A caller reported a large moving van at the corner of Beacon Street and Schooner Road at 11:21 a.m. on Monday. The caller stated the van was parked illegally and was causing traffic problems. Responding officers found the van was parked legally but there was a lumber truck parked behind it that was creating the problem.
A caller reported assistance from a fire truck after water started leaking uncontrollably from their business on Tioga Way at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding crews helped the business owners shut the water off.
A caller reported seeing a woman walk towards the water on Ocean Avenue at 9:46 p.m. on Monday. The caller stated the woman was talking to herself and was concerned of her safety given the rough high tide at the time. The caller stated she waited for a few minutes and did not see the woman return. Responding officers located the woman on the beach by a wall.

Lauren Fournier, 33, of 34 Tudor St., Lynn, was charged with operating a motor vehicle after a suspension on Monday at 9:13 p.m. Officer reports a licensed operator will pick her up. Vehicle will be left legally parked.
Kathleen Hammond, 30, of 93 Cabot St., Apt. 8, Beverly, was arrested on Monday at 9:51 p.m. following an attempt to break a window at the Lahey Medical Center at 1 Essex Center Drive and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, and vandalizing property.
