Keily Hernandez, 19, of 105 Summer St., Everett, was issued a summons to appear in court following a traffic stop at 782 Salem St. and 505 Broadway and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Sunday at 4:55 p.m.
Philipe Terra Silva, 19, of 12 Timothy Ave., Apt. 3, Everett, was issued a summons to appear in court for failing to signal, and the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Sunday at 6:39 p.m. at Lynnfield Middle School on Main Street.
