A caller reported hearing pounding on her basement door at West Shore Drive at 2:14 p.m. on Thursday. She stated she saw a single male with a mop or broom exiting a motor vehicle in front of her neighbor’s house. She also stated her dog was acting very strange. Responding officers checked the area and found nothing suspicious but the rear door was in fact unsecured.

A caller reported that the real estate sign at the corner of Winter Street and Nahant Road was obstructing the view of Nahant Road inbound at 1:22 p.m. Thursday. Police report the sign is on private property and there is no issue seeing traffic coming in either direction because of the sign.
A caller on Colby Way reported a street light was out where she parks her vehicle and she feels it is unsafe because she can hear animals at 6:10 a.m. Friday.
