Ronald Dominguez was arrested on warrant charges of assault to maim and assault and battery with serious bodily injury at 9:46 a.m. Monday.

Jonathan Santiago, of 104 Newhall St., was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation and larceny at 11:17 a.m. Monday.

Complaints

Report of an erratic driver in a brown Honda Accord at Main Street and Edward Avenue on Friday at 3 p.m. Officer unable to locate vehicle.

Caller reported erratic operator of a motor vehicle on Friday at 7:29 p.m. on Condon Circle. Officer unable to locate vehicle.

Caller reports his ex-girlfriend is on the porch of his home at 751 Salem St. and attempted to force her way into the house on Friday at 10:23 p.m. Officer spoke with woman who said she is leaving the area.

Resident at 375 Broadway reported upstairs neighbors are stomping and being loud on Friday at 10:32 p.m. Officer spoke with resident and advised them to lower the volume for the night.

Motorist reported while driving on Main Street on Friday at 10:58 p.m. her car was egged by a passing silver truck. Officer checked the area but unable to locate vehicle fitting that description.

Caller from 33 Beechwood Road reports someone may be in her home on Saturday at 1:08 a.m. Officer reports no one found at the residence.

Officer wanted on Saturday at 2:24 p.m. for a report of stolen hubcaps at 507 Ross Drive.

Police requested at 836 Lynnfield St. on Saturday at 3 p.m. for an open back door. Officer reports all is OK.

Wires down at 45 Chestnut St. and 448 Main St. on Saturday at 4:14 p.m.

Offensive sign reported on Sunday at 10:26 a.m. on a pole in front of 880 Summer St. Officer had resident move sign onto his property.

False burglar alarm reported on Friday at 7:25 a.m. at 8 North Hill Drive; accidental fire alarm at Panera Bread at 430 Market St. on Friday at 8:19; food on stove fire reported on Friday at 2:25 p.m. at Arbor Point Apartments at 300 King Rail Drive, Apt. 106, call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department; accidental 911 call from 6 Durham Drive on Friday at 7:11 p.m. Officer spoke with resident who confirmed it was accidental.

Report of a false 911 call from the Lahey Health Center at 1350 Market St. at 9:29 a.m. on Saturday. Officer spoke with employee and all is OK. Accidental burglar alarm on Sunday at 3:54 a.m. at JP Licks at 800 Market St. False fire alarm on Sunday at 6:40 a.m. at the Christmas Tree Shop at 28 South Broadway. False burglar alarm at Lynnfield High School at 275 Essex St. on Sunday at 9:21 a.m.; at the Lutheran Church at 708 Lowell St. on Sunday at 5:08 p.m.; at 11 Wing Road on Sunday at 11:33 a.m.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash on Sunday at 4:07 p.m. at Santander Bank at 300 Andover St. Danvers Police Department was contacted and will handle the call.

Animal Control

A bat reported in a bedroom at 24 Rockway Road on Sunday at 4:07 p.m. Officer reports bat removed.

Report of an injured dog on the train tracks on Monday at 11:04 a.m. at 22 Andover St. Animal control officer contacted for photos. Officer reports the dog was a stuffed animal.

Caller reported seeing an exotic looking house cat again on Monday at 12:21 p.m. Animal control officer reports there have been no reports of such a cat matching the description. Officer said its owner most likely allows it to roam outside.

Caller reported being charged at by Seymour, a dog, at 36 Elizabeth Lane on Monday at 1:14 p.m. Complaint and copy of the leash law mailed to Kristen Farhat at the same address.

Caller reports $22,000 was stolen from her account on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Woman told officer she was upset her family wasn’t giving her money from a settlement. Officer will document.

Disabled motor vehicle reported on Lowell Street on Sunday at 6:47 p.m. Officer reports car gone upon arrival.

Caller reported a motor vehicle blocking her driveway at 50 Tremont St. on Sunday at 7:20 p.m. Officer reports ticket issued and vehicle towed by All-Star.

Well-being check requested at Gaeta’s Shell & Citgo Station at 14 Newbury St. on Sunday at 9:53 p.m. by the Massachusetts State Police who said a drunk man was operating a white Chevy Cruze. Caller called back to say vehicle was gone.

Report of people yelling on Monday at 1:46 a.m. at 149 Washington St., Apt. 3. Officer reports all is OK.

Report of vandalism on Monday at 7:31 a.m. at 63 Aborn St., Apt. 2. Officer reports there are no suspects and will document.

Gas odor reported on Monday at 9:22 a.m. at 22 Dustin St. Peabody Fire Department was notified.

Report of an abandoned vehicle at 22 Dustin St. on Monday at 9:48 a.m. Vehicle towed by All-Star.

Neighborhood dispute reported on Monday at 11:27 a.m. at 12 Scott Drive over a fence. Officer spoke to all parties and they seem to be content with outcome.

Caller reports two people in a silver Honda Civic taking pictures at 17 Englewood Road and 25 Walsh Ave. on Monday at 12:42 p.m. Officer unable to locate vehicle.

Isiah Tyler Chafin, 21, homeless, was arrested on warrant charges.

Joseph A. Strazzulla, 53, of 256 Cushman Ave., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a disabled person or someone over 60, and assault and battery on a family or household member.

Meda Kraja, 29, of 900 Governors Drive, Apt. 30, Winthrop, was arrested and charged with larceny under $1,200 by single scheme.

Kimberly K. Kelly, 44, of 829 Border St., Apt. D, East Boston, was arrested and charged with armed and masked robbery and warrant charges.

Elizabeth K. Daniels, 45, of 820 Border St., Apt. D, East Boston, was arrested and charged with armed and masked robbery.

Anyelina Vazquez, 33, of 45 Pemberton St., was arrested and charged with domestic assault or domestic assault and battery “intimate relationship” and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Peter Ssembatya, 33, of 540 Revere Beach Blvd., Apt. 502, was arrested and charged with domestic assault or domestic assault and battery “intimate relationship” and malicious destruction of property under $1,200.

Amaury Silva, 37, homeless, was arrested on warrant charges.

A caller reported a vehicle caused property damage to a Northeast Fence sign at 74 Broadway at 1:54 p.m. Friday.

A report of a dog in a car at Marshalls with all the windows closed at 5:32 p.m. Friday.

An Eastern Bank employee reported a possible card skimming device inside the drive-up ATM at 605 Broadway at 8:20 p.m. Friday.

A report of a man riding his bike at night without lights at 12:17 a.m. Saturday.

A report of a large tree falling into power lines and striking another tree at Plymouth and Vine streets at 2:27 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a large branch blocking the roadway at 2:41 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a tree and wires down at 99 Great Woods Road at 2:49 p.m. Saturday.

A report of wires down at 864 Broadway at 3:11 p.m. Saturday.

A report of traffic lights out at Central and Walnut streets at 3:47 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a deer struck by a car at Birch Pond Drive and Walnut Street at 6:45 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported the deer was trying to get off the roadway. Police could not locate the deer.

A caller reported a car has been parked in the lot at CVS Pharmacy on Broadway for two days at 1:02 a.m. Sunday.

A report of an injured deer at Walnut Street and Birchwood Avenue at 5:33 p.m. Sunday. Police report two rounds discharged to euthanize the animal. The man on scene took possession of the animal.

A caller on Sherwood Forest called 911 to ask what channel the Patriots game was on at 9:25 p.m. Sunday. After explaining the non-high-definition channel was number 10, police went to the house to confirm the accidental dialing.

A report of possible gunshots on Butterfield Road at 8:47 p.m. Friday.

A report of shoplifting from Best Buy on Broadway at 2:53 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a breaking and entering at 25 Stillings Road at 1:08 p.m. Sunday.
