Arrests

G’Andre Brown, 18, of 145 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of ammo without a firearm identification card, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card and on a warrant charge of drug possession with intent to distribute at 6:58 a.m. Thursday.

Joseph Costa, 25, of 145 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of ammo without a firearm identification card, Class B drug possession and on a warrant charge of shoplifting by asportation at 7:40 a.m. Thursday.

Robert Dyott, 50, of 124 Central Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, receiving stolen property, larceny by false pretense and common and notorious thief at 12:10 p.m. Thursday.

Jonathan Fernandez, 32, of 44 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and on a warrant charge of malicious destruction of property at 11:29 a.m. Thursday.

Liz Garcia, of 82 Franklin St., was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of shoplifting by asportation, arrestee furnishing false ID information, sexual conduct for a fee and Class A drug possession at 7:46 p.m. Wednesday.

Ricardo Hussey, of 145 Lewis St., was arrested on a warrant charge of juror failure to attend at 6:14 a.m. Thursday.

Jennifer Khudari, 31, of 1502 Main St., Tewksbury, was arrested and charged with five counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and Class C drug possession at 7:17 a.m. Thursday.

Wilmer Reyes, 25, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with Class B drug possession at 7:47 a.m. Thursday.

Jose Rivera, of 11 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on warrant charges of receiving stolen property, larceny from person, Class B drug possession and conspiracy to violate the drug law at 7:18 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 4:16 a.m. Thursday at Boston and Grove streets; at 5:10 a.m. Thursday at 498 Essex St.; at 9:57 a.m. Thursday at Lynnway and Marine Boulevard.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday at 12 Winnepurkit Ave.; at 12 a.m. Thursday at 5 Ingalls St.

A report of vandalism at 5:45 a.m. Thursday at 48 Hood St.

LYNNFIELD

Accidents

A car crash with property damage was reported on Wednesday at 9:06 a.m. at 199 Salem St. and 511 Walnut St. Officer reports paperwork exchanged.

On Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. a three-car crash with personal injury was reported at 983 Salem St.

Complaints

Caller reports a motor vehicle in the driveway at 40 Walnut St. on Wednesday at 12:31 p.m. Officer reports it was a neighbor’s car.

Customer called from Flagship Motors at 385 North Broadway on Wednesday at 12:48 p.m. about a dispute. Officer reports caller was advised on options.

Report of a suspicious vehicle parked across the street from 8 Temple Road on Thursday at 3:29 a.m. Officer reports vehicle belongs to a new resident.  

False Alarms

False alarms were reported on Wednesday at 11:21 a.m. at 45 Forest Hill Ave.; at 30 Maywood Road on Wednesday at 6:48 p.m.; at the Apple Store at 1220 Market St. on Thursday at 3:28 a.m. and at 4:17 a.m.; on Thursday at 7:48 a.m. at 6 Melody Lane.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested on Wednesday at 11:02 a.m. at Charles Schwab at 200 Market St. Caller reports not feeling well. Patient taken to the hospital.

On Wednesday at 6:24 p.m. an 82-year-old woman reported not feeling well at 100 King Rail Drive, Apt. 315.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday on Tedesco Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported a fire alarm sounding and wanted an officer to take a look because the property had been entered.

Complaints

A report of a man causing a problem at 3:23 p.m. Wednesday at School and Pleasant streets. A man was reportedly getting in the way of workmen on the paving project.

A caller reported at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday at Creesy and Green streets that a white Mercedes followed her home after blowing through the stop sign and then the driver flipped her off. The caller was concerned the driver knew where she lived.

A report of suspicious activity at 8:58 p.m. Wednesday on Broughton Road. A caller reported someone was banging on their door and they were not expecting anyone; at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday on Tedesco Street. A caller, who refused to identify himself, reported he thought someone was trying to steal a golf cart.

Theft

A report of a stolen wallet at 8:32 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Street. A restaurant owner reported someone stole his wallet from the establishment.

PEABODY

Arrests

Jason M. Lane, 27, of 9 Hill Road, Hamilton, was arrested on Wednesday at 7:06 p.m. following traffic stop on Elm St. and charged with possession of a Class B drug. Officer reports vehicle was towed by All Star Towing.

Gilcilene Duarte, 36, of 9 North Central St. was arrested following a traffic stop at the Speedway at 545 Lowell St. on Thursday at 10:45 a.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for refusing to identify himself.

Andrew F. Gaff, 26, of 61 Pierpont St. was arrested on three outstanding warrants on Thursday at 1:46 p.m.

Summons

Richard Collins, 33, of 89 Alley St., Lynn, was issued a summons to appear in court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle without an inspection sticker on Wednesday at 2:54  p.m. on Greenwood Road. Officer reports vehicle towed by Phil’s Towing.

Christopher Mahoney, 39, of 4 Stark Circle was issued a summons to appear in court  following a hit and run crash on Wednesday at 3:26 p.m. at 8A Centennial Drive and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and assault with a dangerous weapon, the car.

Richard Collins, 33, of 89 Alley St., Lynn, was issued a summons to appear in court for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and a revoked registration following a traffic stop on Greenwood Road on Wednesday at 2:54 p.m.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries at the jughandle on Newbury St. on Wednesday at 4:01 p.m. Call handled by the Massachusetts State Police.

Caller reported a two-car crash on Wednesday at 4:03 p.m. at Route 128 South and 312 Lowell St. Crash handled by the Massachusetts State Police.

A motor vehicle crash reported at 139 Lowell St. on Wednesday at 7:31 p.m. Officer reports no injuries or tows. Officer will document.

A hit and run motor vehicle crash reported at 485 Lowell St. on Wednesday at 7:32 p.m. Caller reported Coach bus left the scene. Officer will attempt to speak to the bus company and who was operating the vehicle and will document.

Two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on Thursday at 8:02 a.m. at the Captain Samuel Brown Elementary School on Lynn St. Officer reports one person complained of pain and was taken to the hospital by Atlantic Ambulance Services. Motor vehicle towed by All-Star Towing.  

Overdose

Report of an overdose at Mobil Estates at 286 Newbury St. Apt. 26 on Thursday at 2:40 p.m. Person reported to be unresponsive and not breathing. Officer reports person responded to Narcan and fled from the home wearing a brown shirt and jeans. Officers checked the area for the person but could not locate him.

Animal Control

Officer mailed a complaint for two loose dogs and copy of the leash law to Michelle Rigano, 26 Edythe Lane on Wednesday at 2:13 p.m. Caller told Animal Control officer the incident occurred on the sidewalk, as she was walking by their house. Only one dog is licensed. A license warning and an application will be included.

Caller reported a dog was locked inside a motor vehicle at the Northshore Mall on Andover St. on Wednesday at 2:49 p.m. The call was transferred to the Animal Control officer.
Report of two dogs in a car at the JC Penney parking lot on Wednesday at 3:04 p.m. Officer reports vehicle was gone upon arrival.  

Animal Control officer saw an unleashed dog bite a pedestrian on Orchard Terrace on Wednesday at 5:19 p.m. The victim declined an ambulance and officer will document.

Beverly Police Department requested assistance from Animal Control officer to remove cats from a condemned home on Thursday at 1:24 p.m.

Brian K. Joyce Jr., 24, of 21 Fuller St., Dorchester, was arrested on warrant charges.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Saugus Town Hall on Central St. at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday.

Complaints

A report of vandalism to Vitale Landing on Ballard St. at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday.

A caller reported his friend was walking in Breakheart and was not able to make it through the trails at 7:37 p.m. Wednesday. He left to retrieve the car and when he returned she was no longer there. Wakefield Police reported they located her in front of Wakefield High School.

Theft

A report of shoplifting from Kohl’s Department Store on Broadway at 4:22 p.m. Wednesday.

SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Summer Baidak, 49, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, impeded operation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence of liquor at 8:52 p.m. on Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at Norfolk Avenue and Paradise Road at 8:17 a.m. on Wednesday; at Newman’s Bakery, 252 Humphrey St., at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday; at Atlantic Ave. and Humphrey St. at 5:36 p.m. on Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with damage worth under $1,000 at 531 Humphrey St. at 10:03 a.m. on Wednesday.
