Arrests

Nicholas Maksou, 36, of 7 Trenton St., Methuen, was arrested on warrant charges of Class A drug distribution and Class B drug distribution at 4:46 p.m. Tuesday.

 

Jorge Pimentel, of 305 Manchester St., Manchester, N.H., was arrested on warrant charges of leaving the scene of property damage, miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday.

 

Elvys Ruiz-Centeno, 46, of 139 W Neptune St., was arrested on a warrant charge of fugitive from justice on court at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday.

 

Jonathan Salerna, of 38 Ocean St., was arrested on warrant charges of unarmed robbery and assault and battery at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday.

Motor vehicle crash with property damage reported on Tuesday at 3:55 p.m. on Salem St. Phil’s Towing requested.

The Massachusetts State Police reported a multi-motor vehicle crash with property damage on Kimball Lane on Tuesday at 8:43 p.m. Report taken.

 

False Burglar and Fire Alarms

Faulty fire alarm reported on Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. at Gaslight at 1100 Market St.  Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Accidental fire alarm reported on Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. at the Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St.

Accidental burglar alarm was reported on Tuesday at 12:21 p.m. at Wakefield Cooperative Bank on Main Street.

Hang up 911 call from Lahey Health at 1350 Market St. on Tuesday at 4:52 p.m.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at 1 Giugliano Terrace on Tuesday at 9 p.m. Officer reports alarm is sounding but all is OK.

Homeowner accidentally triggered burglar alarm at 76 Bourque Road on Tuesday at 11 p.m.   

Accidental burglar alarm reported from Lynnfield High School on Essex St. on Wednesday at 1:20 a.m.

 

Complaints

United Parcel Service on Kimball Lane requested an officer for an identity check on Tuesday at 12:11 p.m. UPS reports customer left.

Disabled auto reported on Tuesday at 4:57 p.m. at 474 Salem St. Officer reports a single axle trailer off the road. Services rendered.

Theft at 2 North Hill Drive on Tuesday at 5:03 p.m. Report taken.

 

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested on Tuesday at 9:42 a.m. at 1350 Market St. Patient taken to Lahey Clinic in Burlington.

Medical aid requested at 9:53 a.m. Tuesday at 124 Locksley Road. Patient taken to Lahey Medical Center in Burlington.

Ambulance requested at Exit 44 at Route 128 North on Tuesday at 11:27 a.m. Patient take to Union Hospital.

 

MARBLEHEAD

Accident

On Tuesday at 6:29 p.m., caller reported she backed into a parked vehicle and the owner of the struck vehicle said he would call her in the morning. She was concerned because she didn’t have his information and he has her phone number and doesn’t know what to do. Officer reports parties assisted with paperwork exchange.

 

Complaints
Caller from Gregory Street reported his wife saw a garbage truck knock over a street sign and damage the hedges on Tuesday at 9:02 a.m.

On Tuesday at 9:49 a.m., caller reported he exited his girlfriend’s home at 2 Orne St. and discovered his car had been keyed.

A resident of Curtis Street reported they received a call from someone claiming to be their grandson on Tuesday at 12:36 p.m. who was in a crash in Pennsylvania and was in police custody. The caller gave them a phone number to call and said it was a lawyer the police referred him to. Reporting party realized it was not their grandson and hung up.

Report of a hanger in the wires at 101 Atlantic Ave. on Tuesday at 1:14 p.m. Electric Light Co. removed the hanger.

A man looking into parked cars was reported on Wednesday at 4:42 a.m. on Edgemere. Caller said the subject is headed toward Cloutmans Lane on foot. He was described as a tall man with black sweatpants, black gloves, and carrying a blue flashlight.

 

PEABODY

Arrests

Allendy Bryson Pichardo, 43, of 8 Northern Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested at the Burlington Coat Factory on Tuesday at 8:25 p.m. and charged with possessing and passing counterfeit bills.  

Alexis Daniel Galeano-Aguilar, 24, of 371 Boston St., Apt. 3L, Lynn, was arrested following a motor vehicle traffic stop on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at TD Bank on Main Street and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Car was towed by Arrington Service.

 

Summons

Tony J. Sillari, 35, of 71 Grovers Ave., Apt. 3, Winthrop, was issued a summons on Wednesday at 1:46 p.m. following a traffic stop at the West Branch Library at 603 Lowell St. and charged with not being in possession of registration, no inspection sticker, lights violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and failure to wear a seat belt.

 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at Maaco at 58 Pulaski St. on Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. Officer will document.

Two-car motor vehicle crash without injuries was reported at 30 Sutton St. on Tuesday at 5:37 p.m. Officer assisted in paperwork exchange.

Car into a pole reported on Wednesday at 1:03 p.m. at 14 Worcester Road with a possible injury. Operator and passenger taken to the North Shore Medical Center. Vehicles towed by Gaeta’s Towing.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Wednesday at 7:35 a.m. at 1 Allen Road.  Ambulance called. Offer assisted with paperwork exchange.

A two-car motor vehicle crash at 89 Washington St. on Wednesday at 7:36 a.m. Officer reports one vehicle towed,no injuries.

 

Animal Control

Report of a raccoon behind a dumpster at 1 Willard St. on Wednesday at 7:39 a.m. Officer reports animal gone upon arrival.

 

Complaints

A sales associate at Zales at 210 Andover St. reported two rings missing on Tuesday at 4:16 p.m. The rings, valued at $14,598,  went missing between Friday and Monday. Officer will document.

Disabled motor vehicle reported at the base of ramp at Centennial Drive and Route 128 North on Tuesday at 5:07 p.m. Massachusetts State Police handling.

Caller reported a road rage incident on Tuesday at 5:50 p.m. and said a vehicle with Massachusetts plate no. 3BR218 followed her from North Reading and stopped at her home at 17 Bourbon St., got out of the vehicle across the street at a construction site and picked up a piece of wood in a threatening manner. Caller said the operator nearly struck her husband with his vehicle when he approached. Officer reports area checked, but found nothing. Will conduct further checks throughout the night.

A disturbance was reported on Tuesday at 8:10 p.m. at 80 Foster St. and 2 Mason St. North between a man and a woman. Officer reported all is OK and parties sent on their way.

On Tuesday at 9:13 p.m., a 911 caller reported a man yelled at her saying she struck him with her vehicle. When she told him she was calling police, he fled on a hoverboard. Caller pulled into the parking lot at the Lucky House at 22 Central St. and said the man did not seem to be in the right state of mind. Officers checked Central Street to Wilson Square but were unable to locate party.

Report of lights flashing at the business across from 2 Technology Drive on Tuesday at 9:22 p.m. Officer reports all is OK.

Caller from 17 Essex Lane reported a man and a woman are yelling and hitting each other in the parking lot on Tuesday at 11:26 p.m. Officer reports woman was on the phone having an argument with a friend. No one else at the location.

Report of a person trying to break into a home at 25 Wilson Terrace on Wednesday at 12:12 a.m. with a Halloween mask and a knife. Officer reports call is unfounded.

Resident from 20 Broad St. reports his truck is missing on Wednesday at 7:49 a.m.

Wire down at 200 Lynnfield St. reported on Wednesday at 11:17 a.m. Peabody Municipal Light Plant notified. Officer reports road closed, and later reopened.

 

Overdose

Caller from Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St., Apt. 48, reports her daughter walked into the home and passed out on Wednesday at 12:48 a.m. Patient taken to Lahey Medical Clinic and officer will document.

Report of a disturbance on Tuesday at 10:43 p.m. at 10 Railroad Ave.

On Wednesday at 12:58 a.m., a disturbance was reported at 25 Doherty Circle.
