LYNN

Arrests

David Concepcion, 27, of 49 Henry Ave., was arrested and charged with nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, larceny by false pretense and larceny at 7:32 a.m. Wednesday.

Earl Daniels, 65, of 38 Wigglesworth St., Malden, was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of operating with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender, shoplifting by asportation, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, marked lane violation and license not in possession at 7:03 p.m. Tuesday.

Ricardo Diaz-Garcia, 23, of 35 Lilly St., was arrested and charged with violation of the city knife ordinance at 1:02 a.m. Wednesday.

Jason Dulcetta, 31, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Juan Nolasco, 23, of 89 Hanover St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and violation of the open container law at 12:54 a.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday on Wyoma Square.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday at 6 Clinton St.; at 3:33 p.m. Tuesday at 725 Western Ave.; at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday at 43 State St.; at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday at Essex and Fayette streets; at 7:02 a.m. Wednesday at Chatham and Maple streets; at 9:32 a.m. Wednesday at Edwards Court and Western Avenue.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday at Boston and Ford streets.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday on Linwood Road; at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday on Lynnfield Street.

A report of an assault at 12:24 a.m. Wednesday at Classical High School at 1 Kingswood Lane.

Breaking and Entering

A report of motor vehicle breaking and entering at 6 a.m. Wednesday at 20 Greystone Park; at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday at 121 Adams St.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 3:33 p.m. Tuesday on Chestnut Street.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday at 58 Shepard St.; at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday at 172 Washington St.; at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday at 22 Atlantic St.; at 10:28 a.m. Wednesday at 330 Lynnway.

A report of motor vehicle theft at 6:59 p.m. Tuesday at 10 Central Ave.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday at 7 Central Square; at 8:14 p.m. Tuesday at 30 Clearview Ave.; at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday at 32 Clearview Ave.

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 6:56 p.m. Tuesday at 27 Rogers Ave.

LYNNFIELD

Accidents

Report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 2:07 p.m. at 511 Walnut St. Officer reports patient taken to the North Shore Medical Center.

On Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. caller reported a hit and run motor vehicle crash at 2 Locksley Road and 170 Moulton Drive.

False Alarms

False alarms were reported on Tuesday at 2:44 p.m. at 17 East Huckleberry Road; at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at 21 Bluejay Road.

Medical Aid

Ambulance requested on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 213; at 7 Elizabeth Way on Tuesday at 3:52 p.m. Officer reports patient taken to the North Shore Medical Center; at 6:39 a.m. on Wednesday at 35 Perry Ave.

Complaints

Shoplifter reported on Tuesday at 3:04 p.m. at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported he was driving a pickup truck with a trailer attached on Circle Street at 8:37 a.m. on Tuesday and a vehicle was illegally parked. He stated he was stuck and needed assistance getting out.

A USPS supervisor called to report that a letter carrier went to make a delivery on Mohawk Road at 3:19 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated they noticed the mail was piling up, the door was slightly open, and there was an alarm sounding. They said they were concerned for the occupants and felt someone should check it out. Responding officers and the health department arrived to the scene and then reached out to the son of the homeowners. He stated his parents don’t live there and have not for a while.

PEABODY

Arrests

David W. Pierce Jr., 51, of 155 Fort Ave., Salem was arrested on Monday at 5:47 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing at McDonald’s Restaurant on Main Street. Arrest followed a complaint by an employee of a drunk man who refused to leave.

Bruce E. Michaud, 58, of 8 Aberdeen Ave., was arrested on Monday at 11:09 following a hit and run crash on County Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor for the second time, leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury and property damage.

Julerme K. Santos-Braga, 22, of 78A Lowell St. was arrested on Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. following a traffic stop at 525 Lowell St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle to drive a car.

Complaints

Caller from 7 Proctor St. reported being upset that a neighbor cut down one of his trees on Monday at 4:14 p.m. Officer will document and advised parties it is a civil matter. Officer spoke with woman who admitted to cutting the branch.

Man with a hood, beard, and a blue shirt was reported begging for money at the Bank of America ATM at 210 Andover St. on Monday at 4:25 p.m. Officer reports checked with mall security and man was gone upon arrival.

On Monday at 5:16 p.m., caller reported his daughter was involved in a road rage incident Sunday night and believes the person lives at 1 Pinecrest. Officer reports victim was given a Registry of Motor Vehicle form to fill out.

Caller from 183 Lowell St., Apt. 3, reported a dispute with a neighbor in Apt. 1 over decorations on Monday at 11:26 pm. Officer said reporting party said neighbor was very aggressive and threatening and the parties are separated in their own apartment.

On Tuesday at 12:25 a.m. caller from 26 Chestnut St. said an unknown woman was walking around the area. Officer reports woman is collecting cans.

Caller reported a person out front of Modern Twist Salon at 144 Main St. is making noise. Officer reports no one in the area.

Accidents

Report of a two-car motor vehicle crash at CVS at 535 Lowell St. with no injuries in front of the Bonkers Plaza on Monday at 6:45 p.m. Officer reports parties are exchanging paperwork.

Caller reported a two-car motor vehicle crash at 20 Lowell St. and 2 Chestnut St. on Tuesday at 8:12 a.m. Officer reports assisted with paperwork exchange.

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 8:13 a.m. at 350 Lowell St. and 3 Jennifer Lane. Officer reports assisted with paperwork exchange.

A suspicious man in gray jeans and a hoodie was reported on Tuesday at 9:59 a.m. at 7 Eagan Place. Officer reports party was gone upon arrival. Spoke with several neighbors, nothing spotted.

Overdose

Possible overdose reported in the CVS parking lot on Tuesday at 1: 27 p.m. at 174 Main St. Officer reports 25-year-old man is breathing and was taken to the North Shore Medical Center and vehicle will be left in the lot.

REVERE

Arrest

Nicholas G. Turco, 24, of 30 North St., was arrested and charged with three counts of distributing a Class A drug, three counts of distributing a Class B drug, and possession to distribute a Class B drug.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Squire and Derby Roads at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday; at North Shore Road and Oak Island Street at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday; on Mountain Avenue at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday; at Revere City Hall on Broadway at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday; on Sherman Street at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday; at Dunkin Donuts on Beach Street at 5:52 p.m. Tuesday.

Complaints

A report of vandalism on Revere Beach Parkway at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday.

Theft

A report of auto theft on Central Avenue at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering on Central Avenue at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of shoplifting at Stop & Shop on Furlong Drive at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a stolen motor vehicle plate on Winthrop Parkway at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Kevin J. Howlett, 55, of 107 Charger St., Revere, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, resisting arrest, wanton destruction of property more than $1,200, failure to stop for police, and warrant charges.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Hilltop Steakhouse site on Broadway at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday; at Ballard Street and Lincoln Avenue at 5:58 a.m. Wednesday.

Complaints

A report of the traffic lights near Lowe’s on Broadway being stuck on red at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday.

Police reportedly tried to stop a vehicle at McDonald’s on the Northbound side of Route 1 at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday but the vehicle got off at the Walnut Street exit, went over the median and struck a telephone pole.

Theft

A report of shoplifting from Kohl’s Department Store on Broadway at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday.
