check is requested from 3224 Crane Brook Way on Thursday at 8:22 p.m. from a Lynn-based substance abuse program asking for a wellness check for woman they have not heard from since yesterday at 5:30 p.m. Officers checked the resident and female party in question and they were not on scene.

Report of two stolen dirt bicycles on Thursday at 8:44 p.m. from 12 Sabino Farm Road. Officer will be documenting and following up.

Resident of 14 Smidt Ave. reports the gas stove was left on and the house is filled with  gas on Thursday at 8:59 p.m. Call handled by the Peabody Fire Department.

Caller reports a downed tree is blocking the road at 73 Tremont St. and 36 Union St. on Thursday at 11:41 p.m. Department of Public Works contacted.

Plow driver reported a porch fire at 1:02 a.m. on Friday at 2 Southwick Ave. Fire extinguished by the Peabody Fire Department.

A disabled motor vehicle was reported at 48 Andover St. at 2 Buttonwood Lane on Friday at 9:45 a.m. Officer reports the operator contacted AAA and the vehicle was towed by Gaeta’s Towing.

Fight in progress reported on Friday at 3:01 p.m. at the Skate Park on Perkins Street.

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 4:57 p.m. Friday at 29 Walsh Ave. A landlord reported an argument over a missing Christmas tree in the basement from a tenant.

A caller reported suspicious activity after seeing a person going through cars at 1:59 a.m. Saturday at Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St.

A caller reported suspicious activity at 9:29 a.m. Saturday as he believed someone tried to gain access to his home while he was away on vacation. The caller noticed a mark on his door, but police reported no access was gained and nothing was missing.

A report of a disturbance at 8:39 p.m. Saturday at NFI — MA Group Home at 136 Washington St. A caller reported a resident was out of control and had a butter knife in his or her possession. The person was taken to Salem Hospital; at 1:45 a.m. Sunday at 149 Washington St. A caller reported drunken karaoke singing from the apartment.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 3:22 a.m. Sunday at 7 Proctor St. A caller reported a car running and smoking. Police reported the vehicle was on fire, which was extinguished.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance on Thursday at 5:10 p.m. from 15 Central St., Apt. 302 where a woman may have fallen and broken her elbow. Atlantic Ambulance responded to the call.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at Chabad of Peabody at 682 Lowell St. The rabbi reported damage to the temple.
