Sharron Baski, 21, of 5 Topliff St., Dorchester, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer and on warrant charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, use of a motor vehicle without authority and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 12 p.m. Monday.
Mayco Esteban Perez, 18, of 50 Goodridge St., was arrested and charged with violation of the city knife ordinance at 4 p.m. Sunday.
Richard Hitchcock, 62, of 19 Kensington Park, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation at 1:37 p.m. Monday.
Socheath San, 32, was arrested and charged with urinating in public and on warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation and shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 12:47 p.m. Monday.
Ryan Tolmie, 42, of 14 Loggers Run, West Warwick, R.I., was arrested on a courtesy booking and on a warrant charge of violation of an abuse prevention order at 1:53 p.m. Monday.

Accident
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 5:44 p.m. Sunday on Commercial Street.
Complaints
A caller reported a roofing team working in the area should not be working at 8:04 a.m. Sunday on Norman Street. There was reportedly a team of about 15 men. Police reported the men were cleaning up, putting a tarp on the roof and leaving.
A report of a low wire from pole to pole at 10:40 a.m. Sunday on Endicott Avenue. Cars could get by, but trucks could not.
A report of a civil issue at 12:26 p.m. Sunday on Sevinor Road. A person walked in the police station looking for help regarding a problem with a neighbor. She just got home from being away and there was a note left on her property asking her to clean up her own leaves. Police told her it was a civil issue and there was no crime involved.
A caller reported she purchased some movie tickets at the cinema and discovered that the clerk did not return her change at 2:24 p.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street. She had left the cinema and went back to confront the clerk, who denied the claim but returned the money to her.
A caller reported being upset that her neighbor blew all of their leaves into the roadway at 4:41 p.m. Sunday on Camille Terrace. She said she was upset because they were going to get ground into the roadway and wanted her neighbor to be fined or punished.
A report of dogs barking at 1:25 a.m. Monday on Sagamore Road. A caller reported her dogs were barking loudly for more than an hour and thought there may be some trouble there. She said she knows the woman no longer lives there and there have been recent issues at that location. Police reported gaining entry to the residence and gathering the dogs inside. The owner pulled up at that point.
A report of a suspicious man at 3:09 a.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue. Police reported a man with a knapsack walking inbound on Atlantic near Preston Beach.
PEABODY
Summons
Jerson Larreynaga, 20, of 15 Ridgeway St., Lynn was issued a summons following a motor vehicle traffic stop on Sunday at 9:11 p.m. at 22 Macarthur Circle and charged with attaching plates, and speeding.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash with no injuries at 1 Lynn St. on Sunday at 4:49 p.m. Officer spoke with the reporting party who said the operator of a Tahoe left the scene and is possibly impaired. Officer reported he will check the area for that vehicle.
Complaints
On Sunday at 5:42 p.m. caller reported his sister was admitted for a mental health evaluation today and called 10 minutes ago to say she is out and on her way to kill their mother. Caller reports his sister is still at the North Shore Medical Center awaiting psychological evaluation and nurse will advise whether she is released. Officer will document.
A caller reports he gave bank information over the computer and his bank account is now locked on Sunday 5:54 p.m.
A 911 caller reported a suspicious black Honda Pilot with blue headlights has been following him on Sunday at 10:56 p.m. at 82 Prospect St. and 230 Andover St. He reports they had a verbal exchange while stopped at an intersection. Caller told the other party to stop following and he replied, “You’ve been following me.” Vehicles then went on their separate ways on Route 114. No further assistance needed.
A noise complaint was made by a resident of the Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St. on Monday at 2:01 a.m. Officer reports TV was on at an appropriate level.
Resident of 29 Longview reports a burglary in progress on Monday at 2:13 a.m. Caller said he found a man in his kitchen who then fled.
Caller reported on Monday at 8:31 a.m. that people are breaking into her apartment at 18 Walnut St., Apt. 210, and taking things. Officer spoke with a program coordinator who will check on the person to see if she is getting assistance.
An unruly patient was reported at the Lahey Medical Center on Monday at 9:56 a.m. in the emergency room. Reporting party called back to say patient is no longer acting out and all is OK.
Stolen bicycle reported on Monday at 1:50 p.m. at 3 Innis Road. Officer will document.
