A caller reported an issue with kayaks and the beach right next to her parents’ house at 11:08 a.m. Sunday on Front Street. She said it was a public beach where people leave their kayaks year round and when they get filled with water and freeze, they get thrown by the waves against their already not doing well seawall and house. The caller reported her father has called the DPW and harbormaster in the past to help move them and nobody has done anything. She said they are impossibly heavy now and too hard to move over the wall.
A report of suspicious activity at 1:16 p.m. Sunday on Wyman Road. A caller reported that in the batter’s cage at Seaside Park, there were two teenagers boxing and seven to eight kids that were surrounding them.
A report of a neighbor dispute at 3:31 p.m. Sunday on Waldron Court Place. A caller reported her friend was taking care of her cat while she was away on vacation. She said the neighbors were harassing her friend and telling her she couldn’t be there.
A caller reported she spotted a sailboat in distress at 5:33 p.m. Sunday on Ocean Avenue. She said there may have been people in the water, adding that there was a small dinghy attached to the boat as well. Police reported the sailboat was being used for fishing and there was no one who appeared to be in distress.
A report of a school investigation at 7:04 p.m. Sunday on Rowland Court. A caller reported his daughter received a text message sent to a group regarding possible threats and was concerned due to the nature of the threats. A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested and charged with threat to school.
A caller reported hearing five to six gunshots in the area of Ruby Terrace at 11:20 p.m. Sunday. Police reported the noise was fireworks due to the Red Sox winning.

Caller from 28 Granite St. reports an argument over a car that has not been returned on Monday at 10:41 a.m. Officer reports the vehicle is in Saugus and owner will pick it up.
On Monday at 11:20 a.m., caller from Tokyo Steak House reported the restaurant was recently broken into. Officer reports the thefts occurred on Oct. 14 when $200 was stolen, and on Oct. 28 when $50 was stolen. Both times entry was gained by the back door.
Overdose

Stolen Motor Vehicle
