Arrests

Larissa Martinez, of 91 Liberty St., was arrested on warrant charges of unnatural act, sexual conduct for fee, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and trespassing at 12:41 p.m. Monday.

Sonam Palden, 35, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with drinking in public at 5:48 p.m. Sunday.

Stephen Sweeney, 31, of 30 Grandview Ave., Melrose, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession at 6:36 p.m. Sunday.

LYNNFIELD

Arrest

John Vecchione, 40, of 419 Bear Hill Road, North Andover, was arrested on Saturday at 7:11 p.m. following an accident at the intersection of Route 128 and the Main Street off ramp. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.

Report of a stolen car on Friday at 7:05 a.m. from 3 Grove St.

On Friday at 11:45 a.m. caller from 695 Salem St. reported two unlocked vehicles were broken into overnight and change was stolen.

Medical aid rescue at 11:51 a.m. on Friday at the Center Court Grill at 2 Center Court. Officer reports patient taken to Union Hospital.

An oven fire was reported on Friday at 12:11 p.m. at 2 Pizzuti Way. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Wires down reported at 12:11 p.m. on Friday at 593 Lowell St. Officer reports a tree may have cut a telephone or cable television wire.

A well-being check was requested from a wireless caller on Friday at 1:54 p.m. for a child who is alone at Glen Meadow Park on Trickett Road. Officer reports child is with parent.

A break-in was reported on Friday at 2:35 p.m. from 751 Salem St.

Medical aid requested on Friday at 4:23 p.m. at the Center Golf Club at 165 Summer St. Officer reports man was choking and now has his airway cleared.

At 6:16 p.m. on Friday a motor vehicle break-in was reported at  2 Harvey Park. Caller reports her unlocked vehicle was gone through Thursday night.

Officer wanted at 567 Main St. on Friday at 6:20 p.m. Passerby reports front door appears to have been left open. Officer reports the property appears to be in order.

On Saturday at 6:17 a.m. medical aid transport was requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 208. Officer reports patient was taken to the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Medical aid rescue was requested from Essex Village on Saturday at 1:32 p.m. for an elderly female who had fallen. Woman taken to the hospital.

A three-car motor vehicle crash with personal injury was reported on Saturday at 7:11 p.m. at the intersection of Route 128 and the Main Street off ramp. Police and fire responded. Cars towed by Phil’s Towing. See arrest of John Vecchione.

A suspicious automobile was reported on Saturday at 7:50 p.m. at the Animal Clinic of Lynnfield at 1 Bay State Road. Officer reports party has moved along.

Power outage reported on Saturday at 9:38 p.m. at Lululemon at 1300 Market St. Officer reports building is secure.

On Saturday at 11:04 p.m. medical aid transport was requested at 34 Homestead Road. Officer reports patient was taken to Union Hospital.

Caller reported a loud party on Saturday at 11:18 p.m. on Strout Avenue. Officer reports it was a small gathering and they will quiet down.

Caller reports construction going on after hours on Main Street across from Friendship Lane at 9:14 on Sunday. Officer reports peace restored.

Complaints

A report of traps stored on dock at 9:26 a.m. Sunday on Stramski Way. A caller reported someone had been storing lobster traps on the pier all summer.

A car was reported keyed at 5:39 p.m. Sunday on Tedesco Street.

Vincent P. Rizzo, of 110 Eliot Road, Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.

Leonard D. Legere, 49, of 28 Gilbert Ave., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Darison Cepeda, 22, of 17 Stone Place, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, improper operation of a motor vehicle, a plate number violation to conceal identity, and warrant charges.

Kristine A. Marino, 22, of 1 Thorton Circle, Middleton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container of marijuana in a vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Derek A. Miller, 30, of 141 Essex St., Apt. B6, Saugus, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat during the nighttime for a felony.

George Leo Goodwin Jr., 23, of 58 Old Colony Ave., South Boston, was arrested on warrant charges.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident on Walnut Street at 7:08 a.m. Friday; at Winter and Central streets at 5:25 p.m. Friday; at the Square One Mall parking lot at 1:19 p.m. Sunday.

A report of a rollover crash at Saugus Town Hall at 9:14 a.m. Saturday. One person was transported to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.

Complaints

A Hood Street resident reported he is having a new fence put up and his neighbor is harassing the workers at 8:59 a.m. Friday.

A report of vandalism at 37 Golden Hills Road at 3:06 p.m. Friday.

A caller reported a business on Broadway shrunk all of his clothes and he is upset with the service at 7:14 p.m. Friday.

A 911 caller reported a male threatened to shoot her son on Lisa Lane at 6:31 p.m. Saturday. Police watched surveillance footage of the incident at Dunkin’ Donuts. Police report the person in question reported that the windshield of his vehicle was spit on and a lollipop was thrown onto it while parked at the Village Park parking lot. He denied threatening to kill anyone. Police report there are no weapons present.

A Blueridge Avenue resident reported a suspicious person was jumping over his fence and through his neighbors’ yards and now has walked over to him and his children acting strange at 6:40 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported he was wearing a GPS anklet. An additional call came in from Alvah Street.

A Walnut Street resident reported a male running through yards who says he is being chased at 11:23 p.m. Saturday.

A report of an assault on Saville Street at 2:16 a.m. Sunday.

A Blacksmith Way resident reported two suspicious persons by their neighbors’ home peering into the front windows and going into the backyard at 12:32 p.m. Sunday.

A report of a dog urinating in Riverside Cemetery at 8:04 p.m. Sunday.

Theft

A report of a stolen bicycle at Broadway and Walnut Street at 4:12 p.m. Saturday.

A Walnut Street resident reported being threatened by her landscaper at 4:48 p.m. Saturday.
