Arrests

Carmen Beltran, 58, of 51 Memorial Park Dr., was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness at 12:48 p.m. on Friday.

Ernest Johnson, 30, of 95 Woodman St., was arrested on warrant charges of annoying telephone class, two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, threat to commit crime, unlawful improper fire storage, two counts of possession of a firearm without an FID card, defacement of a firearm serial number, and charged with a straight warrant and a default warrant at 10:18 p.m. on Thursday.

Wilmer Reyes, 25, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Anna Todd-Herrick, was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by asportation at 11:50 a.m. on Friday.

Summons

Michelle Lee Capuroso, 42, of 10 Monson Drive, Peabody was issued a summons to appear in court for violating a harassment order at 55 Summer St. on Thursday at 1 p.m.

 

Accidents

A single car crash with property damage was reported on Thursday at 8:56 a.m. at the Lynnfield Senior Center at 525 Salem St. Officer took report.

Caller reports a deer that may be injured on Chestnut St. on Thursday at 7:24 p.m. Officer reports Animal Control officer contacted.

 

Complaints

A news crew was reported at 80 Locksley Road on Thursday at 9 a.m. Officer reports gone upon arrival.

Officer requested at 900 Lynnfield St. Apt. 4 on Thursday at 7:09 p.m. from a caller who reports a truck with ramp is driving with the ramp down and believes car may have fallen off.

Officer reports tow requested from Gaeta’s Automotive Services.

Suspicious person reported at 1026 Summer St. on Thursday at 10:22 p.m.

Officer wanted at 347 Essex St. on Friday at 1:08 a.m. for an argument with boyfriend who has left. Officer reports he spoke with the resident.

 

False Alarms

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested on Thursday at 5:26 p.m. for a 2-year-old with partial airway obstruction at 6 Pizzuti Way. Officer reports patient refusal.

 

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a minor motor vehicle crash at Atlantic Avenue and Garden Road at 5:20 p.m on Thursday; at Atlantic Avenue and Community Road at 7:33 a.m. on Friday.

 

Complaints

A walk-in reported at 7:57 a.m. on Thursday they have been receiving scam calls from people claiming to be from the IRS and Social Security.

A walk-in reported the man with the sign was standing on the crosswalk at Atlantic Ave. and Commercial St. holding another sign. They stated at 9:44 a.m. on Thursday that people were honking at the man.

A caller reported hearing pounding on her basement door at West Shore Drive at 2:14 p.m. on Thursday. She stated she saw a single male with a mop or broom exiting a motor vehicle in front of her neighbor’s house. She also stated her dog was acting very strange. Responding officers checked the area and found nothing suspicious but the rear door was in fact unsecured.

 

NAHANT

Complaints

A caller reported that the real estate sign at the corner of Winter Street and Nahant Road was obstructing the view of Nahant Road inbound at 1:22 p.m. Thursday. Police report the sign is on private property and there is no issue seeing traffic coming in either direction because of the sign.

A caller on Colby Way reported a street light was out where she parks her vehicle and she feels it is unsafe because she can hear animals at 6:10 a.m. Friday.

 

PEABODY

Arrests

Tanya M. Wilson, 30, of 3 Fossa Terrace, Beverly, was arrested on Thursday at 10:37 p.m. following a two-car crash at 27 Fulton St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Alison F. Morrill, 34, of 10 Holten St., Apt. 3, was arrested on Friday at 8:35 a.m. on warrants charging her with three counts of violating a harassment prevention order.

 

Accidents

A car into a tree was reported on Thursday at 3:40 p.m. at 1 Birch St. Officer reports operator taken to the North Shore Medical Center and Four Star Towing Service enroute.

Possible rollover and entrapment reported at 6 Essex Center Drive on Thursday at 4:18 p.m. Operator taken to Beverly Hospital and vehicle was towed by Four Star Towing Service.

A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on Thursday at 5:41 p.m. at C&C Lobster at 297 Lynn St. Officer reports no damage to either vehicle and will document.

Motor vehicle crash with a possible back injury reported on Thursday at 6:13 p.m. at 136 Lowell St. and 2 King St. Officer reports no injuries and no tows.

Report of a motor vehicle crash with possible injuries on Thursday at 11:46 p.m. at Route 128 South at 312 Lowell St. State Police will investigate.

Motor vehicle crash on Friday at 6:53 a.m. at 157 Lowell St. Officer reports no injuries and vehicle was towed by All Star Towing.

Motor Vehicle crash reported on Friday at 12:53 p.m. at 82 Lowell St. and 2 Perkins St. Officer reports no personal injury and no tows needed.  

 

Overdose

A possible pill overdose reported on Friday at 10:24 a.m. at 6 Fairview Road. Officer reports patient was taken to the North Shore Medical Center.

Arrests

Felicia P. Warham, 27, of 107 Constitution Ave., was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and failure to stop or yield.

John Paul Leone, 60, of 91 Veterans Rd. Apt. 102, Winthrop, was arrested and charged with third offense of operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at T-Mobile on Everett St. at 7:38 a.m. Thursday; at General Edwards Bridge on North Shore Road at 4:07 p.m. Thursday; on Washington Ave. at 5:50 p.m. Thursday.

Miguelina Ramirez, 42, of Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding rate of speed greater than was reasonable and proper, and warrant charges.

A report of a motor vehicle accident involving two parked cars at Elm and Saville streets at 5:33 p.m. Thursday; at Kentucky Fried Chicken on Broadway at 6:56 p.m. Thursday; on Broadway at 9:58 p.m. Thursday; at Saugus High School at 6:17 a.m. Friday.

 

Complaints

A report of vandalism at Avalon Hilltop at 1:6 p.m. Thursday.

A caller reported a landscaping crew cutting down a tree on her property on Holland St. at 2:38 p.m. Thursday.

A Saugus Ave. resident reported a suspicious male was on a ladder on her home when she came home and stated he was working for Comcast and was putting on a filter on the cable between the units at 7:52 p.m. Thursday. Police report he was putting a filter on for Comcast.

A report of a possible overdose on Austin St. at 3:53 a.m. Friday.

 

Theft

A report of shoplifting from Best Buy at 1:39 p.m. Thursday.
