Arrests

Henry Annese, 37, of 5 Rebecca Road, Whitman, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and Class E drug possession at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Michael Chiapperini, 51, of 32 Morris St., was arrested on warrant charges of false bomb threat and threat to commit crime at 1:58 p.m. Wednesday.

Emilio Garcia, 20, of 16 Hathaway St., was arrested and charged with Class D drug distribution subsequent offense and possession of liquor by a person under 21 at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday.

Carl Godfrey, 27, of 9 Royal Crest, North Andover, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday.

Kristen Lyons, 30, of 88 Empire St., was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property at 6:41 a.m. Wednesday.

Heather Raschilla, 37, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday.

Theresa Seigart, 25, of 48 Johnson St., was arrested on warrant charges of cocaine possession with intent to distribute and drug possession with intent to distribute at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday.

Francisco Tavarez-Contreras, 36, of 176 Beacon Hill Ave., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 10:09 p.m. Tuesday.

Shanna Thomas, of 20 Allerton St., was arrested on warrant charges of larceny by check, forgery of a check, uttering a false check and malicious wanton property defacement at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday at Baker and Brimblecom streets; at 6:36 p.m. Tuesday at Rust and Webber streets; at 7:06 p.m. Tuesday at 75 Nahant St.

Summons

Matthew Sargent, 47, of 3 George St., Peabody, was issued a summons to appear in court on charges of assault and battery following a second report he was out of control on Tuesday at 9:16 p.m. at 10 Evans Road.

A suspicious tan Honda was reported driving around the neighborhood near Grey Lane on Tuesday at 8:49 a.m. Officer reports vehicle could not be located.

Dumpster reported parked at 159 Forest Hill Ave. on Tuesday at 10:25 a.m. Party called back to say dumpster has been removed.

Report of a lockout from a vehicle at Whole Foods Market on Tuesday at 2:41 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Disabled auto reported at 0 South Common St. and 592 Main St. on Tuesday at 6:20 p.m.

Caller reports man out of control at 10 Evans Road on Tuesday at 6:21 p.m. Officer reports peace restored.

Report of wires down at 5 Debston Lane on Wednesday at 2:15 a.m.

False Alarms

False alarms were reported on Tuesday at 1:23 p.m. at 44 Edward Ave.; at 3 Post Office Square on Tuesday at 5:27 p.m.; at 5:58 p.m. at 89 Crest Road; at PTC Therapeutics at 6 Kimball Lane, Apt. 320 on Tuesday at 8:27 p.m.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested on Tuesday at 1:21 p.m. Patient taken to the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington.

Medical aid requested on Wednesday at 8:37 a.m. at 124 Locksley Road for a woman who cut her hand. Patient taken to the hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported she witnessed a man on a bike who appeared unsteady on his feet near Pleasant and Lafayette streets at 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday. The caller stated they thought the man was either intoxicated or having a medical problem. Responding officers said the described man was gone upon their arrival.

A caller reported at 12:50 p.m. on Tuesday that a student had two knives in his backpack on Friday and was unsure of how they got there. Chief Robert Picariello said the knives were actually butter knives and were allegedly put in the student’s backpack from the home economics classroom as a prank.

A walk-in reported she thought her earrings were stolen at her client’s house on Elm Street at 1:23 p.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported at 4:09 p.m. on Tuesday that he parked his trailer about 50 feet from his house and someone flattened the tires. They said this was the third time it happened and the suspect must be the person who recently called the police complaining about the way the trailer was parked.

A walk-in reported receiving scam mail at 4:19 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated it was from a “secret society” and told the resident not to tell anyone about it.

A caller reported he was robbed on Kenneth Road at 5:32 p.m. on Tuesday. Chief Robert Picariello said it is still under investigation and there are no further details at this time.

A caller reported they live in another unit on Ocean Avenue and they can hear noises in a residence even though they know the owner is on vacation in Italy. Responding officers found no one at the scene.

A caller reported an erratic operator on Pleasant and Humphrey streets who was weaving in and out of traffic at 7:33 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers found the driver, who happened to be driving a construction truck, and spoke with him.

PEABODY

Summons

Raquel Mari Gonzalez, 22, of 8 Northern Ave., Apt. 2, Lynn was issued a summons to appear in court for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and a revoked registration following a traffic stop at 194 Lynn St. on Wednesday at 9:44  a.m. Officer reports vehicle towed by private company.

Richard Collins, 33, of 89 Alley St., Lynn, was issued a summons to appear in court for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and a revoked registration following a traffic stop on Greenwood Road on Wednesday at 2:54 p.m.

Accidents

A report of a two-car motor vehicle crash at 91 Lynn St. and 2 County St. on Tuesday at 5:33 p.m. Officer reports Atlantic Ambulance Services on scene, no injuries, and paperwork exchanged.

Two-car motor vehicle crash reported on Wednesday at 7:04 a.m. at Route 128 North and Centennial Drive. Officer reports Atlantic Ambulance Services requested. Both vehicles towed by All-Star Towing.

Animal Control

Report of a stray dog on Wednesday at 9:51 a.m. at 3 Judith Road and 0 Clark Road. Officer reports the dog, King, a Pit Bull mix, is not licensed or vaccinated, has been returned to owner with a citation warning.

A $25 citation issued to Teresa Gallant of 15 Elaine Ave. for allowing her dog to run loose on Wednesday at 1:13 p.m.

Complaints

Report of a disabled motor vehicle on Tuesday at 3:38 p.m. at Jiffy Lube on Andover Street. Officer reports vehicle was jumped and moving. Officer will follow to the Toyota dealership.

Caller from 12 Holten St., Apt. R reports her 20-year-old daughter is trying to take her vehicle without authority on Tuesday at 4:33 p.m. and only has a Learner’s Permit. Mom called back to say daughter left on foot and is no longer trying to take the vehicle and said she will call back if assistance is needed. Officer reports no answer at the door upon arrival.

A 15-year-old girl was reported missing on Tuesday at 4:52 p.m. The student at the Higgins Middle School is new from Texas. She left a note that says she is running away. A be on the lookout was issued. Officers checked the mall, the Walmart parking lot, and condo common areas. Officer reported being with the teen on Washington Street. She was taken to the police station lobby and reunited with family.  

Disabled vehicle reported on Tuesday at 4:43 p.m. at 243 Washington St. and 1 Allens Lane. Officer reports vehicle sent on its way.

Caller from the John E. McCarthy Elementary School called to say a parent was upset about an enrollment issue. Officer reports unruly party left prior to police arrival.

Caller from 5 Union St. reports a dispute with roommate on Tuesday at 6:25 p.m. Officer will document.

Husband called on Tuesday at 7:18 p.m. from 5 Lincoln Road to ask for an officer’s help to mediate a dispute with his wife over taking his car without permission.

Suspicious motor vehicle with Massachusetts plates reported at the Elks Lodge at 40 Oak St. on Tuesday at 8:54 p.m. Officer reports parties sent on their way.

Mother of a 5-month-old called on Tuesday at 9:25 p.m. to report she has sole custody of her child and allowed father to take the baby at noon for the child’s doctor appointment. Father said he is en route to New York with child, without mother’s permission. Police pinged his cell phone and the suspect is in the Bronx. Officer reports he contacted child’s father who said he is visiting his mother and will return Wednesday morning. An officer was denied an arrest warrant by a judge who said wait until Wednesday and confirm father and child have returned. Officer reports the child and father returned from New York on Wednesday at 10:54 a.m. Mother and child reunited.

Drunk man reported outside the home at 14 Nickerson Road on Tuesday at 11:42 p.m. Officer reports mother from Salem came to pick up the party and will stand by. Son with mother and officer will report.

Telephone and cable wires reported down on Wednesday at 8:08 a.m. at 386 Lowell St. Caller said she will contact utility companies.

Brandon Quang Tran, 57, of 247 Campbell Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with domestic assault or domestic assault and battery “intimate relationship.”

Jillian F. Bourque, 37, of 209 Salem St., Apt. 2, Malden, was arrested on warrant charges.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Oak Island Street and North Shore Road at 7:56 a.m. Tuesday; on Everett Street at 9:52 a.m. Tuesday; at Janvrin Avenue and Trevalley Road at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday; at Mobil Gas Station on Squire Road at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday; at Revere Housing Authority on Constitution Avenue at 9:34 p.m. Tuesday.

Danielle Bentley, 45, Saugus, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, leaving the scene of property damage, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
