A caller reported a white van with tinted windows that was stopped on Village Street in the middle of the road at 8:23 a.m. on Tuesday. The caller stated there was no traffic when they beeped at the driver and didn’t move. Responding officers spoke with the driver who said he was delivering phone books.
A caller reported a tree limb down on Chestnut Street at 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday.
A report of a resident’s tool bag that fell off their truck near Sewall and Jersey streets at 11:11 a.m. on Tuesday.
A caller reported, at 11:26 a.m. on Tuesday, an attached trailer that has been parked by 54 Lee St. since August. She stated one wheel is up on the sidewalk. Responding officers informed the trailer’s owner that they would be getting $25 in tickets a day if they did not move it.
A caller reported traffic congestion on Pleasant Street at 11:33 a.m. on Tuesday. They stated there needs to be an officer in front of the Masonic Lodge and that someone stopped to pick up a person and the car behind them laid on the horn then blew around them at 40 mph, nearly striking a mother and a child in a carriage.
A report of a scam, at 12:05 p.m. on Tuesday, where the caller told a resident their son was arrested and needed bail money. The caller told the resident they would even come pick them up and bring them to the bank to get the money.

A caller reported a male in his 30s sleeping in the passenger seat of their home on Green Street at 7:12 a.m. on Wednesday. The caller stated they did not want to press charges but wanted police assistance in getting the male to leave.

Ryan O’Toole, 21, of 12 Grey Squirrel Circle, Medway, was arrested following a traffic stop on Wednesday at 7:42 a.m. at Exit 26 on Route 128 North, and charged with failure to stop for police, speeding, breakdown lane violation, and unsafe lane change.

Ana Carmen Quintans-Baptist, 44, was issued a summons following a motor vehicle stop on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Boston Smoke Shop at 2 Main St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
