Carolina Grave, 37, of 228 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 8:39 a.m. Thursday.

Banard Williams, 40, of 100 Willow St., was arrested on a warrant charge of refusing to produce a DNA database sample at 10:46 p.m. Wednesday.

False Alarms

Accidental burglar alarm was reported on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at 6 Melody Lane. Officer reports house appears secure.

False burglar alarm reported on Wednesday at 9:53 a.m. at 2 Dunstan Road. Officer reports house appears secure.

Complaints

Caller reported a suspicious auto with New Jersey license plates parked on Priscilla Road on Wednesday at 12:24 p.m.

Report of a disabled auto on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Exit 43 on Route 128 South. Officer reports AAA was contacted for a tire change.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested at Miniluxe at 245 Market St. on Wednesday at 12:57 p.m. Lynnfield Fire Department reported patient refused.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A walk-in reported at 12:09 p.m. on Wednesday that someone set up a Sprint account using his info. He stated he doesn’t own an account with them and has taken care of it twice and now they are sending collections after him for $3,426.

A school bus driver called to report his emergency roof hatch just pulled down the Verizon wire at Humphrey Street and Endicott Avenue at 12:23 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported they were out walking on Ocean Avenue and noticed a resident using a sump pump. The caller stated the water was going across the street into a drain and froze, causing a dangerous situation. Responding officers tried to locate the resident and ended up leaving a note to stop pumping if it is going out onto town property.

A caller reported a “buzzing noise” in the area of Farrell Court at 5:21 p.m. on Wednesday. She stated she couldn’t determine where the noise was coming from or what it was. Responding officers reported a fire alarm sounding at 106 Farrell Court, and found nothing showing.

A report of ice forming at Pleasant and Smith streets at 7:22 p.m. on Wednesday; on Hawkes Street at 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday; on Franklin Street at 7:47 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported he was on his way into town at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday and noticed an “older male wearing shorts” on Lafayette Street. He stated he was concerned given that the man looked older and it was 27 degrees out. Responding officers found no one matching that description.

A caller reported the window of the art gallery on State Street, on the side of the building, was broken at 6:29 a.m. on Thursday.

PEABODY

Arrests

Christina Ann Pimenta, 26, of 16 Fulton St., was arrested following a motor vehicle traffic stop on Thursday at 12:17 a.m. at 48 Andover St. and 2 Buttonwood Lane and charged with three counts of drug possession.  

Wilmar Lopez-Perez, 19, of 21 Highland Ave., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested following a motor vehicle traffic stop on Buttonwood Lane on Thursday at 11:17 a.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and no inspection sticker.

Nicole Armstrong, 26, homeless, was arrested at Sports Collectibles at 14 Peabody Square for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Thursday at 2:11 p.m.

Summons

Jose Burgos-Hernandez, 47, of 92 Cottage St., Chelsea, was issued a summons on Thursday 3:20 p.m. following a traffic stop on Dearborn Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Vehicle towed by Gaeta’s Towing.

Accidents

A report of a two-car motor vehicle crash on Lowell Street on Wednesday at 5:37 p.m. Officer reported there were no injuries and will document.

A motor vehicle crash was reported on Jubilee Drive on Thursday at 7:06 a.m. Officer reports gone upon on arrival.

Minor one-car motor vehicle crash reported on Thursday at Dunkin’ Donuts at 8:32 a.m. Officer reports no injuries or tow.

Massachusetts State Police reported a motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 8:36 a.m. on Routes 1 and 128 North.

Animal Control

Report of an injured squirrel at 22 Longview Way on Wednesday at 5:49 p.m. Officer reports animal was moved to the end of the street.

Unknown caller reported a small white dog running loose near Tremont Street on Thursday at 2:50 p.m. Gone upon arrival.

Complaints

North Shore Medical Center Emergency Room requested a well-being check for a woman from Endicott Street who walked out of the ER with an IV in her arm on Wednesday at 4:36 p.m. Officer spoke with woman who is with her son. She did not have an IV in her arm and all is OK.

Lahey Behavioral Services dialed 911 to say a party at 91 Central St. sent an email to the department indicating suicidal thoughts on Wednesday at 4:40 p.m. Prior to the end of the call to police caller said she received a call from Emergency Services who said they are in touch with the woman and have a plan. Officer performed a well-being check and all is OK.

Resident from 11 Charlotte St. asked for an officer to speak to a woman banging at her door and refusing to leave on Wednesday at 6:07 p.m. Officer reports woman is lost and will be transported.

Caller reported someone in a Malibu is driving erratically on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at 2 Walnut and 3 Central streets. Officer reports gone upon arrival.

An unwanted woman was reported on Wednesday at 6:46 p.m. at Homewood Suites at 57 Newbury St. Officer reports woman was in the process of leaving when they arrived.

Mother requested a well-being check on Wednesday at 7:14 p.m. for her daughter at the Plaza Hotel at 125 Newbury St. who has tested positive for fentanyl and is pregnant. Officer reports daughter was checked by EMS and refused treatment.

Black Ford Fusion with a flat tire reported at Bunghole Liquors at 79 Lowell St. on Wednesday at 7:38 p.m.

Possible water break reported at 2 Walsh Ave. and 48 Driscoll St. on Wednesday at 8:37 p.m. Officer checked the area, does not appear to be a water main break.

Report of a break-in to a landscape trailer at Marotta Landscaping at 25 Sheffield Drive and two leaf blowers were stolen on Thursday at 7:36 a.m. Officer will document.

Suspicious black Jeep Grand Cherokee reported at 17 Catherine Drive and 2 Flynn Road driving up and down the street. Officer spoke to operator who is a private investigator and advised him to register at the Peabody Police Department the next time he is in town.

Illegal dumping reported at 1200 Salem St. on Thursday at 2:04 p.m.

Sawyer F. Aleman, 25, of 47 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 3, Lynn, was arrested on warrant charges.

Justen A. Sharpe, 32, of 55 Country Club Road, Peabody, was arrested on warrant charges.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Main and Vine streets at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday; at 323 Broadway at 11:38 a.m. Wednesday; at Kohl’s Department Store at 7:37 p.m. Wednesday.

Complaints

A caller reported seeing water bubbling up from the pavement on Ellis Street at 8:28 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of wires down on Saville Street at 12:57 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported being followed by an unknown man in a black BMW on Hamilton Street at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday. The driver was instructed to head toward the direction of the police station.

A Summer Street resident reported a suspicious motor vehicle had been parked in front of his house for more than an hour at 5:44 a.m. Wednesday. Police report the operator said he pulled over to rest. He was sent on his way.

A Burrill Street resident reported a neighbor shooting a pellet gun in the backyard at 6:37 a.m. Wednesday.

A Belmont Street resident reported that a bullet was pulled from one of her solar panels during maintenance at 1:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Theft

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday.

A caller on Mount Vernon Street reported finding a man wearing a hoodie inside his parked motor vehicle at 3 a.m. Thursday.
